Philly last played Tuesday, defeating the Celtics, while the Pistons beat the Bulls on Wednesday.

This is the second meeting between the clubs this season, with the Pistons winning the first game. Last year, the Pistons won the season series, taking two of the three meetings.

Detroit, on the other hand, enters on an eight-game winning streak with a 10-2 record on the season.

Here is my 76ers Pistons free pick. While the Cavaliers and Knicks were projected to win the East, it’s the Pistons who sit atop the conference on an eight-game win streak.

It’s questionable if the Sixers are still Joel Embiid’s team or if things have shifted toward Tyrese Maxey. Embiid can’t do much about it at the moment as he is sidelined with another knee injury. 

Injuries should factor for both sides as the Pistons limp into this match, while the Sixers are missing Embiid and Paul George.
