Week 10 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire

Week 10 NFL waiver wire plus fantasy football lineup tips to help decide who to start or bench on your fantasy football team.

NFL Week 8 Fantasy Football Tips

This is our waiver wire pick-ups column. The staff will scour the free agent pools in fantasy land for the best available talent every week. Availability, of course, depends on the league. We’re using 12 team, 15 roster spot leagues as the median, but we’ll look for roster candidates for leagues of all shapes and sizes. Grab the following before NFL Week 10.

(Early start this week with the Broncos vs. Browns on Thursday)

After all of the weekly games are finished be sure to check our cheatsheets, a who’s hot, and who’s not report plus more in our fantasy football guide. Without wasting any more of your time, here is the Week 10 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Pickup List, for the NFL games going on this week (Week 10). Good Luck!!!

QUARTERBACKS

1. Sage Rosenfels, Texans
Reports out of Houston suggest QB Matt Schaub could miss a month with a torn MCL. We think Rosenfels will average close to two TDs per game for the remainder of the year.

2. Brady Quinn, Browns
Romeo Crennel has indicated Brady Quinn will be the team’s starting quarterback this week.  Since he has little NFL experience to draw on, it’s difficult to say how Quinn will do tomorrow night versus the Broncos, but I’d make sure he’s on your bench for 1 week at least.

RUNNING BACKS

1. Ray Rice, Ravens
McGahee owners you’d better get Rice on your bench. Past performance has earned Rice 15 touches per game at least. That’s likely enough to do some damage.

2. Ryan Torain, Broncos
The Broncos placed starter Michael Pittman and Andre Hall on injured reserve, ending both players’ seasons.

3. Kevin Faulk, Broncos
Keep your eye on the RB situation this week in New England, and if you’re in a PPR league get Faulk in.

WIDE RECEIVERS

1. Greg Camarillo, Dolphins
If there was any doubt who Pennington is looking at every week it should be over. Camarillo was targeted 15 times on Sunday against the Broncos. The Seahawks rank 31st in the NFL versus the pass and they play worse on the road.

2. Devery Henderson, Saints
He’s a decent bye-week replacement in Week 10 at Atlanta after the Saints spend Week 9 on bye. This should be a high-scoring game.

3. Michael Jenkins, Falcons
He’s a good guy to take a gamble on with Roddy White normally attracting double coverage. Atlanta has a relatively easy road ahead with games against the Saints, Broncos, Panthers and Chargers

4. Rashied Davis, Bears
Davis has turned in four quality fantasy performances in a row. On Sunday against the Lions, Davis posted five receptions for 64 yards. Check Brandon Lloyd’s status prior to gameday though.

TIGHT ENDS

1. Kevin Boss, Giants
Use him in Week 10 against a Philly defense that has allowed the third most fantasy points to TEs this

D/ST

1. Carolina Panthers
The Cats rank third in the NFL in scoring defense. Week 10 sees the pathetic Raiders offense on the schedule. (Insert picture of me licking chops)
