Two SEC East foes square off as Missouri tries to earn a major upset over the #2 ranked Bulldogs. Both teams have started the season 3-0. This will be the second conference game for Georgia, and the first for Missouri.
After an early scare last year, Georgia managed to pull away from Missouri and beat them 53-28.
The #2 Bulldogs will have a tough road test this weekend. Last time they traveled to Missouri in 2016, they beat the Tigers 28-27. Georgia has been near flawless this season and have yet to get a real test from an opposing team.
Like last year, Georgia produces a ton of offense on the ground. With running backs like DeAndre Swift, Elijah Holyfield, and James Cook they can basically rotate these guys to wear down almost any defense. Second year quarterback, Jake Fromm has been tremendously efficient this throwing for 479 yards, six touchdowns and one interception. Also, he has an 80% completion percentage. Not to mention Justin Fields, who has also received some time at quarterback and is starting to live up to expectations.
In terms of their defense, the Bulldogs are ranked 3rd in the country They allow an average of 8 points per game, so this will be a test to see how good their defense really is. Especially the secondary since passing is the main offensive attack for the Tigers.
Missouri’s toughest test so far has been Purdue. They ended up winning that game 40-37 but must play much better if they want to have a chance to knock off Georgia.
Quarterback, Drew Lock is perhaps one of the best in the entire country. He has already thrown for 1062 yards, ten touchdowns, and one interception. He torched this Georgia secondary last year, so look for a similar show this year as well.
The defense for the Tigers has definitely improved from last year, but they will be heavily tested this weekend. Their rush defense ranks 8th in the country as they are allowing an average of 74.7 rush yards per game. This is good news for the Tigers because the run game is Georgia’s main form of offense. If Missouri can force Jake Fromm into some mistakes, they might have a chance to pull off a huge upset and take control of the SEC East.

Free Week 4 NCAA Football Pick
Similar to the South Carolina game, Georgia will let Missouri hang around for a half, but will eventually pull away and cruise to an easy win.
4* Free NCAA Betting Pick: UNDER 64.5
Georgia has too many explosive playmakers on the offensive side of the ball, and that will be the difference. Expect this game to be relatively high scoring, but because of the defense for Georgia, the total will go under.
