Georgia looks to pull off a big upset and jump up the SEC standings when they take on Kentucky on Tuesday night.

Currently, Georgia sits at 6-4 in the conference, 1 game off of Kentucky who sits in the 2nd spot, tied with 2 others, at 7-3.
Georgia
Right now, the Bulldogs are likely on the outside looking in as far as the NCAA Tournament is concerned.
A road win over #22 Kentucky would go along way at solidifying their resume. It would also boost them into 2nd place in the SEC, which would also look better for them. The Bulldogs can make it 3 straight with an upset here.

Georgia has won back to back games against #25 South Carolina and unranked Auburn. With the exception of the SEC Tournament at the end of the season, this is likely the last chance the Bulldogs will have to defeat a ranked team.
Georgia only has just 1 win in 6 tries in terms of road conference games as they defeated lowly Missouri. That win won’t get them much in terms of the committee’s eyes. With that statistic, this puts a lot more pressure on this game for them.
Kentucky
Kentucky is trying to find some stability as they have dropped 2 of their last 3, but got back into the win column on Saturday with a win over the Florida.
The Wildcats fell in Kansas and followed that up by blowing a 21 point lead in Tennessee. It was very evident that they took out some frustration against Florida as they routed them by 19 points in an 80-61 decision.
Jamal Murray put up his best showing of the season as the freshman scored 35 points as he’s been quite the difference maker for Kentucky during their wins.
Tyler Ulis also contributed 18 points as he bounced back from a poor performance against Tennessee.
With the win, Kentucky improved to 15-0 at home.
CBB Betting Trends:

- Bulldogs are 43-20-1 ATS in their last 64 vs. Southeastern.
- Bulldogs are 23-11-1 ATS in their last 35 games following a ATS loss.
- Wildcats are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 vs. Southeastern.
- Wildcats are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games vs. a team with a losing road record.
- Wildcats are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600.
Free CBB Prediction:
This is certainly not one the Wildcats should take lightly.
While they are better than Georgia, this Bulldogs team needs a signature win and this may be their last chance to get one.
Expect a motivated Georgia team, but in the end, Kentucky is just too good at home. They’ll have no problem controlling the pace of play and the paint play in a win here on Tuesday.
