The Los Angeles Kings will travel to Glendale, Arizona on Monday to meet the Coyotes. The Kings have to be feeling pretty good going into this game, having just beaten the Las Vegas Golden Knights.
However, the Coyotes are feeling pretty good themselves, with a win against Calgary, the Coyotes improved to 12-7-2 on the season which places them in 2nd place in the Pacific Division.
The Arizona Coyotes are in a stretch in which they play seven of eight games against Pacific Division rivals by. The Coyotes will be looking to continue their move up the Western Conference as they continue their three-game homestand against the Kings.

In their victory over Vegas the Kings received goals from across their forward lines and defense. Los Angeles has answered a three-game winless skid (0-2-1) with three straight victories,
Plus, the Kings goalie, Johnathan Quick showed improvement, and had a decent night against the Knights offense allowing 3 goals on 31 shots.
Quick has been struggling this season, with a goals against average of 3.74. In backup, goalie Jack Campbell is a slight improvement on Quick with a goals against average of 3.11.
Most of their points to date have come from captain Anze Kopitar, who leads the Kings in points with 22. Perhaps though that is changing, as noted, the Kings were able to spread goals and assists out more in their win against Vegas.

The Coyotes have mostly been improving since the start of the season. And now with their upcoming stretch against Pacific foes, the second-place Coyotes will have seven four-point swing games.
Currently Nick Schmaltz leads the Coyotes in points with 16 and in assists with 12 on the season. The team’s leader in goals is Conor Garland who has now recorded 9 goals on the season.
