Butler looks very Butler like again this season. They are not going to overwhelm you with talent but they are more than good enough to give any team a game.

Indiana, with their new frosh sensation probably has more skill but that is not always enough to take down a determined Bulldogs squad.

The Bulldogs have only been OK so far this season. They have no big wins as of yet and this is their best chance t get one of those to improve their resume.

Coming into this season it was all about Kamar Baldwin and how he was going to be the new face of the program. The guard has performed well overall but his shooting has been spotty and as that improves so will the team.

Paul Jorgensen is actually leading the team in scoring at 17ppg and combined with Baldwin that gives them a very productive backcourt duo. Jorgensen is having his best season as a senior for sure.

Inside they have just enough size and bulk but mostly they are going to need good defense from that group in this matchup because Indiana has a power forward that is effective in Juwan Morgan.

Indiana Hoosiers

The Hoosiers haven’t played in a week which should give them a chance to catch their breathe. They are on a three game winning streak but all those games came down to the wire, 1, 2, and 2 point victories.

As the season progresses it is east to see that Romeo Langford is the real deal. He is not a pure shooter but he is a scorer.  He can put a lot of pressure on the defense which opens things up for other too.

Per the above Juwan Morgan is one of the more accomplished forwards in all of college hoops. He gives them another great option to put the ball in the basket when they really need a hoop.

After those two the contributions get really broadly distributed. Rob Phinisee has his moments but as a first year point guard consistency is always a battle.
