The Georgia Bulldogs will be on the road to take on the Vanderbilt Commodores during week 4 of the college football season.
Unsurprisingly, Georgia is a massive favorite in this game. They started off laying 33 points, but that number has since been bet up to 35.5.
I have not see the total change all that much yet. Pretty much every book I checked has it posted at 52.5.
The #2 team in the nation has gotten off to a very good start. They improved to 3-0 on the year when they beat South Carolina 40-13 last Saturday.
The offense did not start off the year great, but it has been much better the last few games. In the last 2 contests, the Bulldogs have scored a combined 96 points.
There was no certainty that JT Daniels was going to play against South Carolina. He did play and he went 23/31 for 303 yards and 3 touchdowns. I look for him to be very good once again against this Vanderbilt defense.
The defense has been excellent this year. The unit allowed their first touchdown of the year on Saturday. I expect the defensive line to generate lots of pressure on the Vandy quarterback.
Unlike the Bulldogs, the Commodores have struggled this year. They fell to 1-2 on the year with a 41-23 loss to Stanford.
Ken Seals was not a very effective quarterback on Saturday. He was 16/37 with 1 touchdown and 1 interception. He will have his hands full when going against this stout Georgia defense.
The offense has really struggled for this team early on. The unit has only scored 50 points in 3 games. I would not be surprised to see them get shut out against Georgia.
A major weakness on this team is their offensive line. Ken Seals has not yet gotten good protection and they have not faced anybody even close to Georgia. I expect to see him on the ground an awful lot on Saturday.
Vanderbilt is going to have to play out of this world if they are going to win this game. I give them absolutely no shot at all in getting the victory. The talent gap is just way too much.

Free Week 4 NCAA Football Pick
I like Georgia to cover the point spread.
4* Free Week 4 NCAA Betting Pick: Georgia -35.5
This is a matchup between 2 schools going in totally opposite directions. I do not think it will take very long for it to turn into a route. I do expect there to be a good amount of scoring that takes place, but only from one side. I feel that Georgia will have no trouble scoring points with ease, but I am not so sure about Vanderbilt. I truly would not be shocked if the Commodores get shutout. This game will likely be decided before halftime. I know that the spread is high, but I feel confident that the Bulldogs can win and cover this number. Give me the bulldogs as big time road favorites.
