Here are the top storylines from week three of college football 2008.

PLAYERS OF THE WEEK

Player of the Week honors go to BYU QB Max Hall, who threw for 271 yards and a school-record seven TDs against a hapless UCLA defense.

Another QB who had a big Saturday included Oklahoma’s Sam Bradford. He continued his torrid pace this past weekend, completing 18-of-21 passes for 304 yards and five TDs in a rout of Washington.

His passer rating thru 3 weeks is now 214.4, he has amassed 882 yards and 12 TDs in three games.

SNEAK PEEK

Top-25 matchups in WEEK 4 gambling action include ACC foes 18th-ranked Wake Forest and 24th- ranked Florida State battling in Tallahassee, and sixth-ranked LSU traveling to 10th-ranked Auburn for SEC action.

Other matchups include fourth-ranked Florida at Tennessee and third-ranked Georgia at Arizona State.

To a lesser extent, Notre Dame at Michigan State, 21st-ranked West Virginia at Colorado, ninth-ranked Alabama at Arkansas and Virginia Tech at North Carolina should all be worth the price of admission.
