In the win over Utah, the leading scorer for this group was Azuolas Tubelis, who had 32 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists. I would not be shocked if he once again puts up impressive numbers when they take on the Cardinal on Thursday.
Stanford Cardinal
I get that there are lots of teams in the Pac-12 having good seasons, but I have liked what I have seen from this Stanford team so far. They may not be the most flashy team, but they get the job done more than they do not.
The Cardinal come into this game with a record of 10-5. Out of all of their wins, the one that really sticks out to me is the one over USC. Not many folks gave them a shot, but they went out there and beat a team that was one of the better squads in the nation at the time.
This club last played on Saturday, where they lost to the Washington Huskies by a score of 67-64. They will look to get back into their groove when they host this tough Wildcats team.
Stanford fell into a hole in their last game and were never able to recover. Sure, they did get much closer as the game went on, but it still ultimately was not enough.
