On Saturday they will face their biggest test, on both sides of the ball, when they face off against the Missouri Tigers (5-0 SU, 3-1 ATS) in NCAA college football action in the Big 12 conference, slated to kick off at 8 PM ET at Memorial Stadium (artificial turf) in Columbia, MO.
The Notre Dame Fighting Irish (4-1 SU, 3-2 ATS), who are bidding to achieve a national ranking one year after their disastrous 2007 season, will line up against a team that is already in the rankings, the North Carolina Tar Heels (4-1 SU, 3-1 ATS) in NCAA college football action that is set to begin at 3:30 PM ET at Kenan Stadium (natural turf) in Chapel Hill, N.C.
If familiarity breeds contempt, the ALCS between rivals Boston and Tampa Bay will be a great one beginning tonight.

The Washington Redskins (4-1 SU, 4-1 ATS, 2-3 O/U), were thought to be the worst team in the NFC East following their season-opening, 17-6 road loss to the New York Giants.
Now, after winning four straight games in convincing fashion, including two consecutive NFC East road contests, the Redskins are riding high and sitting pretty with their NFC playoff hopes.
This game will prove to be everything that the USC-OSU letdown wasn’t. Both teams are itching to prove themselves, despite some defensive lapses. The Sooners are the best team in the country, and Sam Bradford is out to prove that he is Heisman worthy. The one thing standing in their way is Texas’s Colt McCoy and his road warrior Longhorns.
The Jacksonville Jaguars (2-3 SU, 1-4 ATS, 3-2 O/U), had high hopes of making their first Super Bowl appearance this season after a recording a promising 11-5 record in 2007, but are in serious danger of even making the playoffs this season even at this early juncture of the 2008 regular season.
The Arizona State Sun Devils (2-3 SU, 1-3 ATS) are trying to break a three-game losing streak, but they’re going to have a hard time doing it, as they face off against the USC Trojans (3-1 SU & ATS) in NCAA college football action that is scheduled to kick off at 3:30 PM ET at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum (natural turf).
