| 10-08-26 | Bucs +8.5 v. Cowboys | 24-16 | Win | 100 | 32 h 22 m | Show | |
This is a system-first wager, with several independent historical situations pointing toward Tampa Bay. The most important applicable system backs bad underdogs that are not on a sustained winning streak: 634-473 ATS, 57.3%, +113.7 units, 9.3% ROI. That is the strongest side system on the board by historical profit and clears the triple-digit-unit threshold we give substantial weight. Tampa Bay also qualifies for two powerful winless-underdog systems: 119-69 ATS, 63.3%, +43.1 units, 20.8% ROI. 127-72 ATS, 63.8%, +47.8 units, 21.8% ROI. The unit totals are below our highest historical threshold, but the 20%+ ROIs are strong enough to give them considerable supporting weight. There is also a Thursday-specific road-team system: 43-17 ATS, 71.7%, +24.3 units, 36.8% ROI. The sample and unit production are much smaller, so this is corroboration rather than a primary reason for the wager. Organic handicapping gives Tampa Bay a legitimate route to staying inside the number. Baker Mayfield is out, but rookie Jalon Daniels was functional in his first start, completing 21-of-31 passes for 193 yards and a touchdown while adding 55 rushing yards on eight carries. His mobility is particularly relevant against Dallas. The Cowboys allowed at least 50 rushing yards to Jaxson Dart, Jayden Daniels and Lamar Jackson earlier this season. Dallas has been extremely vulnerable defensively, ranking at or near the bottom of the NFL in yards per play allowed. That is important when laying this many points. Tampa Bay does not need Daniels to outplay Dak Prescott; it needs an offense capable of producing enough sustained drives to make +9.5 valuable. A respected sharp bettor is also on TAMPA BAY +10.5. The current +9.5 is not as attractive, but the handicap remains viable. The Luck Factor provides additional context. Dallas is slightly unlucky at -0.2, but Tampa Bay is dramatically more unlucky at -1.9. At only four games we do not treat a 1.7-game Luck Gap as a mature-season statistic, but the magnitude is already large enough to reinforce the possibility that Tampa Bay's 0-4 record understates its performance. Tampa Bay is also a public-perception candidate after starting 0-4 and losing its starting quarterback. Dallas, meanwhile, enters off a 34-30 win at Houston. We are taking more than a touchdown with the winless team rather than paying the premium attached to the more attractive record. Play to: TAMPA BAY +8.5. +10 or better is substantially preferable. |
| 10-08-26 | Bucs v. Cowboys OVER 47.5 | 24-16 | Loss | -110 | 32 h 19 m | Show | |
The side and total tell a coherent story: Tampa Bay can contribute offensively against a vulnerable Dallas defense without necessarily threatening to win outright. A respected sharp bettor has OVER 47. Dallas has been an excellent OVER team through four games because its offense and defense both push games in the same direction. The Cowboys can score with Dak Prescott and their passing personnel, but their defense has repeatedly allowed opponents to answer. Tampa Bay's injury situation strengthens the Dallas scoring projection. All-Pro safety Antoine Winfield Jr. is out with a fractured rib. The Buccaneers are also dealing with additional defensive personnel issues in the secondary and linebacker corps. Daniels' rushing ability is important to the Tampa Bay portion of the total. Mobile quarterbacks have been a major problem for Dallas, and quarterback scrambles can convert third downs that otherwise end possessions. The active 1,736-1,373 UNDER system does not qualify here because its mathematical parameters are not satisfied simply because the game is on Thursday or the total is below 53. We do not force an active system onto a game unless the actual SDQL conditions fit. Play to: OVER 47. At 48 or higher, the value deteriorates substantially. |
| 10-08-26 | Wild v. Lightning -145 | 2-3 | Win | 100 | 9 h 7 m | Show | |
Tampa Bay is the strongest system-supported selection. The Lightning have the extra rest and home ice against Minnesota, which played in Buffalo on Tuesday. The system's 686-466 record, 59.5% winning percentage and +73.8 units are especially compelling given its reported success this season. Tampa Bay also has the potential goaltending advantage with Andrei Vasilevskiy. Minnesota's offensive talent, particularly Kirill Kaprizov, is a legitimate concern. The computer projects Minnesota winning 3.5-3.4, but that narrow projection is not sufficient to override the favorable system situation. Play to: TAMPA BAY -155. |
| 10-08-26 | Utah Mammoth v. Bruins +111 | 1-6 | Win | 111 | 9 h 3 m | Show | |
Boston qualifies for the more-rested home-team system and offers the additional advantage of plus-money value. The system's 686-466 record, 59.5% winning percentage and +73.8 units are especially compelling given its reported success this season. Utah is playing well at 3-1, but the Bruins return home following a difficult opening stretch. Boston's special teams have struggled, although its even-strength performance has been more competitive than its recent results suggest. The computer projects Utah winning 3.4-3.3. That is essentially a toss-up, making Boston's positive price attractive alongside the rest advantage. Play to: BOSTON +100. |
| 10-08-26 | Sam Houston v. Liberty UNDER 52.5 | 3-35 | Win | 100 | 48 h 39 m | Show | |
This is a system-first wager. The strongest applicable historical situation backs the UNDER when a road underdog is coming off an exceptionally poor defensive performance: 347-221 UNDER, 61.1%, +103.9 units, 16.6% ROI. That clears both standards we want from a premium system: triple-digit historical profit and a powerful double-digit ROI. There is additional active UNDER support from a recent-scoring-versus-current-total system: 836-641 UNDER, 56.6%, +130.9 units, 8.1% ROI. Those systems involve different parameters, but we still avoid treating every overlapping historical angle as an entirely independent edge. What matters is that the system portfolio points strongly toward the same side of the total. Sam Houston's offensive ceiling also makes an UNDER attractive. The Bearkats are being asked to contribute enough against a 4-1 Liberty team to push the game beyond the low 50s. Liberty has won four consecutive games and just held Delaware to 14 points. Play to: UNDER 52.5. |
| 10-08-26 | Missouri State v. Western Kentucky -2.5 | 13-34 | Win | 100 | 48 h 34 m | Show | |
Western Kentucky has enough value at less than a field goal to qualify as a Major. A respected sharp bettor projects Western Kentucky closer to -5, creating approximately 2.5 points of theoretical value at the current number. Special teams are also a significant component of the handicap, with Western Kentucky holding the superior profile. Missouri State quarterback Skyler Locklear is expected to play after being banged up against SMU. He has completed better than 70% of his passes with a 4-to-1 touchdown-to-interception ratio, so this isn't a wager based upon facing a compromised backup quarterback. The more attractive matchup is Western Kentucky's passing game against a Missouri State defense allowing more than 400 yards per game. The Hilltoppers have produced consecutive 300-yard passing performances. There are legitimate concerns. Western Kentucky's run defense has been extremely poor, allowing more than six yards per carry, and the Hilltoppers have several offensive skill-position players listed questionable. Those issues keep the wager firmly at Major rather than Wise Guy. Play to: WESTERN KENTUCKY -2.5. Do not lay more than -3. |
| 10-07-26 | Oilers v. Ducks +119 | 5-2 | Loss | -100 | 12 h 10 m | Show | |
Anaheim is the side where the independent pieces of the handicap come together best at the current price. The Ducks have opened 2-0, beating Vegas 4-3 on the road and Florida 3-2 in overtime. More important than the record is how they have done it. Anaheim has allowed five goals in two games, Lukas Dostal stopped 29 of 31 against Florida, and the Ducks' power play produced all three goals in that win. Edmonton comes in without Zach Hyman and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, removing two significant pieces from what normally makes the Oilers such a difficult matchup. Edmonton's offensive ceiling with Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl is obvious, but the market is asking us to lay road juice with a depleted favorite. The Oilers' first two games exposed substantial defensive volatility, including 13 goals allowed against Vancouver before the 3-1 win over Seattle. The market information makes Anaheim more attractive. Edmonton is drawing roughly four-fifths of the moneyline tickets, yet the Oilers have moved from roughly -138 toward the -125/-132 range. We generally want to fade rather than chase that kind of movement. The home underdog is taking only about one-fifth of the moneyline tickets. There is also a significant historical matchup component: the home team has won 12 of the last 14 meetings. That's a team trend rather than one of our systems, so it does not drive the wager, but it supports the underlying matchup. SportsLine's strongest position on this game is OVER 6.5 rather than a side, so there is no computer-model disagreement keeping us away from Anaheim. Luck Factor gets essentially no consideration. Two or three games cannot establish a meaningful NHL Luck Gap. BET: ANAHEIM +110 Play to: +100 |
| 10-07-26 | Aces v. Golden State Valkyries UNDER 157.5 | 81-83 | Loss | -115 | 12 h 43 m | Show | |
This is the strongest total on the board. The worldwide contrarian case has become considerably stronger as the sample has grown. The data is now up to 2,892 bets, with an extraordinary 91% of tickets on the OVER and only 9% UNDER. Meanwhile, the total has essentially refused to rise from the 157.5 opener. The basketball matchup agrees. Golden State held Las Vegas to 60 points in Game 1 and dominated 71-60. The Valkyries' defense disrupted Las Vegas throughout the game, while Golden State itself isn't an offense that requires a high-scoring environment to win. Golden State also has a strong recent UNDER profile at home. The personnel situation doesn't make me more optimistic about Vegas' offense. Jewell Loyd is now listed doubtful, with Dana Evans and Stephanie Talbot questionable. Vegas already has depth concerns against a Golden State team whose depth was a significant advantage in Game 1. The applicable UNDER system with the superior historical profitability also gives us substantial independent support. BET: UNDER 157.5 Play to: 156.5. |
| 10-07-26 | Rays +148 v. Yankees | Top | 4-3 | Win | 148 | 10 h 19 m | Show |
This is the strongest combination of regression and system support on the board. One of our top systems backs a road underdog with the better record when its opponent is returning home from a road game. That situation is 177-126, 58.4%, +90.1 units with a massive 29.7% ROI. A closely related system requiring the underdog to own the better record while facing an opponent returning home is 178-132, 57.4%, +85.5 units and 27.5% ROI. There is also an exceptionally strong broader road-team system in play. Quality road teams with at least as good a winning percentage as an opponent coming off a road game are 871-672, 56.4%, +104.8 units. The Luck Gap is substantial even by full-season standards. Tampa Bay sits at +15.44 compared with New York at +0.12. That is a gap of more than 15 games, comfortably large enough to matter over a 162-game sample. The pitching matchup keeps this from being an even stronger wager. Nick Martinez's season report card is 15-6 with a 3.10 ERA and 1.09 WHIP, but his last-three split has deteriorated to a 5.27 ERA and 1.39 WHIP. His road work has been excellent, however: 2.38 ERA and 1.00 WHIP. Max Fried has a 2.80 ERA and has remained sharp recently with a 2.75 ERA over his last three. Tampa Bay has already handled Fried recently, scoring six runs in a 6-1 win in his September 22 start against the Rays. The official outlaw line was Tampa Bay +138, and the market has not taken away the underdog value. Play to: TAMPA BAY +125 or better. |
| 10-07-26 | Penguins v. Capitals OVER 6.5 | 3-5 | Win | 100 | 10 h 37 m | Show | |
The strongest outside computer position on the early games is here: SportsLine gives OVER 6.5 an A grade and projects approximately 7.3 combined goals. The personnel picture supports offense. Pittsburgh has already shown enormous scoring variance, including its 6-5 overtime win over Montreal. Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin remain dangerous, and Bryan Rust practiced fully and is projected back into the lineup. Rust's return adds another proven finisher to a Pittsburgh attack that already has considerable top-six skill. Washington's concern is on defense. Rasmus Sandin is out and Matt Roy is expected to miss the game, thinning the Capitals' blue line against Crosby, Malkin, Rust and Rickard Rakell. Washington substantially upgraded its own forward depth with Alex Tuch, Jordan Kyrou and Boone Jenner around Alex Ovechkin and Dylan Strome. The market is providing important confirmation. OVER 6.5 is receiving extremely heavy ticket support, which ordinarily makes us cautious, but the price has nevertheless moved materially toward the Over at several books. That is enough movement to respect rather than automatically fading the public. There is a conflicting historical matchup trend toward the Under in Washington, but that's a team-specific trend and does not receive anything close to the weight of a profitable league-wide system. I do not see a verified high-profit system from our saved portfolio qualifying strongly enough here to override the A-grade computer position, personnel and current market. BET: OVER 6.5 Play to: -120 |
| 10-07-26 | New Mexico State v. Florida International -6.5 | 3-22 | Win | 100 | 24 h 17 m | Show | |
FIU has the strongest Wednesday combination of organic matchup strength and respected sharp support. A respected sharp bettor established FIU at -3.5 with a projected spread around -9. The market has moved substantially toward that projection, but -6 still leaves enough separation to play the Panthers. FIU's defense is the foundation of the handicap. The Panthers have allowed only 58 points through four games and have been particularly effective at preventing opponents from sustaining drives. New Mexico State's 34-13 win over Western Kentucky was impressive on the scoreboard, but the Aggies threw for only 146 yards. Six sacks and a defensive touchdown helped create a final margin that overstated the offensive performance. The personnel picture is acceptable. FIU has questions at tight end and kicker, but the core of the defense is intact. The price prevents a higher rating. There is a substantial difference between the original sharp position at -3.5 and laying -6. Play to: FIU -6. Pass at -7. |
| 10-07-26 | Dodgers -143 v. Braves | 4-1 | Win | 100 | 8 h 16 m | Show | |
Our top organic handicapper is on the Dodgers at -136 and is willing to play them through -145. The Luck Gap also points in the same direction, although it is supporting rather than decisive at this stage of the season. Atlanta finished at +4.87 while Los Angeles was -0.47, suggesting the Braves received more favorable variance over the full season. Tyler Glasnow's report card is 5-2 with a 3.53 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 98 strikeouts in 74 innings. The road split is particularly attractive here: 2.84 ERA, 0.82 WHIP and only two home runs allowed in 38 innings away from home. His recent 4.96 ERA is less impressive, but the underlying full-season and road numbers are substantially stronger. Tyler Mahle brings a 7-10 record and 3.99 ERA. His home split is excellent at 2.74, and he has a respectable 3.89 ERA across his recent starts, so this isn't a wager based upon attacking Mahle. Los Angeles instead gets the nod from the combination of the respected organic position, Glasnow's road profile and Atlanta's positive Luck Gap. The Dodgers have also held Atlanta to three runs or fewer in each of the first three games of this series. Play to: LA DODGERS -145. |
| 10-06-26 | Brewers +125 v. Padres | 3-4 | Loss | -100 | 11 h 25 m | Show | |
The starting-pitcher comparison favors San Diego, but the system profile makes Milwaukee the value side at plus money. One of our strongest systems backs quality road teams against an opponent coming off a road game when the road club owns at least as good a winning percentage. Since 2018, those teams are 870-671, 56.5%, for +104.8 units. That is not an isolated angle. A more selective underdog system applies when the road underdog has the superior record against an opponent returning home. That profile is 178-131, 57.6%, for +86.5 units with a 28.0% ROI. Another system targeting road underdogs with winning records and a better winning percentage than their opponent is 177-125, 58.6%, +91.1 units with a 30.1% ROI. There is also postseason momentum support. Milwaukee has won the first two games of this series, both by one run, and the postseason system backing the hotter club is 192-135, 58.7%, +72.0 units. The price is particularly attractive. Our official outlaw line opened Milwaukee around +101, and the Brewers are now available around +113 while San Diego has been pushed into the -130s. We prefer fading that movement rather than paying the inflated Padres price. There is one legitimate concern: the starting-pitcher report cards favor San Diego. Dustin May finished 7-9 with a 4.70 ERA and had an ugly 7.61 ERA over his final eight regular-season appearances. Nick Pivetta has been excellent since returning from his elbow injury, producing a 1.64 ERA in five starts since coming off the injured list. But May's matchup-specific report card is substantially better than his overall numbers. He owns a 3.14 career ERA in 16 appearances against San Diego and an excellent 1.23 ERA in three starts against the Padres this season. Milwaukee also owns the superior full-season record and has already demonstrated that it can win close games against the Padres' outstanding bullpen. The Brewers won Games 1 and 2 by 3-2 and 4-3 scores. The Luck Gap does not provide a meaningful reason to oppose Milwaukee. Milwaukee's +10.60 versus San Diego's +6.34 produces only a 4.26 differential over essentially a full-season sample, far too small to carry meaningful weight. Three substantial profitable systems pointing toward the same plus-money underdog overcome the starting-pitching disadvantage. Play to: MILWAUKEE +105 or better. |
| 10-06-26 | Wild v. Sabres -102 | 2-3 | Win | 100 | 8 h 48 m | Show | |
The new NHL Luck Factor is only supporting evidence this early in the season, but Buffalo is already showing the profile we want in a buy-low team: its expected-goal performance has been substantially better than its actual results, with the early Goals% badly trailing its xGoals%. The extremely low early PDO also points toward positive regression. There are stronger personnel reasons to prefer Buffalo. Minnesota is without No. 1 goaltender Filip Gustavsson and top defenseman Brock Faber, while Danila Yurov is questionable. Faber's absence is particularly meaningful because of the minutes and matchup responsibility he normally handles on Minnesota's blue line. Buffalo is expected to start Colten Ellis. That's hardly an overwhelming goaltending advantage and prevents this from reaching 4* territory, but we're getting essentially pick'em money at home against a Minnesota team whose 2-0 start has been accompanied by extremely strong early goaltending results. The price also works. This opened approximately Minnesota -106/Buffalo -105 and remains essentially a pick'em rather than Buffalo being taxed for the regression case. BET: BUFFALO -106 |
| 10-06-26 | Dodgers v. Braves UNDER 6.5 | 3-1 | Win | 100 | 8 h 58 m | Show | |
Our top organic handicapper has UNDER 6.5 and is willing to play it through -120. The pitching matchup gives that position unusually strong support. Yoshinobu Yamamoto's season report card is 14-9 with a 2.53 ERA and microscopic 0.87 WHIP. More importantly for this matchup, Yamamoto had a 1.77 road ERA in 12 starts. His previous visit to Truist Park produced 6.1 innings of one-run baseball with eight strikeouts. Chris Sale's report card is even stronger: 14-9 with a 2.16 ERA, including a 1.96 ERA over his final 24 regular-season starts. Against this Dodgers lineup, Sale allowed only two earned runs across 16 innings in two starts for a 1.13 ERA. The most recent was a complete-game five-hit shutout with 11 strikeouts at Truist Park. The first Sale-Yamamoto matchup finished 1-0, and the current postseason form reinforces the pitching matchup. Los Angeles has scored only seven runs through the first two games of this series and went hitless with runners in scoring position in those games. The first two games finished with eight and five total runs, and Los Angeles entered tonight having gone UNDER in five consecutive games. The bullpen situation is also favorable after Monday's off-day. Los Angeles should have virtually its entire relief corps available, while Atlanta has closer Raisel Iglesias and primary setup options Robert Suarez and Dylan Lee ready behind Sale. Our official outlaw total was 6.5, and despite the extremely low number the market has not produced a meaningful upward correction. With two legitimate aces, rested high-leverage relief and direct matchup evidence supporting both starters, six runs is considerably more difficult to clear than it initially appears. Play to: UNDER 6.5 -120. |
| 10-05-26 | Falcons v. Saints UNDER 48 | 45-24 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 7 m | Show | |
The total has the strongest concentration of system support in the game. Monday night favorites in competitively lined games with totals below 51 have produced a 49-19 UNDER record, 72.1%, +28.1 units with a 37.6% ROI. The raw unit count is below the elite-system range, but the extraordinary ROI and 72% historical success rate make the angle highly significant. Another system applies to two well-rested teams in a competitively lined matchup. Those games are 81-31 UNDER, 72.3%, +46.9 units with a 38.1% ROI. Again, the units alone wouldn't make this an elite system, but a 38.1% ROI across 112 qualifying games gives it substantial weight. A third system provides additional corroboration. Divisional games fitting the previous-game upset profile are 66-38 UNDER, 63.5%, +24.2 units with a 21.2% ROI. That isn't strong enough to drive a premium wager independently, but all three systems point in exactly the same direction. The worldwide contrarian information also favors the UNDER. The majority of total tickets are on the OVER. It isn't an extreme public position, but it gives the UNDER another independent source of support. The market has moved from 45.5 to 47.5. We generally prefer fading moves, and an UNDER bettor is now getting two additional points compared with the opener. A two-point total move carries some significance and is especially useful when the strongest system evidence already points UNDER. The matchup provides a logical path to fewer possessions. Atlanta's greatest offensive advantage is Robinson against a depleted New Orleans front seven. A run-oriented Falcons attack can generate long drives, keep the clock moving and reduce the number of possessions. New Orleans has the opposite matchup problem. The Saints are without Etienne and face an Atlanta defense allowing only 47.7 rushing yards per game. If the Falcons can control the New Orleans running game without excessive safety involvement, they can force Shough into predictable passing situations. Protection could become important. Atlanta has generated substantial pressure, while New Orleans has dealt with offensive-line vulnerability. Negative plays and sacks are especially valuable to an UNDER because they simultaneously reduce scoring probability and consume downs. There is explosive-play risk. New Orleans can attack an Atlanta secondary that is considerably less imposing than its run defense, and Chris Olave presents a legitimate matchup problem. The Saints' defensive absences also create the possibility that Robinson and Atlanta generate efficient scoring opportunities. Those offensive vulnerabilities keep the total at Major rather than Wise Guy despite three supporting UNDER systems. Luck Factor is excluded entirely from the totals handicap. Play to: UNDER 47.5. UNDER 47 is playable. At 46.5, pass for premium purposes. |

