The Oregon State Beavers are heading to down south to take on the UCLA Bruins at the Rose Bowl this Saturday in a Pac-12 showdown.
Both teams are on four-game skids, but one will snap the streak this week. The winner will hope that can be the spark to finish the season strong.
The Beavers lost 26-15 last week at Stanford to drop their fourth in a row.
They are currently in last place in the North Division. UCLA lost last week at Colorado last week 20-10 and is in 5th place in the division.
UCLA dominated the matchup between these two last year, winning 41-0.
Oregon State Beavers
The Beavers have only one conference win this year, a 47-44 shootout victory over Cal at the beginning of October. In their five conference losses, they average only 16.6 points per game.
Their offense has circled through three quarterbacks this year but is really led by the running game. Running back Ryan Nall has run for 672 yards and eight touchdowns, and he is also one of their most effective receivers.
Quarterback Marcus McMaryion leads the team in passing with 688 yards and he has four TD passes, but also has four INTs.
The passing game is the worst in the Pac 12 and 112th in the nation.
The Beavers come in ranked 110th in total offense this year, 51st in rushing and 98th in scoring– putting up just 23.8 ppg.
They are not much better on defense, ranking 96th in yards allowed, 37th vs the pass, 114th vs the run and 95th in points allowed– giving up 31.9 ppg.
The Bruins started the season in impressive fashion, winning three of their first five games. However, they seem to be in a tailspin since and have lost four straight.
They do have a chance at bowl eligibility if they win out, but they still have USC and at Cal after this one.
UCLA made a quarterback switch in the midst of the losing streak, going with Mike Fafaul over incumbent starter Josh Rosen.
Fafaul has thrown for 964 yards and nine TDs so far, but he also has nine INT on the year as well.
Overall the Bruins are 75th in total offense, 14th in passing, 127th in rushing and 80th in scoring– putting up just 26.3 ppg.
The defense has been much better, ranked 29th in total yards allowed, 18th vs the pass, 67th vs the run and 57th in points allowed– giving up just 26.0 ppg.

Free Week 11 NCAA Football Prediction
Neither of these teams have been particularly impressive this year, particularly on offense. They both have quarterback questions and strong defenses.
Combine those facts with the recent trends, and UNDER is the best bet in this one.
4* Free NCAA Betting Pick: UNDER 50.5
This game will be low-scoring and probably relatively close. UCLA should win, but they consistently under-performed against the spread this year.
