Someone’s seven-game winning streak is about to end BetUS NCAA Football Sportsbook enthusiasts!

The eighth-ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys (7-0 SU, 6-0 ATS, 3-3 O/U), hit the road this week to take on the top-ranked Texas Longhorns (7-0 SU, 7-0 ATS, 4-3 O/U) at Memorial Stadium and one of these teams is going to walk away a loser – and I know who.

Before I get to that prediction however, let’s look at the recent background for each club.

The Cowboys routed the Baylor Bears 34-6 on Saturday to cover as 17-point home favorites, as quarterback Zac Robinson completed 13 of 20 passes for 238 yards and two touchdowns and running back Keith Totson added two touchdown runs and 56 rushing yards on 12 carries. Wide receiver Desmond Bryant added 11 catches for a whopping 212 yards, catching both of Robinson’s touchdown tosses.

The top-ranked Longhorns also improved to 7-0 with a surprisingly easy 56-31 rout over Missouri to cover a small 4.5-point spread as home favorites.

Heisman Trophy candidate, quarterback Colt McCoy completed 29-of-32 pass attempts for 334 yards and two touchdowns, while rushing for two more to lead the way. Running back Chris Ogbonnaya added another two touchdown runs and 65 yards on 13 carries.

As good as the Longhorns’ offense was, the team’s defense shined just as bright in shutting down the high-powered Missouri Tigers’ offense, led by talented quarterback Chase Daniel.

While the Longhorns allowed 28 second-half points to Missouri, Texas’ defense got this game under control in the first half, limiting Daniel and the Tigers to just 3 first-half points while taking a 35-3 lead into the locker room at the half.

Both teams are averaging over 45 points per game and right around 500 total yards per contest.

Here is a look at the key trends for each team, followed by my in-depth analysis and NCAAF Free Picks.

NCAAF Odds

Oklahoma State +12½
Texas -12½

Analysis: Both teams have met every challenge this season but the Longhorns have looked fantastic in rising to the occasion against Oklahoma and Missouri the last two week, both top 10 teams.

I say the Longhorn rise to the occasion once again, but the Cowboys cover this high point spread while putting a bit of a scare into Texas in the first half.

Longhorns’ quarterback Colt McCoy has looked better with each and every passing game and will be a lock to win the Heisman should Texas run the table.