| 10-05-26 | Yankees -121 v. Rays | 2-5 | Loss | -121 | 10 h 4 m | Show | |
The Yankees have the strongest side profile on today's board, beginning with an unusually large full-season Luck Gap. Tampa Bay enters at +15.08 in Luck Rating compared with only +0.48 for New York. That's a massive 14.60-game gap toward the Yankees. At this point of a 162-game season, a difference that large is highly significant and provides substantial regression support for New York. Cam Schlittler supplies excellent organic confirmation. His report card is outstanding, and his road performance has been particularly dominant. Schlittler is 8-2 with a 1.16 ERA and 0.74 WHIP away from home, with opponents reaching base at only a .204 clip. His current form is just as impressive. Schlittler has a 1.17 ERA and 0.91 WHIP across his last three starts. He threw 6.1 scoreless innings with 10 strikeouts against Boston in his latest outing and has allowed only two earned runs across his last three appearances. Schlittler also recently faced Tampa Bay and held the Rays to one earned run. Freddy Peralta has been pitching extremely well himself, particularly recently and at home. That prevents the Yankees from qualifying as a Wise Guy. There is also system resistance. One of our postseason systems favors teams coming off a playoff victory after Game 1, which points toward Tampa Bay following its 1-0 victory. That prevents an upgrade despite the enormous Luck Gap. The market has nevertheless created value on New York. Our official outlaw line made the Yankees approximately -130, while the current price has dropped into roughly the -115 range. We're fading that move and getting a significantly better price. The 14.60 Luck Gap is the dominant factor, with Schlittler's elite road profile providing powerful independent confirmation. Play to: NY YANKEES -125. |
| 10-05-26 | Yankees v. Rays UNDER 6.5 | 2-5 | Loss | -105 | 10 h 56 m | Show | |
This is primarily a starting-pitcher handicap. Schlittler owns a 1.95 ERA and 0.92 WHIP overall, but his road numbers are even better: a 1.16 ERA and 0.74 WHIP. He has allowed only 14 earned runs across 109 road innings while striking out 129. His current form is exceptional. Over his last three starts, Schlittler has surrendered only two earned runs in 15.1 innings with 21 strikeouts and no home runs. Peralta provides strong support from the other side. His home ERA is 3.53, substantially better than his road performance, and his current form is excellent. He has allowed one earned run or fewer in five consecutive starts. Game 1 finished 1-0, and the pitching matchup gives both offenses another difficult assignment. At 6.5 there is virtually no margin for error, so this doesn't warrant a Wise Guy designation without a sufficiently powerful verified system accompanying the pitching analysis. But Schlittler's dominance and Peralta's recent form make the UNDER bettable. Play to: UNDER 6.5. |
| 10-04-26 | Braves v. Dodgers UNDER 7 | Top | 3-2 | Win | 100 | 11 h 41 m | Show |
This is the strongest MLB wager of the day. Our top organic handicapper is on the UNDER, and one of our strongest active totals systems independently points the same way. The system identifies games in which the posted total has been substantially reduced relative to the teams' recent average totals. Playing those games OVER has gone just 6,575-7,438, only 46.9%, while losing an extraordinary 1,620.9 units. We take the profitable side of that enormous sample and play UNDER. Blake Snell's pitcher report card gives the system strong organic support. Snell has a 1.90 ERA for the season and has allowed only nine earned runs in 42 2/3 innings. He has also allowed zero home runs all season. At Dodger Stadium, Snell has been particularly difficult to score against. His recent home starts include six scoreless innings against Washington and six scoreless innings against Pittsburgh. Over those two starts he allowed only seven hits while striking out 13. His recent form remains excellent as well. Across his last six appearances, Snell has allowed just four earned runs. Even when his workload has been abbreviated, opponents have had very little sustained offensive success against him. The Dodgers' recent scoring profile strengthens the UNDER. Their last six games have produced combined totals of 8, 6, 7, 2, 6 and 6 runs. Five stayed UNDER their closing totals and the other pushed. Saturday's series opener finished 5-3, and seven of the last 10 meetings between Atlanta and Los Angeles have stayed UNDER. Earlier meetings this season included final scores of 1-0, 4-3 and 3-1. Atlanta's Game 2 pitching plan has not produced a conventional starter report card that warrants inclusion, so the handicap is driven primarily by the extremely strong system, our top organic handicapper, Snell's outstanding profile and the recent scoring environment. The total has also become more expensive to play UNDER, reinforcing the importance of the number. UNDER 7 remains playable, but 6.5 removes too much value. Play to: UNDER 7. Pass at 6.5. |

