NFL Week 7 Wagering – New York Jets vs. Oakland Raiders
The New York Jets travel to Oakland to take on a Raiders team that was just obliterated by Drew Brees and the Saints last Sunday. What’s up with the Raiders? They were just destroyed. I mean, it got ugly almost as soon as the third quarter started. The Raiders still have no idea what to do when faced with adversity.
They have two terrific running backs, heck, three, but it doesn’t seem to matter. Oakland has been awful against the BetUS online NFL wagering spread lately. They will be home underdogs for this one, but it won’t be easy for them to beat the online betting spread because the Jets have been very good.
In fact Brett Favre has already thrown for 13 touchdowns this season. That’s pretty freaking good. For online football betting fans, the Jets have suddenly turned the corner to become a decent online wagering option when they take the field. Their defense is starting to come together nicely and using Thomas Jones to complement Brett Favre and the passing game is starting to really click.
This team should win the AFC East Division. Of course, they will have to get over the mental block that causes them to lose every time they face the New England Patriots. Luckily, they don’t have to deal with the Pats this Sunday. They just have to deal with the awful Oakland Raiders.

Man, the Raiders have been awful for a long time! The Jets haven’t been that great on the road, but the issue that the Raiders are going to have is stopping Thomas Jones from running it down their throats and Brett Favre from throwing it down field to wide open receivers.
The Raiders’ defense just hasn’t been as good as it was last season and it wasn’t that great last season. This is an organization in turmoil. It makes sense to make an online bet on these guys to lose again against the online wagering spread.
