Defensively, the Redhawks have been below average, but against the MAC, they have played decent. Overall, they have allowed 33 points per game. This even includes the game where they gave up 72 points to Ohio State. However, against their conference, they allow an average of 27 points per game.
Stopping the run is what they need to focus on for them to win this game. The Bobcats are good at running the ball, so this will be tough for the Redhawks.

Ohio also had a bye last week and they are also currently on a two-game win streak. In their last game, they beat Ball State 34-21.
They are tied with the Redhawks in the MAC East at 3-1, and need a big win to control their own destiny.

This Bobcats offense will be looking to do one thing and that is running the football. They are averaging 193.5 rushing yards per game, which ranks 39th in the country. The Bobcats currently have three guys with 300+ rushing yards and five guys with at least one rushing touchdown. Surprisingly, their quarterback, Nathan Rourke, leads the team in rushing yards and also has 8 rushing touchdowns.
Defensively, the Bobcats are a team that has really struggled. They are especially bad against the run, where they rank 110th in the country. Luckily, the Redhawks have not shown much success in moving the ball, so they should be able to slow them down.
The biggest problem is they have yet to hold an opponent under 20 points. Knowing that the Redhawks offense is not good will give them confidence in this must win game.