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5-star Wise Guy Best Bet Denver has an exceptional combination of systems, sharp and worldwide contrarian support. Road teams whose opponent has a substantially better straight-up record, yet are priced as no more than a 4.5-point underdog, are 297-192 ATS — 60.7%, +85.8 units and 15.9% ROI. Denver qualifies against undefeated San Francisco. Pasted text (2) A respected sharp also played Denver +3. The current consensus has begun showing +2.5, making the +3 particularly valuable. The worldwide contrarian component is one of the strongest on Sunday's board. Our indicators across offshore markets, Nevada, regulated U.S. states and other betting populations consistently identify San Francisco as the public side. Denver therefore gives us the rare combination of a substantial league-wide system, respected sharp support and a strongly corroborated worldwide public fade. The injury situation adds considerably more weight. San Francisco is dealing with important defensive absences, including Nick Bosa, while several other significant contributors entered the final portion of the week with injury concerns. There is one significant negative. Denver's 30-26 victory over the Rams was extremely deceptive. Los Angeles outgained Denver 506-264, produced 26 first downs and 390 passing yards, but went only 1-for-4 in the red zone while Denver went 3-for-3. That is a major regression warning and explains why this isn't an automatic play based on Denver's 2-1 record. Luck Factor is essentially neutral between the teams—Denver +0.7 and San Francisco +0.8. The system, sharp and worldwide contrarian combination outweighs the deceptive Denver victory. Play to: DENVER +2.5. +3 is strongly preferred. |

