NFL Gambling – Week 7 Favorites

New York Jets at New England Patriots
Week 7 NFL Spread: Patriots -9.5

This series has been dominated by the Patriots in recent years, and there may never have been a greater talent gap between the two sides than there is this season.

[dfads params=’groups=63753&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]

The Jets look downright lost at the moment, and they just lost a key piece to an already thin secondary last weekend in Dee Milliner. That’s music to Tom Brady’s ears.

Cleveland Browns at Jacksonville Jaguars
Week 7 NFL Spread: Browns -5.5

The Browns have been sneaky good this season and now get a Jaguars team that simply hasn’t been. Blake Bortles has breathed some life into the team’s offense, but he’s still turning the ball over way too much. The Browns need to avoid the pitfalls of getting down early or letting teams back into games late to build a winning margin here.

Seattle Seahawks at St. Louis Rams
Week 7 NFL Spread: Seahawks -6.5

The Seahawks are going to have something to prove here after dropping their second game of the season a week ago and letting the 49ers back into the NFC West race. The Rams get this game at home, but on a short week, which won’t do them any favors.

Arizona Cardinals at Oakland Raiders
Week 7 NFL Spread: Cardinals -3.5

The Cardinals continue to be undervalued by the books. The Raiders may have given the Chargers a run for their money, but that was a divisional matchup.

[dfads params=’groups=66501&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]

With Carson Palmer back under center, there’s no reason to believe the Cardinals won’t light it up here.

Cincinnati Bengals at Indianapolis Colts
Week 7 NFL Spread: Colts -3

The fact that this game will be played in Indianapolis makes all the difference. The Bengals have been dominant at home despite last week’s struggles, while the Colts themselves have done a fine job of defending their home field. Andrew Luck has been on his game and gets some extra prep time for this contest, while Andy Dalton hasn’t fared well away from Paul Brown Stadium, and will likely be without top receiving option A.J. Green in this one. The Bengals struggle to defend tight ends and the Colts have a couple good ones.

NFL Gambling – Week 7 Underdogs

Tennessee Titans at Washington Redskins
Week 7 NFL Spread: Titans +6

The Titans haven’t looked great of late, but neither have the Redskins. Both sides haven’t been kind to bettors this season, but this is too big a number to lay on a bad Redskins team.

Miami Dolphins at Chicago Bears
Week 7 NFL Spread: Dolphins +3

The Dolphins just haven’t been able to get everything to come together at the same time it seems. The team has plenty of talent on both sides of the ball but just can’t seem to gut out wins. They have one of the better offensive lines in football at the moment and the Bears are lousy at defending the run.

New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys
Week 7 NFL Spread: Giants +6.5

The Cowboys have answered the bell seemingly every time this season.

[dfads params=’groups=63752&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]

After looking awful in their opener against the 49ers, the team has rung off five consecutive wins. They failed to cover as favorites in this range against the Texans, and this number feels a little big for them.

San Francisco 49ers at Denver Broncos
Week 7 NFL Spread: 49ers +6.5

The 49ers have really stepped up their game of late. They have reason to be worried in this one as they’re missing some key pieces on defense at an inopportune time, but they also have plenty of talent on offense and have what it takes to keep up.

Houston Texans at Pittsburgh Steelers
Week 7 NFL Spread: Texans +3.5

The Steelers look like they have what it takes to be a playoff team but just seem to have too tough a time getting everything to come together week in and week out. The Texans can wear them out slowly with their running game.
