They knocked off the Butler Bulldogs on Thursday by a score of 65-61. The game was certainly closer than what a lot of people thought, but when it mattered most, the better team executed when they needed to.
Even though they did not crush the Bulldogs, I still feel that game was important for the Friars, as it shows they have multiple ways to win games, which they are going to have to have once the madness starts.
