NFL Betting: 49ers vs Packers
The San Francisco 49ers head north to take on the six point favorite Green Bay Packers at 1:00 PM ET at Lambeau Field in what is a battle of rejuvenated teams after recording much needed victories last week.

Both are coming off big defensive performances as the Packers took care of the Cowboys last week with a 17-7 upset; the 49ers intercepted Bears QB Jay Cutler 5 times in the victory 10-6 over Chicago.

“It was a big relief,” 49ers tight end Vernon Davis said. “It’s truly a blessing to be able to get this. We just have to keep winning.”
However both teams know that after those victories they need to build momentum in order to continue in the NFC playoff race.
“(It) won’t mean anything if we don’t win (this) week,” said Packers cornerback Charles Woodson, who forced two fumbles and had an interception against the Cowboys. “It could be fun the rest of the season. But it could also be tough if we don’t do what we need to do.”
If Green Bay can give Aaron Rodgers enough time to pass the ball they could burn any opponent but the 49ers will be focused on defending the pass. 
“It’s well-documented what’s gone on the last two weeks,” Green Bay coach Mike McCarthy said. “We were able to learn from that, carry it forward to our game (last weekend), and we need to take that forward to San Francisco.”
On offense San Francisco will be putting the ball on Frank Gore´s hands; however he faces the 4th ranked defense vs. the run. If the 49ers can establish the run, Alex Smith can look for rookie WR Michael Crabtree and especially for TE Vernon Davis who has 7 TDs this season.
The last time these two teams faced each other Gore ran for 130 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries in a San Francisco’s 30-19 loss to Green Bay on Dec. 2006.