| 10-04-26 | Chargers v. Seahawks -7 | Top | 23-30 | Push | 0 | 18 h 38 m | Show |
This is the strongest sharp-driven position on the Sunday card. A respected sharp made an unusually large wager on Seattle at -6.5, arguing that the matchup should be priced much closer to double digits. The current market has reached -7, so we have lost half a point, but we have not moved through seven. Seattle's Week 3 loss was considerably more deceptive than the final score. The Seahawks outgained Washington 437-229—a staggering 208-yard advantage—but lost 33-31 after committing three turnovers. That's precisely the type of result where the scoreboard can obscure how well a team actually played. The Chargers provide the opposite profile. They lost 24-16 at Buffalo despite receiving five Bills turnovers. Converting five takeaways into only 16 points is an enormous offensive red flag. A week later they now face a Seattle team returning home after substantially outplaying its opponent in defeat. Quarterback Sam Darnold's return is also important. Seattle got him back last week after his glute injury, restoring the intended structure of the offense. The final injury report adds more support. Los Angeles has defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson ruled out, while Ladd McConkey, Derwin James, Donte Jackson and Elijah Molden are among the significant questionable players. Luck Factor is the principal conflict. The Chargers are -1.5 compared with Seattle at -0.1, suggesting Los Angeles has experienced considerably more negative variance through three games. That's significant this early in the season. But the Luck Factor evidence is outweighed by the exceptionally strong sharp position and the underlying Week 3 performances: Seattle dominated yardage and lost, while Los Angeles received five takeaways and still lost by eight. The move from -6.5 to -7 is acknowledged but not enough to substantially downgrade a wager with this degree of underlying support. Seven is the ceiling. Play to: SEATTLE -7. Do not lay -7.5. |
| 10-04-26 | Cowboys v. Texans -3 | 34-30 | Loss | -100 | 14 h 6 m | Show | |
Houston is 0-3, which creates an uncomfortable-looking favorite but also an attractive buy-low situation. A respected sharp played Houston -2.5 and specifically identified the Texans' cornerbacks and pass rush as matchup advantages against Dallas' elite receiving corps and offensive line. The major personnel development is now confirmed: Nico Collins is returning after missing two games with a hamstring injury. Collins caught seven passes for 75 yards and a touchdown in Week 1. His return materially changes the ceiling of a Houston passing attack that has been operating without its No. 1 receiver. Houston could also regain starting guard Ed Ingram, whose groin injury has cost him two games. The run game has generated only 130 yards over those two contests. Luck Factor adds buy-low support. Houston is -1.5, the lowest figure in the league, compared with Dallas at -0.6. Dallas enters after an emotionally brutal 34-31 loss to Baltimore in Brazil. The Cowboys tied the game with seven seconds remaining and still lost in regulation. Houston, meanwhile, is 0-3 after losing by only two at Indianapolis and is in an obvious urgency spot at home. The market is now split between -2.5 and -3. The difference is significant. Play to: HOUSTON -2.5. At -3, reduce the wager. |

