Both teams come into this game with almost identical records. They both have 26 loses well the Magic have one more win.

This is the second match up of the year between the two teams. The Magic won the first game 89-82.

After starting off the season playing good basketball the Magic have really struggled as of late. In their last ten games they are 2-8.

Their two wins did come on the road however, against the Knicks, and the Trail Blazers.

If you can take one positive out of the losing streak is that they are scoring more points then they were in the past.

On the season the Magic are only averaging 99 points per game, but over their last three games they have been averaging 111.3. Although they only won one of those games, their problems this year have come on the offensive end so this is a positive.

For the Magic to win they need to continue putting up that many points, but also play a little better defense.

New Orleans Pelicans

Although the Pelicans have lost their last two games they are playing much better basketball as of late.

They are 6-4 in their last ten games, and that includes a three game winning streak over that stretch.

The Pelicans have been a very hard team to figure out because they have been very inconsistent. It seems to be they either score 110 or 95 and not really much in between.

The big thing to watch in this game is Anthony Davis.

Anthony Davis is questionable for this game with right hip and thumb injury.

If he can’t play the Pelicans are going to have a hard time beating the Magic.
