The San Francisco 49ers, (2-5 SU, 2-5 ATS, 3-4 O/U) are ranked dead last in overall offense, averaging a measly 220.4 yards and 12.6 points per game. The Niners are ranked 22nd in overall defense, allowing 343.7 yards and 23.7 points per game. San Francisco enters this matchup after getting trounced 31-10 last week by the New Orleans Saints.
The Atlanta Falcons, (1-6 SU, 4-3 ATS, 2-5 O/U) aren’t much better on offense, checking in a No. 25 overall, averaging 296.4 yards and just 13.6 points per game. The Falcons are ranked one spot lower than Frisco in overall defense, allowing 346.7 yards and 21.9 points per game. Atlanta had a bye last week.

Analysis: This matchup of struggling teams may not get fans very excited, but is an excellent opportunity for NFL bettors to increase their football bankrolls. Although I’m not a big fan of either team in this matchup, I think it is a “lock” that this game will go ‘Over’ the 37-point Over/Under line. I’ll also take the Falcons to win this game, but genuinely believe it will be a ‘Push’ that falls right on the 3-point spread. However, the ‘Over’ is the way to go here.
