My top 5 would be:

Indianapolis- the win over New England was huge
New Orleans- they have been winning ugly
Cincinnati- very impressive back to back wins
Minnesota- they lost the only really tough game they played so far
New England- 4th quarter melt down against the Colts was a surprise.