| 10-04-26 | Patriots +7 v. Bills | 29-26 | Win | 100 | 14 h 8 m | Show | |
New England combines an enormous early Luck Factor differential with one of Sunday's strongest worldwide contrarian positions. The Patriots' 35-6 loss to Jacksonville was dramatically more lopsided on the scoreboard than in the underlying game. The teams were essentially even in total offense and around 5.3 yards per play apiece. Jacksonville went 5-for-5 in the red zone, New England went 0-for-3, and the Patriots committed three turnovers. Buffalo presents almost the opposite regression profile. The Bills defeated the Chargers despite committing five turnovers, an extraordinary accomplishment but also a game unlikely to be replicated. Luck Factor quantifies the divergence. Buffalo is +1.0 and New England -0.3, producing a 1.3-game gap after only three games. The worldwide contrarian evidence is exceptionally strong. Buffalo's unbeaten record combined with New England's 29-point loss has created one of Sunday's most obvious public sides, yet we're getting the full touchdown with the Patriots. There is legitimate opposition. A respected sharp laid Buffalo -6.5, and New England has meaningful defensive personnel losses. Those conflicts are enough to prevent Wise Guy status. Play to: NEW ENGLAND +7. Reduce at +6.5. |
| 10-04-26 | Jets v. Bears -3.5 | 12-23 | Win | 100 | 14 h 43 m | Show | |
Chicago has a significant coaching and quarterback-environment advantage. A respected sharp played Chicago -3 while the key number was available. The current market is now -3 to -3.5 depending on the shop, so getting three remains considerably preferable. The football case remains compelling. Chicago just dismantled Philadelphia 27-7 despite using Case Keenum. The Bears demonstrated they can function offensively without ideal quarterback circumstances, while the defense held Philadelphia to seven points. The Jets present a different problem. Breece Hall's health has created uncertainty around the running-game structure and increases the burden on Geno Smith if New York cannot operate with its preferred offensive balance. There is also meaningful coaching corroboration. Chicago has continued to function through quarterback disruption, while New York has been considerably more volatile in high-leverage situations. The market move through three is the concern. We don't dismiss the difference between -3 and -3.5, which is why this stays Major despite the strong matchup. Play to: CHICAGO -3.5. Stronger at -3 if it reappears. |
| 10-04-26 | Titans +12 v. Ravens | 18-24 | Win | 100 | 14 h 16 m | Show | |
One of our best league-wide systems plays on bad underdogs that are not riding a sustained winning streak. Those teams are 634-472 ATS — 57.3%, +114.8 units. Tennessee qualifies as a winless double-digit underdog. The ROI is a more modest 9.4%, but the +114.8-unit sample gives the system substantial weight. Pasted text (2) Luck Factor provides unusually strong corroboration. Tennessee is -1.3, while Baltimore is +0.1. A 1.4-game Luck Gap after only three games is enormous. Tennessee's 0-3 record has been considerably worse than its underlying performance would normally produce. The worldwide contrarian evidence is also among Sunday's strongest. Baltimore is precisely the type of favorite recreational bettors gravitate toward—Lamar Jackson at home against a winless opponent—while Tennessee has remained one of the most consistently supported contrarian sides across our offshore, Nevada, regulated-state and other U.S. indicators. Baltimore also enters shorthanded. Edge rusher Trey Hendrickson has been ruled out, and the Ravens have injuries along the offensive line, with Ronnie Stanley questionable and multiple centers unavailable. Tennessee has a substantially cleaner final injury report. The number remains excellent. We are getting more than 10 with a team backed by a 100-plus-unit system, a massive Luck Gap and a very strong worldwide contrarian index. Play to: TENNESSEE +10.5. Prefer +11 or better. |
| 10-04-26 | Colts -4.5 v. Commanders | 30-13 | Win | 100 | 11 h 40 m | Show | |
The London opener gives Indianapolis an excellent opportunity to fade a misleading Washington result. Washington beat Seattle 33-31 last week despite being outgained 437-229. The Commanders averaged roughly four yards per play while allowing Seattle approximately 6.8. Only one Washington drive exceeded 43 yards. The scoreboard says Washington beat a quality opponent; the underlying production says the Commanders were substantially outplayed. Indianapolis comes off the opposite kind of performance. The Colts held Houston to 223 total yards in a 19-17 victory. The injury situation adds considerably more weight. Jayden Daniels has now been ruled out with his left-elbow injury, confirming Marcus Mariota as the alternative. Washington is also without starting right guard Sam Cosmi, safety Nick Cross and running back Rachaad White, while Terry McLaurin is questionable. A respected sharp makes Indianapolis closer to -4.5 and played the Colts at -3. The market has moved around since then, but -3.5 remains playable. Play to: INDIANAPOLIS -3.5. |
| 10-03-26 | Cincinnati +7 v. Arizona | 7-34 | Loss | -105 | 79 h 22 m | Show | |
Cincinnati has three unusually good forms of corroboration: respected-sharp support, Luck Factor and the key number. A respected sharp makes Arizona approximately -4 and has a significant position on Cincinnati. The current market is Arizona -7, giving us approximately three points of theoretical line value. Arizona's inability to generate consistent pass pressure is the most important matchup component. Cincinnati should have considerably better conditions to operate its passing offense than it would against a defense capable of consistently disrupting the pocket. Luck Factor strengthens Cincinnati substantially. The Bearcats are +0.9 compared with Arizona +0.2. A 0.7-game differential may not sound enormous over a full season, but through only four games it is meaningful. Cincinnati owns one of the larger favorable early-season Luck Factor positions among Saturday's playable underdogs. There is also a contrarian component. Arizona is receiving very heavy recreational support in available pick distributions. That makes Cincinnati one of the better worldwide contrarian underdogs on the late card. The price matters enormously. +7 is playable because we retain the full touchdown; +7.5 would be materially stronger. Play to: CINCINNATI +7. Strong upgrade if +7.5 returns. |
| 10-03-26 | Baylor +4 v. Arizona State | 55-19 | Win | 100 | 25 h 19 m | Show | |
Baylor has respected sharp support at a number that still preserves most of the original value. A respected sharp played Baylor +4 with a projection around pick'em. Another independent evaluation makes Arizona State only about a one-point favorite. Baylor's defense supplies the organic case. The Bears have been strong against the run and in stuff rate, a useful matchup against an Arizona State offense that is considerably more comfortable when it can stay balanced and ahead of schedule. There is also a system conflict that must be incorporated. Rested home favorites coming off a victory against an opponent also off a win have gone 35-18 ATS, with the relevant subset improving to 24-5 ATS. Arizona State qualifies. That prevents Baylor from moving higher despite the sharp support. Luck Factor offers no reason to move either way: Baylor +0.1 and Arizona State +0.1. The wager therefore rests on the sharp projection, defensive matchup and receiving more than a field goal rather than overwhelming systems support. Play to: BAYLOR +3.5. At +3, reduce. |
| 10-03-26 | BYU v. TCU +6 | 17-10 | Loss | -110 | 22 h 51 m | Show | |
This is one of Saturday's strongest worldwide contrarian positions. BYU is attracting overwhelming spread-ticket support across the available markets. The agreement extends well beyond a single sportsbook or consensus site. This qualifies as an exceptionally strong corroborated worldwide public fade. The number is particularly valuable because TCU is the home underdog and we're getting almost a touchdown. There is, however, a legitimate system conflict that prevents anything stronger. Undefeated teams playing Game 4 that average more than 190 rushing yards and 40 points per game, allow fewer than 17 points per game, are coming off a double-digit SU/ATS victory and have additional rest are 14-1 ATS. BYU qualifies. That's an excellent percentage but only 15 decisions, without the accumulated unit base of our premier systems. It deserves meaningful respect but does not automatically override overwhelming contrarian evidence and home-underdog value. BYU's early schedule strength also warrants some skepticism. Several independent power-rating evaluations have noted that the Cougars have accumulated their early numbers against a relatively modest schedule. The system conflict makes the rating easy: premium, but not Wise Guy. Play to: TCU +6. At +5.5, reduce. |
| 10-03-26 | Purdue v. Illinois -10 | 24-17 | Loss | -110 | 19 h 7 m | Show | |
The matchup is substantially better for Illinois than the raw records suggest. Purdue has allowed approximately 200 rushing yards per game at roughly 5.5 yards per carry, including 369 rushing yards against UCLA. That weakness aligns directly with an Illinois offense that grades very well in opponent-adjusted rushing efficiency. Purdue's defense has also struggled in coverage and finishing drives. Illinois therefore does not have to attack one narrow weakness; it owns favorable paths both on the ground and through the air. Purdue's offense creates the opposite problem. The Boilermakers were held to approximately 3.2 yards per play and 1.3 yards per rush against Notre Dame. Asking that offense to remain within one score becomes difficult if Illinois establishes an early rushing advantage. Illinois returns home after consecutive road games against substantially stronger competition. Purdue arrives after a 49-10 defeat. A respected sharp makes Illinois closer to -12.5, while another independent projection reaches approximately -14. The market around -10 therefore retains value. Illinois has changed defensive leadership after its early-season struggles, which adds uncertainty rather than something we should automatically grade positively. Luck Factor is essentially neutral at Illinois -0.5 versus Purdue -0.4. The offensive mismatch and multiple corroborating projections are sufficient for Major status. Play to: ILLINOIS -10.5. |
| 10-03-26 | Samford v. UAB OVER 52.5 | Top | 14-33 | Loss | -115 | 21 h 20 m | Show |
This is the strongest pure systems position on the Saturday card. Non-divisional games in Weeks 2-13 with a home favorite of at least 29.5 points, a total of 55 or lower and a home team that has played more UNDERS than OVERS are 84-21 to the OVER — 80.0%, +60.9 units and an extraordinary 52.7% ROI. A closely related version of the same situation is 82-21 OVER — 79.6%, +58.9 units and 52.0% ROI. The unit count on the second system is just below 60, but a 52% ROI over 103 decisions makes it extremely significant. UAB fits the profile perfectly. The Blazers are approximately 30.5-point home favorites, the total is 52.5, this is a non-divisional FBS/FCS matchup, and UAB has played three UNDERS in four games. The organic setup supports the systems. Samford just scored 45 points against VMI, leading 42-0 after three quarters. Quarterback Gabarri Johnson threw for 222 yards and accounted for three touchdowns. UAB represents a substantial increase in class, but Samford has demonstrated enough offense that the Blazers should not need to score the entire total themselves. UAB should have its easiest offensive matchup of the season after facing Illinois, UL Monroe, Louisiana and Navy. The Blazers have been held below 300 yards in consecutive games, but that depressed offensive production is part of what has created a total this low despite UAB being favored by more than four touchdowns. The market is effectively projecting something around 41-11. That is exactly the scoring distribution where a single Samford touchdown beyond expectation can put the OVER in excellent position. Weather is not a deterrent. The latest Birmingham forecast has winds only around 4-6 mph. Rain is possible, but there is no meaningful wind component. The combination is exceptional: two nearly identical systems around 80%, approximately 60 units apiece and greater than 50% ROI, a qualifying current number, an enormous defensive class drop for UAB and no significant weather impediment. Play to: OVER 54.5. |
| 10-03-26 | Ohio State -14 v. Iowa | 31-14 | Win | 100 | 18 h 24 m | Show | |
The most compelling component is the gap between Iowa's record and its underlying performance. Iowa is +0.8 in Luck Factor, while Ohio State is -0.4. A 1.2-point gap after only four games is substantial and among the largest relevant differentials on Saturday. Iowa's 20-19 victory over Michigan was highly deceptive. Michigan outgained Iowa 429-285, averaged 6.3 yards per play to Iowa's 4.8 and outrushed the Hawkeyes 153-58. Iowa received a kickoff-return touchdown, while Michigan squandered scoring opportunities through red-zone failures, a missed field goal and a failed two-point conversion. The matchup gets substantially more difficult against Ohio State. Jeremiah Smith comes off a four-touchdown, 200-plus-yard receiving performance, giving Ohio State an explosive dimension Iowa has not had to contain from most opponents. Iowa's own offense is the larger concern. The Hawkeyes produced only 58 rushing yards against Michigan. If they cannot sustain drives, their defense will be asked to survive repeated Ohio State possessions. A respected sharp laid -14, while independent power numbers cluster around Ohio State -14.5 to -15. Public support for Ohio State is a negative, and there isn't a dominant league-wide system carrying the wager. Those factors keep this firmly at Major rather than Wise Guy. The key number is essential. Play to: OHIO STATE -14. At -14.5 it is still playable at reduced strength; pass at -15. |
| 10-03-26 | Florida v. Missouri +6 | 17-45 | Win | 100 | 18 h 28 m | Show | |
Missouri has one of Saturday's strongest combinations of worldwide contrarian support and independent handicapping corroboration. Florida is attracting overwhelming ticket support across virtually every major population checked. The consensus is unusually broad across offshore indicators, national sportsbooks, contest populations and regulated U.S. markets. This qualifies as a very strong worldwide contrarian position on Missouri. The supporting handicapping is unusually good for a contrarian play. One of the stronger uploaded reports makes Missouri its highest-rated Saturday selection, while another independent evaluation projects approximately Florida 31-30. The market is giving us considerably more than that one-point projection. Missouri is also coming off its first defeat, creating a natural buy-low situation against a Florida team whose market perception has improved. This isn't a blind public fade. The number itself is useful: Missouri does not need to win, and +5.5 gives substantial protection in a game multiple independent evaluations make considerably tighter. There is not enough elite league-wide system support to elevate this to 4*, but the worldwide contrarian agreement is among the strongest on the entire board. Play to: MISSOURI +5. At +4 or lower, pass rather than chase. |
| 10-03-26 | Navy v. Air Force UNDER 45.5 | Top | 9-14 | Win | 100 | 18 h 57 m | Show |
One of the most specialized systems on the board points directly at this matchup. Games between the three service academies with a favorite are 46-13 UNDER — 78.0%, +31.7 units and 48.8% ROI. Normally 31.7 units would not receive premium-system weight. The difference is the extraordinary efficiency and specificity: 59 decisions, a 78% hit rate and nearly 49% ROI in the exact type of matchup being played here. The organic profile makes sense. Navy and Air Force are among the most run-heavy offenses in college football. That means fewer incomplete passes, fewer clock stoppages and potentially fewer possessions. Both programs are also intimately familiar with defending option principles that can cause major preparation problems for conventional opponents. Independent analysis also points lower, with a projection around 45 and one of the stronger weekly reports making this a technical UNDER release. The concern is substantial market movement. Early totals reached approximately 49.5-51.5 before falling into the 45.5-46 range. Losing four or more points is significant, particularly on a low total, and we generally do not want to chase steam. The extraordinary academy system is strong enough to overcome some of that deterioration, but not enough to make this a Wise Guy after the market has already adjusted so dramatically. Play to: UNDER 46. Pass below 45. |
| 10-02-26 | Penn State v. Northwestern UNDER 45.5 | 13-34 | Loss | -108 | 9 h 29 m | Show | |
One of today's strongest active UNDER systems qualifies. When both teams' season scoring environments are sufficiently higher than the current posted total, with an underdog after Week 3 and a total below 64.5, the UNDER is 768-572 — 57.3%, +138.8 units and 9.4% ROI. Both teams clear the statistical requirements. Penn State's games have averaged approximately 48.3 combined points, while Northwestern's have averaged approximately 50.7. The current total has fallen to approximately 45-45.5. The enormous historical unit count gets our attention, although the system's recent performance has deteriorated enough that we are substantially discounting it from what the full historical record would ordinarily warrant. The organic matchup nevertheless supports a lower-scoring game. Penn State enters off a 24-20 loss to Wisconsin in which its offense failed to protect a 17-0 advantage. Northwestern's defense has shown legitimate resistance, while Penn State's defense remains the more trustworthy unit on the field. Northwestern quarterback Aidan Chiles has played efficiently, but he now encounters a Penn State pass defense that ranks among the nation's best. Northwestern's most obvious weakness is its run defense after allowing 271 rushing yards against Indiana, but Penn State has not consistently demonstrated that it can exploit that weakness with an explosive rushing attack. There is also an unusually strong contrarian totals component. At one major national sportsbook, approximately 91% of the total tickets are on the OVER 45.5. That gives us an extreme public OVER to fade. The biggest negative is the number. This opened around 47 and has already fallen into the 45-45.5 range. We generally prefer fading moves rather than chasing them, and losing roughly 1.5 to two points on a total this low matters. That prevents a higher rating despite the 138.8-unit historical system and overwhelming public OVER. Play to: UNDER 45.5. UNDER 46 or better is substantially preferred. Pass below 44.5. |
| 10-02-26 | Liberty -7 v. Delaware | 30-14 | Win | 100 | 51 h 29 m | Show | |
The quarterback situation is the decisive organic edge. Delaware starter Nick Minicucci’s status remains in serious doubt after he was injured against Virginia, and the coaching staff has not committed publicly to his availability. When Minicucci went down, Braden Streeter completed just 2-of-16 passes. Delaware finished with only 71 passing yards in the 42-3 loss. Delaware also has additional offensive attrition, including running back Gary Spiller out for the season and two receivers currently questionable. The current -7.5 is materially worse than the number obtained by a respected sharp, who played Liberty -6.5. The market has crossed seven, which is precisely why this remains a 3* Major rather than becoming a Wise Guy. The current board confirms Liberty is predominantly -7.5 after earlier -6.5/-7 availability. The personnel advantage is large enough to overcome the poorer entry point. Delaware's passing-game floor drops dramatically if Streeter starts, and that creates both direct scoring problems and more difficult down-and-distance situations against Liberty. Play to: LIBERTY -7.5. Do not lay -8. |
| 10-02-26 | Pittsburgh +2.5 v. Virginia Tech | 35-33 | Win | 100 | 9 h 32 m | Show | |
This is the strongest new Friday addition because Pittsburgh simultaneously qualifies for three of our active systems. The best is especially compelling. Road underdogs coming off a game in which they produced at least 595 yards of total offense are 209-147 ATS — 58.7%, +47.3 units and 12.1% ROI. Pittsburgh absolutely detonated that qualifier last week. The Panthers accumulated 766 yards in their 59-0 victory over Bucknell, including 574 passing yards and 192 rushing yards. A second system backs small road underdogs of 1 to 3.5 points when both teams are unranked, the total is at least 46 and the home favorite owns a winning record. Those teams are 313-228 ATS — 57.9%, +62.2 units and 10.4% ROI. Pittsburgh also qualifies for the broader version of that road-underdog situation, which is 601-472 ATS — 56.0%, +81.8 units and 6.9% ROI. The overlap is important. We aren't relying on one isolated historical angle; three related but distinct systems all identify Pittsburgh as the value side. The organic numbers provide substantial support. Pittsburgh is 4-0 and has outscored its opponents 157-34. The Panthers rank among the nation's better defenses and have been particularly difficult to run against, allowing approximately 53 rushing yards per game. That is important against a Virginia Tech offense that leaned heavily on the ground game in last week's 21-14 win over Boston College. The Hokies rushed for 223 yards, with Jeffrey Overton accounting for 209, but managed only 147 passing yards and 4.8 yards per offensive play. Pittsburgh's offensive ceiling is considerably higher. Quarterback Mason Heintschel has thrown 13 touchdown passes through four games, and the Panthers are coming off a game in which they averaged 9.2 yards per play. There are negatives. This is Pittsburgh's first road game, Lane Stadium on a Friday night is a substantial environment change, and Virginia Tech is also 4-0. Current betting populations are mixed rather than providing us with a clean worldwide contrarian position. Virginia Tech is receiving more tickets at some major books, but Pittsburgh has attracted the majority at others. The systems are the separator. A 58.7%/+47.3-unit system, a 57.9%/+62.2-unit system and a 56.0%/+81.8-unit system all converging on the same small road underdog is enough for Major status. Play to: PITTSBURGH +2.5. Strongly prefer +3 if available. At +2 or lower, reduce. |

