With Boston making a rise up the ladder the Celtics are being led by Jaylen Brown who is averaging career bests in points and assists per game as well as field goal and free throw percentage.
While Brown is the head of the snake, don’t ignore how important Derrick White is to this iteration of the Celtics. White began the season on a cold shooting spree, particularly from deep. He’s since turned that around, and not coincidentally, it occurred as Boston began to rise the ladder.
Still, the Raptors’ defense is a real thing that will only get better when Poeltl returns, which could happen tonight.
I like Boston to win the match, but I’ll take the points and Toronto to keep the final score closer than an 8.5 point differential.
