2008 Oregon State Beavers Football Wagering Preview
Oregon State had the nation’s best rush defense last season, and should be solid on the defensive side of the ball again in 2008, particularly in the secondary with four returning starters.
The Beavers lost six defensive linemen and will be hard-pressed to stop the run as well as they did last season. The team also has a unsettled situation at quarterback with Sean Canfield and Lyle Moevao, though Moevao is scheduled to start the season.

The Beavers posted a solid 9-4 record in 2007 and are expecting even bigger things heading into the 2008 regular season, though the team will have to find a new starting running back after losing two-time 1,000-yard rusher Yvensen Bernard to graduation.

2008 NCAA Football Odds
+5000 to win Pac-10
Equaling their 9-4 record from a season ago will be tough, but the Beavers should find a way to win at least seven games in 2008 while once again, recording solid wagering statistics for online college football bettors, though a Bowl appearance certainly isn’t guaranteed.
