Although Philly hasn’t found consistency, they are definitely a team more on the rise versus the Bucks, who are mired in the bottom group of the East and just lost their superstar for four to six weeks.
To that end, the big question on all the podcasts today was whether Antetokounmpo has played his last game in Milwaukee.
Diving in deeper to the stats for Joel Embiid in his last four games he’s averaging a double-double of 33.3 points and 10 rebounds. Per John Schuhmann: “The Sixers have scored 123.5 points per 100 possessions with him on the floor and just 98.1 per 100 with him off the floor over that stretch.”
The 76ers need to win this game after that subpar homestand and embarrassing loss to the Hornets on Monday. On paper, they should torch Milwaukee, and to that end, Embiid and Paul George, who didn’t play the front side of the back-to-back, should be available for this contest.
