Rutgers is not going to be much of a factor in the Big Ten this season. They might win a little more than usual but that is not really saying much.
Seton Hall just bagged a big win against Kentucky but they have been very inconsistent this season. This should be a win though.

Canadian Eugene Omoruyi has blossomed this season, basically doubling his production to 16 and 9. He is one of two double digit scorers for this team.

The other is sophomore guard Geo Baker. Baker is another player who is developing nicely. It could be an indicator of the potential of the program that players are getting better.
They may not be overloaded with talent but Rutgers has enough athletes that they can try and dictate some style when they are playing well.
Seton Hall Pirates
Kentucky might be a little down now but that win over the Wildcats is likely to age well. Now Seton Hall just has to try and build on it.
Myles Powell is definitely enjoying being able to take all the shots he can handle. His scoring has jumped form 15ppf to 23ppg. It is not just volume either, his percentages are up.

Angel Delgado was one of the best rebounders in the college game so for so long that the Pirates knew they would take a hit there. They are not a big powerful inside these days.
Quincy McKnight is a transfer who can make outside shots. When Powell is off he could be a weapon that helps the in the very competitive Big East.
