It’s a tough spot for Iowa State to try and break out of their current 4-game skid as they head to Fort Worth on Tuesday night. The Cyclones offense is in a tailspin and now they have to face a top 5 Big 12 defense that only allows 63.9 ppg
TCU is a -4 point favorite as they’ve won three of their last five in their own rights. That includes two big wins over LSU and Oklahoma, but also a dud in a loss to Kansas State and an expected beating at Texas Tech (82-69) over the weekend.
Iowa State Cyclones
TCU isn’t horribly threatening on offense (69.1 ppg) but Iowa State still has some major concerns with their defense coming into Tuesday night’s matchup. The Cyclones have allowed 70+ in three of their last four which isn’t great for the Big 12’s #4 ranked scoring defense (62.3).

TCU Horned Frogs
Will TCU have an edge playing at home? They are 9-3 at Schollmaier Arena this season but also already dominated Iowa State 59-44 in Ames back on January 22nd even as +6.5 underdogs. The Horned Frogs have now won 8 of the last 9 in this head to head series.
