Dunham has scored 15 points in both of the Bulldogs’ last two victories. Jones is scoring 11.2 points a game to go along with 5.6 rebounds. Their win game against Indiana State, while their loss came in Tennessee.

Villanova

The Wildcats can make history on Wednesday afternoon if they can knock off the Butler Bulldogs and improve to 13-0. It would mark the best start for a Wildcats team since the 37′-38′ season. Villanova has shown their 12-0 mark is no pushover as they’ve beaten both VCU and Michigan so far. Come from behind wins against Illinois and Syracuse have also shown the resiliency and determination for the Wildcats squad.

Villanova will also be receiving a big boost to their scoring when leading scorer Darrun Hilliard returns from an injury Wednesday afternoon. Hilliard is scoring 12.6 points a game thus far. He has scored 20 plus points in 2 straight contests he’s played in.

Following Hilliard on the totem poll is Junior G Dylan Ennis. Ennis is dropping 11.8 points a game, 4.1 rebounds, and 3.2 assists a game. With Hilliard’s absence in the previous game, Ennis scored 17 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in Villanova’s 92-67 win.

Villanova is 6-0 at home this season and 4-2 ATS.

Inside the Pavilion, Villanova is scoring 80.3 points a game.

NCAA Basketball Trends:

  • Bulldogs are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 Wednesday games.
  • Bulldogs are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games overall.
  • Wildcats are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 vs. Big East.
  • Wildcats are 21-8 ATS in their last 29 home games.

Free 4* NCAA Basketball Pick: Villanova -11

Villanova is playing excellent basketball both offensively and defensively. They’re averaging north of 80 points per home contest, while allowing just over 50.

Villanova 85, Butler 65

While Butler is no pushover by any means, Villanova should be able to control the offensive pace and run Butler out of the Pavilion when its all said and done.
