The Raptors are home for a brief respite after a tough trip out West. Oddly they have been just as good on the road as at the ACC this season.
Utah is having success by making it uncomfortable to play them no matter where you are.
This should be a good game and I think the Raptors might be undervalued after some recent struggles.

Utah, thanks to the best defense in the NBA is currently leading the Northwest Division. That defense gives them a shot pretty much every game – they are 10-7 on the road.

Offense is always going to be a challenge for this team. It is a shame that George Hill is still out due to concussion, they really miss his scoring.
Since coming back from injury Gordon Hayward has been really good. He is averaging a career best 22ppg even if it looks like he is most concerned about his hair. He seems to finally be comfortable as a high usage player and they really need him.

Rudy Gobert is the key to their defense. He swats his fair share of shots and enables some degree of gambling as a result. He also commands the backboards when he is in the game too.
If you know anything about the Raptors history you know that Joe Johnson has always been a killer. You might want to file that away if you play DFS.
Utah is definitely a threat to take down Toronto in this spot.
Toronto Raptors
It was not a great trip out West for Toronto. Against the two elite teams they faced – Golden State and San Antonio – they were barely in the game and they lost at Phoenix. Uggh.
This is a definite get right spot at home but they are likely still without Patrick Patterson, an underrated piece of this team up front.
Not to worry too much though as their 1-2 punch of Demar DeRozan and Kyle Lowery will go. They only scored 60 combined against Utah when they beat them in Salt Lake City.
It might not be getting as much publicity outside of Canada but they have been awesome this year and are definitely the best backcourt in the Eastern Conference.
When they are right they are sometimes enough to sink most opponents. Especially the mediocre to bad ones.

With Pat-Pat out they are leaning more heavily on rookies Pascal Siakam and Jacob Poetl. The results there have been mixed.
Toronto does have enough size with Jonas Valanciunas and Lucas Nogeira to make sure the Jazz don’t push them around.
