Well, I suppose we are supposed to be led to believe that Gonzaga is about to beat the snot out of the Toreros on their home court this Thursday night at the Jenny Craig Pavilion.
So, I guess there is no point in thinking anything other than the Bulldogs cruising to an easy win because they are ranked #2 in the land and winning games in the obnoxious fashion of late. This Zags program is eyeing the big prize but yet they are still just scoring in droves while also shutting their opponents down.
Gonzaga has won their last 10 games since their loss to Alabama, and apparently, it pissed off everyone in the locker room to not let that happen again anytime soon. It’s not just the 10-game win streak but this team is pouring it on and making scores look ridiculously lopsided.
Gonzaga Bulldogs
GOOD LUCK!! Hey, I think we all are of the mindset that it is going to take a program one helluva effort to take out the Bulldogs again. Although Gonzaga will expect this to be a mildly closer contest than they have been playing of late, the line setters are still just not giving the Toreros a lick of respect to hang around with Zags at all.
Previewing a Gonzaga game is like guessing how badly they will be beating the shit out of someone tonight, so I can talk stats and players until the cows come home. You want college hoops, right?
If you haven’t heard of Drew Timme yet well, welcome to Gonzaga basketball, dude, where ya been? When Timme feels like showing off and being his flamboyant self, he goes out and makes sure everyone sees him ripping down a rim and making a big play. If the 18 points and 6 boards a night doesn’t help you know more about my man, well, you should get to know his supporting cast.
BALLERS! Every fucking one of them is a baller and half and this might just be that year that we see something happens that everyone has been hoping for since John Stockton was here. If Gonzaga ever wins a national title it will change the entire landscape of college hoops for years to come.
They have this coach here, um, he’s all right I guess >>> LOL <<< In big, bold letters. Mark Few is arguably the best coach in the game and his name is certainly mentioned with the guy over in Duke, that dude in Carolina, and the maniac in Villanova if you need any names to compare him with. A title would be the icing on the cake of an amazing career and he has been so close lately as we all know.
San Diego Toreros
Do the Toreros stand a chance tonight? Well, sure they do.
San Diego has won 3 of their last 4 games and they have yet to face this Zags program because their first meeting was canceled. So, this will be their first crack at the #2 team in the nation that is literally beating the shit out of everyone in sight lately.
If there is any indication from the last 4 meetings between these two teams, the Toreros could be destroyed for a 5th straight time after getting manhandled in each of the 2020 affairs and both of the 2021 meetings between them.
Being at home might give this tea some life early, but even if they find a way to keep things close this could obviously get ugly. One thing the Toreros have working for them is their defense, as it has kept them in games basically all season. They are 6 – 3 in WCC play and this could be one monster upset of 2022 should they go all home dog and bark up a storm.
The San Diego defense ranks higher than the Zags in a bunch of the major categories including points allowed and opposing 3-point shooting percentage. Stuff like that is all well and good until you measure some of the opponents these good stats are coming from. Every time this program has faced a solid team they really have not fared well. Losses to BYU, Santa Clara, and San Francisco come to mind, so this could be another long night for the Toreros even with their defense keeping them in this game for a while

Free Gonzaga Bulldogs vs. San Diego Toreros NCAAB Betting Prediction:
We all know that Ej is not laying -21.5 against anyone, anytime, on any floor. I am a thinkdog kind of guy but I also only think dog when I think my dog can win outright. Imagine? A Torero win tonight would shock the entire planet without a doubt. It won’t happen but the points will come even with these two defenses that play well at times. 84 – 66 is 150 points, and that is just going to be enough to get us there.
Gonzaga will not be content to stop at 84 if things are going well, so I hope they turn it on when we need them to so e can cash this ticket on the total …
