My pick for best game of the week is a three-way tie between the Jets at the Saints, Chargers at the Steelers and the Green Bay Packers at the Minnesota Vikings. Brett Favre had a big week four in 2008; throwing six touchdown passes against the Arizona Cardinals. Can he repeat this week against his former team?
The week three betting totals slightly favored the under as seven games went over the total and nine games stayed under. Defense was the name of the game this week as even the Saints were held to under 30. Here is a brief recap of all the games.

Tony Romo is coming off one of his worst games in the NFL, throwing for a paltry 127 yards and three interceptions last week in a 33-31 loss to the New York Giants. The loss only reaffirmed to the Romo-haters that he’s the most overrated quarterback in football.
Not many people believed that the Miami Hurricanes were as good as their record indicated. Nobody that is except, well, Miami Hurricane fans. As often is the case in college football betting, the gamblers were right, for the most part, when the Miami Hurricanes finally came down to earth this past Saturday. They were thumped by the more talented Virginia Tech Hokies.
If your team never gives you any hope of winning, the loss often won’t sting as bad. You can simply write it off as a bad decision, try to learn from it and move on.