| 10-01-26 | North Texas v. Tulsa UNDER 57.5 | 45-44 | Loss | -110 | 23 h 42 m | Show | |
Tulsa has gone UNDER in all four games this season, and not by narrow margins—the Under has been clearing by more than 15 points per game on average. The profile behind that record is legitimate: Tulsa is allowing only 15.3 points per game, while its offense is much more deliberate, averaging only 63.8 plays per game and leaning heavily on the run. North Texas brings considerably more pace and explosiveness, but Tulsa's defense is easily the most important matchup variable. There is also a potentially favorable weather component. Current forecasts around the matchup show a meaningful rain possibility. That's particularly useful for an Under involving a Tulsa team already inclined toward ball control. The market has actually moved against us, from approximately 56.5 to 57.5. Normally we prefer fading that move, and in this case it gives us a substantially better Under number. SportsLine's current board confirms 57.5 after opening 56.5, while Tulsa enters 0-4 O/U and North Texas 3-1 O/U. Play to: UNDER 56.5. |
| 10-01-26 | North Texas +1 v. Tulsa | 45-44 | Win | 100 | 59 h 45 m | Show | |
North Texas owns the single most impressive league-wide system profile of the two Thursday games. Teams in this situation facing an opponent coming off a loss of at least 14 points, with that opponent owning exactly one loss and at least three victories, are 107-45 ATS, 70.4 percent, with 57.5 units won and a spectacular 34.4-percent ROI. A broader version of the same concept is 117-63 ATS, 65.0 percent, producing 47.7 units with a 24.1-percent ROI. Those two systems have exactly the type of combination we emphasize: an exceptionally high winning percentage and ROI rather than merely accumulating units through an enormous number of decisions. They are reinforced by several large-sample systems. Applicable road-team situations have produced records of 339-231 for 84.9 units, 678-522 for 103.8 units and 798-646 for 87.4 units. Their individual ROIs are much lower, so they are supporting evidence rather than the principal reason for the selection. North Texas quarterback Tayven Jackson provides substantial matchup support. Jackson threw for 492 yards against Texas State and followed with an extraordinarily efficient 16-of-18 performance for 270 yards against Houston Christian. North Texas is averaging more than 320 passing yards per game and has generated 8.6 yards per pass attempt with an 11-4 touchdown-to-interception ratio. Tulsa quarterback Baylor Hayes is officially questionable with a knee injury, although current expectations indicate he has a realistic chance of returning from the Grade 1 sprain. His availability materially improves Tulsa compared with evaluating the matchup under the assumption that its backup would start. Public betting is also important. Multiple major feeds are showing the majority of spread tickets on North Texas. Because North Texas is the road underdog, that is a meaningful negative: the public is taking points rather than laying them. This is not a worldwide contrarian play. The market has also moved toward North Texas. Tulsa opened around -3.5 and is currently approximately -1.5 to -2. That is a significant adjustment toward the team we're backing. Our preference is generally to fade substantial moves rather than chase them, particularly when the adjustment creates less value than was available at the opener. North Texas nevertheless has a major personnel advantage in overall health. The Mean Green currently have no significant injury problem comparable to Tulsa's uncertainty with Hayes. Weather should not be a factor. Forecast winds are well below 15 mph, allowing both offenses to operate without a meaningful weather adjustment. Luck Factor offers neither side a meaningful advantage. North Texas is -0.1 through four games. At this stage of the season, that is essentially neutral rather than evidence of substantial positive or negative regression. The handicapping conflict is unusually clear. Public-underdog betting, market movement and respected sharp support on the other side all create legitimate resistance. But the quantitative foundation is considerably stronger: 107-45 ATS at 34.4-percent ROI, 117-63 at 24.1-percent ROI, plus three enormous-unit supporting systems. That makes NORTH TEXAS +1.5 a 3* MAJOR rather than a Wise Guy. |

| 10-01-26 | Steelers v. Browns +3 | 24-27 | Win | 100 | 28 h 60 m | Show | |
This is a good example of why the complete system portfolio matters rather than simply following a respected sharp. The strongest side system goes against teams coming off a high-scoring, single-digit home victory. Teams facing an opponent that just won at home, scored at least 27 points and won by fewer than 10 are 500-381 ATS, 56.8 percent, producing +80.9 units. Pittsburgh fits after its 30-27 home victory over Cincinnati. Two additional league-wide angles point toward Cleveland. Early-season dogs of one through five points are 306-260 ATS, while divisional home underdogs of five points or fewer are 545-462 ATS. Neither has enough units by itself to drive a premium release, but both corroborate the +80.9-unit system. There are legitimate conflicts, which is why Cleveland is a Major rather than a Wise Guy. Road favorites on five or fewer days' rest are 216-178 ATS, and there is also a high-ROI but much smaller-sample angle fading first-year coaches on extremely short rest. A respected sharp played Pittsburgh -2.5 as well. The current market is predominantly Pittsburgh -3/-2.5. The difference is price and public position. The sharp laid -2.5; we're taking the full +3. Meanwhile, Pittsburgh is attracting overwhelming recreational support across available betting indexes. That turns Cleveland into a particularly strong worldwide contrarian position because we're fading an extremely popular road favorite while taking the key number of three. Pittsburgh also benefited from several high-leverage events in beating Cincinnati, including an extended drive following a roughing-the-kicker penalty and the late takeaway that sealed the game. Cleveland comes in off a 21-18 home win over Carolina. The strongest system, the key-number value and the worldwide contrarian position outweigh the conflicting smaller systems. Play to: CLEVELAND +3. At +2.5, this is no longer a 3* Major. |

| 10-01-26 | Steelers v. Browns UNDER 38.5 | Top | 24-27 | Loss | -110 | 28 h 2 m | Show |
The UNDER has the strongest system profile of the Thursday game. The largest applicable system is 756-563 to the UNDER, 57.3 percent, producing a massive +136.7 units with a 9.4-percent ROI. It applies to lower-total games in which the previous meeting's play volume and scoring profile fit the current number. A second independent system plays UNDER in totals of 42 or lower when it is the teams' first meeting of the season. That system is 326-242, 57.4 percent, +59.8 units with a 9.6-percent ROI. The latter is just under our preferred unit threshold, but its value here is corroboration for a system that has already won more than 136 units. The current 38.5 remains comfortably inside the qualifying range. The market has moved slightly upward from an opener generally between 37.5 and 38, giving us a better UNDER number rather than forcing us to chase a move. Cleveland's offensive limitations reinforce the systems. The Browns managed only 127 net passing yards at home against Carolina last week. Pittsburgh represents a substantial defensive upgrade. On the other side, Pittsburgh's running-back depth is compromised on the short week, increasing the likelihood of a more conservative offensive approach if the Steelers get ahead. Weather isn't a reason to manufacture an Under—the current forecast is relatively benign, with winds around 10 mph—so this is fundamentally a systems-and-matchup wager rather than a weather bet. The worldwide betting picture also provides Under corroboration rather than giving us a reason to abandon the systems. With two independent league-wide angles pointing the same way and the dominant one producing +136.7 units, this qualifies as the strongest Thursday release. Play to: UNDER 38. |

