Winners of three straight, the Indiana Pacers will head to Orlando to take on the Magic.
Orlando, coming off a 111-105 loss to Minnesota, will look to bounce back in its own house and get a much needed win against an Eastern Conference squad.
Indiana Pacers
Indiana might be the streakiest team in the NBA. The Pacers have won three straight, but lost three straight before that. It’s been a bizarre year for a team that many were thinking would look consistently better than this.

What has been a good sign for the Pacers is how well Paul George has played over the last four games. He looks to be getting that killer instinct that superstars need and has been finishing games for Indiana.
He has 30 or more in each of those four games, including a very impressive 33-point performance against Houston.

The Pacers need him to keep performing like this in order to climb the Eastern Conference, or at least stay in the semi-comfortable 6th position.
In his sophomore year, Myles Turner has been wonderful to watch.
He is becoming a force in the paint and has a very good mid-range game. Turner is averaging 15.9 points per game and shooting almost 54% from the field.
Orlando Magic
There’s not much to like about this Orlando Magic team this year. Sitting 14th in the Eastern Conference, Orlando hasn’t been a fun team to watch this year.
The Magic average barely 100 points per game, putting the team 27th in the league in that category. Orlando also gives up 105.6 points per game, and that poor defense has led to some bad blowout losses.
The best offensive producer for the Magic has been Evan Fournier. He’s averaging 16.8 points per game and shooting 44% from the field.
In the back court, point guard Elfrid Payton has been a decent floor general for the Magic. He’s averaging 12.6 points and 6.0 assists per game.

Unfortunately for the Magic, there aren’t a lot of other bright spots offensively and the team can’t keep up with the offensive production of the majority of this league.
To beat the Pacers, Orlando has to find a way to limit Myles Turner inside and keep Paul George from taking over the game.
NBA Betting Trends:
- Indiana is 2-4 ATS in the last six games
- Orlando is 1-4 SU in the last five games
Free Indiana Pacers vs. Orlando Magic NBA Prediction:
You can never tell which Pacers team you’re going to get or which Paul George will show up. That being said, this Pacers team should be able to beat Orlando easily as long as the team plays halfway decent. Indiana gets the W on the road.
4* Free NBA Betting Pick: Indiana -2.5
In the first meeting between these two teams, Indiana won by 13.
With how well the Pacers have played over the past three games, I think taking them to cover the spread against a poor Magic team is a solid bet.
