Will Romo Carry Cowboys to Victory? Oh, and the Giants are Looking Good

Week Eleven in the NFL is going to be a doozy. Why? Because there are only seven more games before the playoffs. Yes, the NFL season has been humming along that quickly for sports betting fans.

The biggest news, of course, is that Tony Romo returns to throw the ball for the Cowboys. He returns just in time. The Cowboys have to beat the rival Washington Redskins on Sunday night if they hope to have any chance of making the playoffs. The ‘Boys are 5 and 4 on the season. The NFC Conference is tough.

Let’s get to it!

New York Jets vs. New England Patriots (Re-cap) – – The online betting odds settled around 3 ½ in favor of the Patriots. The Jets jumped out to a 24 to 6 lead, let the Pats tie them, got up by a touchdown, let the Pats tie them again, and then finally won it on a Jake Feeley kick in overtime. I wasn’t too impressed with either team, but Thomas Jones for the Jets is a very good running back.

Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Redskins – – The BetUS online sportsbook against the spread line is 1 ½ points in favor of the Redskins. Not because of Romo, but because of Redskins’ running back Clinton Portis who probably won’t even suit up for this game. I still love the Skins in this. They have the better defense and Romo should be rusty after being on the bench for so long. Running back Ladell Betts fills in for Portis and the Redskins cover the spread easily.

Minnesota Vikings vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – – Okay, so the Bucs are coming off of a bye and the Vikings are coming off of an emotional win against the Green Bay Packers. The Bucs are 4 point online betting favorites in this. I truly believe that they cover because Jon Gruden will find a way to stop Adrian Peterson and the Vikings have proven that’s all they have on offense.

New Orleans Saints vs. Kansas City Chiefs – – The Saints are one of the better teams in the NFL, right? Wrong! They have tons of ability but they can’t seem to get it together. I believe this game should be close early, the Saints might even find themselves behind, but at the end the Chiefs just aren’t as good as the Saints. I’ll give New Orleans another shot against the BetUS online betting spread.

Chicago Bears vs. Green Bay Packers – – Definitely feeling the Pack in this one. The online NFL betting spread is only 3 ½ points and the Packers are the better team. Whether it’s Grossman or Orten calling the shots under center for the Bears, I like the Packers to bounce back from a game they had in Minnesota. Aaron Rodgers will throw the ball much better this Sunday.

Tennessee Titans vs. Jacksonville Jaguars – – Once again I am going to call out the Titans and say that they lose at the BetUS NFL betting odds of – 140. The online wagering spread is only 3 ½ in this game which is why the Jaguars are at + 120 on the money line. That’s good enough for me. The Titans’ luck should run out.

Baltimore Ravens vs. New York Giants – – The G-man are godly while the Ravens have been lucky so far this season. Both teams have stellar against the spread records of 7 and 2, but the Giants are just too good of a team. The BetUS online sportbook betting line is somewhat high at New York Giants – 7 ½ but I have to go with them. They should really disrupt Joe Flacco and that Ravens’ offense.

Good Luck!
