This is an important game for both teams in what should be an interesting race in the B12 over the final month of the season. The Cowboys and the Red Raiders are two of the three teams with one league loss so far, so whoever loses this one is likely eliminated from contention given there are still two undefeated teams.

Fresh off of a fantastic home victory versus the then number one ranked Texas Longhorns, the Texas Tech Red Raiders will try and keep things going against another highly ranked, difficult team to beat, the Oklahoma State Cowboys. The Cowboys actually played very well on the road against the Texas Longhorns two weeks ago. They will not be a pushover in this game and if Texas Tech believes that they could just waltz through this game after playing their butts off against the Longhorns, they have another thing coming.