| 10-01-26 | Wild v. Predators +131 | 3-1 | Loss | -100 | 9 h 32 m | Show | |
This is the strongest combination of price, independent modeling and outside corroboration on the board. SportsLine makes SAN JOSE +121 an A-grade play, especially noteworthy because its projected score is essentially a toss-up. Another xG-based model gives San Jose approximately a 52% win probability. At +121, the market requires only about 45.2% to break even. That is a substantial value discrepancy for an NHL moneyline. Florida is also in a difficult scheduling spot. The Panthers needed overtime Tuesday at Carolina, winning 1-0, and now travel across the country for San Jose's season opener. Florida generated only 20 shots against Carolina. I don't want to overreact to that 1-0 result as evidence Florida is already in peak form. Brad Marchand remains out. Florida is expected to move away from Jacob Markstrom, who produced Tuesday's shutout, to Akira Schmid. San Jose is projected to counter with Yaroslav Askarov. San Jose's preseason was encouraging offensively, including a 10-0 win over Anaheim and a 4-2 road win over Vegas in its final two exhibitions. Preseason results get limited weight, but they provide some corroboration for a young team whose offensive ceiling should continue rising with Macklin Celebrini and Will Smith. The number is the key. At +121, we're getting an attractive return on a matchup multiple independent inputs consider much closer to a coin flip. Play to: SAN JOSE +110 or better. |

| 10-01-26 | Western Kentucky +2.5 v. New Mexico State | 13-34 | Loss | -105 | 58 h 48 m | Show | |
Western Kentucky has one of the strongest collections of applicable league-wide systems on the Thursday board. The largest plays on road teams fitting the current profile and is 678-522 ATS, producing 103.8 units. Two additional large-sample road systems are 483-353 ATS for 94.7 units and 798-646 ATS for 87.4 units. The most efficient system is especially noteworthy. Road teams combining three favorable situational factors are 81-39 ATS, 67.5 percent, with 38.1 units won and a 28.9-percent ROI. The unit total alone would make this supporting evidence, but the exceptional ROI over 120 decisions becomes much more meaningful when it corroborates three systems that have each won more than 87 units. The underlying matchup supports the systems. Western Kentucky's 1-3 record came against a difficult opening schedule that included road games at Nevada, Georgia and Indiana. When the Hilltoppers finally stepped down in competition, they beat Mercyhurst 52-7. Rodney Tisdale Jr. completed 19 of 23 passes for 309 yards and four touchdowns without an interception, while Brock Glenn added 101 yards and two touchdowns on only six attempts. There is also independent sharp support. A respected sharp is on Western Kentucky +2.5 and makes the Hilltoppers approximately a two-point favorite. The handicap points to WKU's superior yards-per-play and success-rate performance against common opponent Mercyhurst, along with advantages in passing EPA and special teams. The support is meaningful corroboration rather than a primary reason for the wager. New Mexico State is coming off a 42-18 loss to New Mexico in which its quarterback situation became less settled. Tyler Hedden completed only 7 of 19 passes with two interceptions, while Aidan Damante went 16 of 19 for 162 yards and two touchdowns. WKU's defensive numbers have been poor, but those statistics were accumulated against substantially better offensive competition than it encounters here. Our preferred approach to significant market movement also favors taking the points. New Mexico State opened approximately -1.5 and has been bet toward -2.5. Rather than laying the increased price, WKU now receives an additional point of value. The move has not crossed +3, making +3 an important number to watch. The public component is mixed. Major betting feeds disagree on which side has attracted the majority of tickets, so this should not be classified as a strong worldwide contrarian position. The bet does not require contrarian support because the league-wide systems and matchup evidence are substantially stronger factors. Personnel is worth monitoring. WKU has K.D. Hutchinson, Griffin Reimer and A'Varius Boyd appearing on injury reports. Reimer's status is less concerning after he returned for 10 snaps against Mercyhurst, but the uncertainty is significant enough to prevent a stronger classification. Weather should have little influence, with no indication of winds approaching the 15-mph level that would materially affect the passing game. Luck Factor is essentially neutral. Western Kentucky is -0.4 and New Mexico State -0.5. After approximately four games, a 0.1-game difference has virtually no handicapping significance. The combination of three enormous-unit systems, the 81-39 high-ROI system, improved quarterback production, schedule context, respected sharp support and additional value created by the market move makes WESTERN KENTUCKY +2.5 a 3* MAJOR. Play +2.5, with +3 providing substantially greater value. |

| 09-30-26 | Dream v. Mystics +3.5 | Top | 93-75 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 45 m | Show |
This is a strong convergence play. The Luck Factor gap is 5.7 games toward Atlanta regression: Washington +5.2 versus Atlanta -0.5. Washington has been considerably luckier relative to underlying performance, so that component favors Atlanta, but the other market factors point strongly toward Washington at the inflated number. Atlanta opened around -3.5 and has been driven to -4.5, a full-point WNBA move with no key-number consideration. That gives us a meaningful fade-the-move signal. More importantly, Atlanta is overwhelmingly public: DraftKings reports 90 percent of moneyline bets and 100 percent of spread bets on Atlanta, while another current split source has Atlanta receiving 84 percent of spread tickets. Washington also has the elimination-game motivation and dominated the glass 50-31 in Game 1 despite losing 92-77. The decisive aberration was a 22-7 turnover deficit; Atlanta converted Washington's mistakes into 27 points. That's a particularly attractive regression point because Washington was competitive statistically outside of turnovers. There is injury uncertainty, with one current listing having Sonia Citron out for personal reasons, so that needs monitoring. At +4.5, however, the systems, contrarian, and line-value package is strong enough for the top rating. |

| 09-30-26 | White Sox v. Astros UNDER 7.5 | Top | 7-3 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 47 m | Show |
The UNDER has the strongest systems profile on the board. One major system plays Under when the previous game closed with a higher total than today's number in a non-extreme favorite matchup. It is 4,532-3,774, 54.6 percent, producing 427.2 units. A more selective version incorporating both recent and full-season total pricing is 1,634-1,266, 56.3 percent, for 266.5 units. Another combination of recent starter totals and team pricing is 772-544, 58.7 percent, with a 12.1-percent ROI. The pitching matchup supports the systems. Sean Burke finished 11-7 with a 3.34 ERA for Chicago, while Hunter Brown enters at 6-4 with a 3.19 ERA for Houston. Houston managed only three runs in Game 1 and went 0-for-7 with runners in scoring position. Chicago used several different looks out of the bullpen to keep Houston off balance. Our official outlaw total was 8 and the market is predominantly 7.5. Ordinarily we prefer fading moves, but the drop is consistent with the considerable Under evidence rather than enough reason to oppose it. Play UNDER 7.5 to -120. At 7, downgrade to Major unless plus money is available. |

| 09-29-26 | Red Sox v. Yankees UNDER 6.5 | 0-9 | Loss | -120 | 13 h 39 m | Show | |

Payton Tolle has been outstanding against New York, allowing one run in 13 innings while striking out 18. Cam Schlittler finished 14-6 with a 1.95 ERA, 0.919 WHIP and a 31.4-percent strikeout rate. He has been especially dominant against Boston. Boston finished the regular season with eight UNDERS in its final 10 games. The conditions also favor pitching, with temperatures around 59 degrees, light rain and approximately 15-mph NNE winds expected. The market has already priced this aggressively at 6.5, but the organic selection, starting-pitching matchup and supporting conditions are enough to make it bettable. Play UNDER 6.5 to -120 |

| 09-29-26 | Aces v. Fever -115 | 89-99 | Win | 100 | 11 h 55 m | Show | |
Indiana has the smaller of Tuesday's two Luck Factor advantages, but it is still meaningful. Las Vegas is +1.1 and Indiana -1.4, producing a 2.5-point Luck Factor gap toward Indiana. The situational setup also favors Indiana. Las Vegas won Game 1 102-85, but the Aces shot an extraordinary 59.4 percent from the field. A'ja Wilson scored 38 points on 15-of-19 shooting. Indiana also surrendered 28 points off turnovers and 17 from the foul line, leaving several obvious areas for regression and adjustment. Indiana won two of three regular-season meetings with Las Vegas, including blowouts of 109-75 and 84-68. The Aces' other victory required overtime, 86-84. That makes Sunday's 17-point result much less representative of the season-long matchup. Personnel remains important. Indiana needs Aliyah Boston available and effective against Wilson, while Las Vegas is already without NaLyssa Smith. Boston's interior defense and rebounding are particularly important after Wilson dominated Game 1. This isn't strong enough for 4* because Las Vegas unquestionably possesses the better recent form and Indiana's personnel situation creates uncertainty. But the Luck Factor gap, home elimination-game setting, prior matchup success and potential Game 1 shooting regression are enough for a Major. |

