Game 3 gave us the complete opposite of what we saw in California with these two teams as Anaheim kept their hopes alive with a crucial win.
Nashville needs to compose and regain the huge advantage they had after taking both games from the ducks on their home turf.
After game 2, many if not all pundits had already written off the ducks but the team we saw flying through the second half of the season returned and now the tables have turned.
Anaheim doesn’t need to change anything for game six as they have exposed the Predators weaknesses to perfection. Since Anderson has come into play, the team has been a force defensively leaving the offence to run amok on the usually stingy Nashville defense.
Quality pairings for the top line has left a glaring discrepancy open for 3rd line players to excel. Expect the same in game 6.
The Predators aren’t dead yet, but they need to correct if they even want a chance at game 7.
While their star goalie struggles behind average defence, they have had absolutely no answer for the opposing net minder having potted only 3 goals between games 3-5.
The ducks have done a fantastic job of isolation key players such as Forsberg and Neal leaving the rest of the team to pick up the slack.
That slack is yet to be assumed by anyone with no offensive output.

Free Anaheim Ducks vs. Nashville Predators NHL Hockey Prediction
This is panic mode for Nashville with the added pressure of playing at home.
Everything would have to go their way to secure a win and I see too many variables for that to happen. The ducks will play a massive defensive game and simply wait for an error to strike.
Nashville has shown that they are probed to giving the puck away in the most in opportune situations and that will be their undoing here again tonight.
Look for a big night from players such as Getzlaf and Kesler leading the ducks charge to the second round.
3* Free NHL Betting Pick: Anaheim ML
Under is again tempting here in this one as neither team will want to make a mistake and I think we see a game much like the Islanders and panthers played last night. But my gut is telling me this is a close one with a great possibility of OT.
For that reason I suggest sticking to Anaheim ML and shy away from regulation or PL plays.
NHL Free Score Prediction: Anaheim 3-2 in OT