| 09-29-26 | Phillies v. Braves UNDER 6.5 | 3-5 | Loss | -100 | 7 h 3 m | Show | |
The UNDER has the strongest totals combination on the board. Our top organic handicapper is on UNDER 7 and will play 6.5 down to -115. Multiple active systems also point Under. One applies when the current total is at least a full run below the average total from the starters’ previous outings; another plays Under when today's number is lower than each starter's recent range. The broadest active Under system has produced 272.99 units over a 14,000-game sample. The pitching report cards reinforce it. Jesus Luzardo is 5-0 with a 1.03 ERA over his last five starts, averaging seven innings per start while allowing only 0.8 earned runs. He recently threw a complete-game two-hit shutout against Atlanta with 12 strikeouts. Chris Sale is 4-1 with a 2.14 ERA over his last five. He has also dominated Philadelphia this season, allowing only six runs in 26 innings across three starts. Our official outlaw total was 7, with the market moving predominantly to 6.5. At 7 this is considerably stronger. Play UNDER 6.5 to -115. Wise Guy at 7 and -115 or less. |
| 09-28-26 | Eagles -3.5 v. Bears | 7-27 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 29 m | Show | |
The strongest reason to play Philadelphia is the enormous quarterback adjustment. Caleb Williams is out with a Grade 2 hamstring injury, leaving Tyson Bagent to make his first start in Ben Johnson’s offense. Bagent has cleared the concussion protocol, but Chicago is moving from the reigning MVP to a quarterback who received almost no first-team preparation before Williams was injured. Philadelphia’s defensive personnel also improved during the week. Jalen Carter, Jonathan Greenard, DeVonta Smith and Saquon Barkley progressed to full participation. Barkley is no longer listed with a game designation after suffering a stinger against Tennessee. Chicago’s defense is missing defensive lineman Shemar Turner and linebacker Noah Sewell. That weakens the portion of the defense Philadelphia should attack most aggressively. The Eagles do not need Jalen Hurts to carry the entire offense if their offensive line, Barkley and Hurts’ designed running ability can consistently create manageable down-and-distance situations. Chicago scored only three points and averaged 4.2 yards per play against Minnesota last week. Philadelphia can now build its defensive plan around limiting Chicago’s rushing attack and forcing Bagent to sustain long drives. That is substantially different from preparing for Williams’ mobility and downfield passing. A respected sharp has Philadelphia -3, and that number is critical. Approximately nine percent of NFL games land on a three-point margin. Laying -3 preserves the push protection that is lost at -3.5. The rating stops at Major because significant information conflicts with the Eagles. Philadelphia is 2-0 but has failed to cover both games, defeating Washington by two and Tennessee by four. Its Luck Factor is approximately 0.7 wins above expectation, while Chicago is 0.1 below expectation, creating a 0.8-game regression gap toward the Bears. Philadelphia will also be without Dallas Goedert, Hollywood Brown and reserve tackle Fred Johnson. Goedert’s absence is especially important because he is a dependable middle-of-the-field target and run blocker. Zach Ertz was signed during the week, but a 35-year-old tight end arriving without a training camp cannot completely replace Goedert’s workload. Chicago also dominated last season’s meeting, winning 24-15 while producing 281 rushing yards, controlling possession for more than 39 minutes and holding Barkley to 56 rushing yards. That matchup history cannot be ignored. The market presents another concern. Philadelphia opened around -4/-4.5 but is available near -3/-3.5 despite Williams being ruled out. The worldwide ticket-count indexes show heavy public support for the Eagles, while the market has moved toward Chicago. That prevents this from reaching Wise Guy status. Nevertheless, the quarterback disparity, Philadelphia’s defensive reinforcements and Chicago’s front-seven injuries provide enough organic support to follow the strong sharp position at the key number. Of course we hate laying more than 3, but only squares are terrified of it and bookies know it. |

| 09-27-26 | Rams v. Broncos UNDER 44.5 | 26-30 | Loss | -118 | 34 h 56 m | Show | |
This total qualifies for a league-wide system involving games since 2018 in which both teams have more than six days of rest, the spread remains inside six points and the game is not played at a neutral site. The system excludes the 2020 season, major point-spread mismatches and extreme statistical scoring projections already incorporated into the total. It is 78-31 UNDER, cashing 71.6 percent with 43.9 units and a 36.6-percent ROI. A respected sharp played UNDER 45.5. That number has disappeared, with the current market ranging primarily from 43.5 to 44. The move confirms the original opinion but also makes price discipline essential. Puka Nacua is doubtful after failing to practice all week. Nacua led the NFL last season with 129 receptions for 1,715 yards and 10 touchdowns, so his likely absence removes Matthew Stafford’s most reliable target against an elite Denver defense. Nacua also missed last week, forcing the Rams to rely heavily upon Davante Adams and their tight ends. Los Angeles safety Kamren Kinchens is doubtful, but the greater total impact comes from the offensive absences. Denver receiver Marvin Mims Jr. is questionable, while rookie running back Jonah Coleman is out. J.K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey practiced fully, giving Denver the option of leaning on a deliberate rushing attack rather than asking Bo Nix to trade explosive plays with Stafford. Denver’s first two games finished with 44 and 33 points. The Broncos have produced only 30 offensive points through two weeks, while their defense held Jacksonville to 13. The Rams’ defense has allowed only 33 points, and Denver’s altitude further favors defensive depth late in the game. Projected wind is approximately 10 mph—below the threshold for a major weather adjustment but enough to provide modest assistance to the UNDER. Play UNDER 44 or better. Pass at 43.5; the move has already removed too much value below 44. |

| 09-27-26 | Vikings v. Bucs +1.5 | 23-16 | Loss | -110 | 30 h 45 m | Show | |
Tampa Bay qualifies for a system involving Week 1-3 underdogs of five points or fewer whose straight-up winning percentage is worse than their opponent’s. Since 2010, those teams are 75-36 ATS, covering 67.6 percent with 35.4 units and a 29.0-percent ROI. A respected sharp also played Tampa Bay +1.5 and made the game closer to pick’em. Minnesota is attracting approximately two-thirds of the tracked spread tickets, creating a corroborated worldwide contrarian position on Tampa Bay. The number has declined from Vikings -2.5 to approximately -1.5 despite Minnesota receiving the majority of bets. Minnesota’s 2-0 record disguises an offense that has yet to establish its new quarterback. Kyler Murray attempted only five passes before suffering a concussion in the opener, completing three for 18 yards with an interception. Carson Wentz managed the victories, but the Vikings failed to score a touchdown while producing only nine points against Chicago. Murray has cleared the protocol and will start, but this will effectively be his first complete game in the offense. Tampa Bay’s 0-2 record is less discouraging than Minnesota’s undefeated record appears impressive. The Buccaneers led Cleveland 16-6 before losing 23-19 following a lengthy weather interruption. They have averaged five yards per rush, while Bucky Irving has accumulated 134 yards through two games. Their primary offensive injury concerns have also cleared: Baker Mayfield, Jalen McMillan and the starting offensive line finished the week without game designations. The rating stops at Major because Tampa Bay will be missing edge defender Rueben Bain Jr., while linebacker Josiah Trotter is doubtful. Minnesota center Nick Samac is out, however, creating an interior opportunity for Vita Vea and Tampa Bay’s defensive front. Weather should not interfere with the handicap. The forecast is approximately 84 degrees with minimal wind and little precipitation risk. Play TAMPA BAY +1.5 or better. Upgrade the value if +2 or +2.5 becomes available. |

| 09-27-26 | Cardinals +9 v. 49ers | 30-36 | Win | 100 | 30 h 43 m | Show | |
Arizona receives sharp support at the current +8.5 and is one of the strongest corroborated worldwide contrarian positions remaining on the board. San Francisco has attracted roughly two-thirds to three-quarters of the tracked spread tickets, depending on the index and update time. The personnel news materially reduces San Francisco’s ability to protect a margin. Nick Bosa is out after suffering a calf injury and could miss several weeks. Defensive linemen Romello Height and James Thompson Jr. are also out, leaving the 49ers without three pieces of their defensive front. San Francisco will additionally be without receiver Demarcus Robinson, while Mike Evans is questionable with a hip injury. Bosa’s absence is especially important against a large underdog. San Francisco loses its best individual pass rusher, reducing the likelihood of the sacks and hurried throws required to build a multi-possession lead. The depleted defensive-line rotation also improves Arizona’s opportunity to maintain drives and produce a late cover if San Francisco plays from ahead. Arizona quarterback Jacoby Brissett practiced fully despite his hip designation. Center Hjalte Froholdt also finished the week as a full participant, while cornerback Garrett Williams is expected to make his season debut. Williams’ return is significant after Arizona lost starting cornerback Will Johnson for the season. There is supporting league-wide regression data involving underdogs of at least five points following a loss by 22 or more. Those teams are 275-214 ATS, producing 39.6 units. Its 7.4-percent ROI makes it supporting evidence rather than the foundation of the wager, but Arizona qualifies after losing 31-7 to Seattle. San Francisco’s 2-0 start also came in unusual circumstances. The 49ers faced a Rams team dealing with extreme international travel and then an overmatched Miami team. Arizona represents San Francisco’s first divisional game against an opponent receiving more than a touchdown, and the 49ers must protect that margin without their best pass rusher and several rotational linemen. The rating remains Major because Arizona’s secondary is still compromised, with Dadrion Taylor-Demerson out and Max Melton questionable. Play ARIZONA +8.5. The Cardinals remain playable at +8 but not below +7.5. |

| 09-27-26 | Fever +4 v. Aces | Top | 85-102 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 46 m | Show |
Indiana is the strongest convergence of our primary WNBA metrics. The Luck Factor strongly favors the Fever. Indiana finished at -1.4 while Las Vegas was +1.1, producing a 2.5-point regression gap toward Indiana. That is meaningful over a completed 44-game regular season and becomes considerably more important because it is independently corroborated by an active ATS system supporting the Fever. The personnel matchup provides additional support. Indiana averaged a league-best 96.0 points per game and went 2-1 against Las Vegas during the regular season. The Fever's perimeter shooting is particularly important against an Aces team that wants to control games defensively: Indiana shot 38.6% from three and made 10.3 threes per game, giving the Fever another avenue to stay inside this number even if Las Vegas controls portions of the game. The most important matchup is Aliyah Boston against A'ja Wilson. Boston's leg condition must be monitored, but she is expected to attempt to play. Indiana has been unusually effective against Wilson this season. In Wilson's two appearances against the Fever, she averaged 23 points but shot only 39.6% from the floor—her lowest shooting percentage against any opponent this season. Boston's strength and physicality allow Indiana to defend Wilson without constantly compromising the rest of its defense. There is injury risk. Boston left Thursday's game before halftime because of the leg issue, and Tyasha Harris is also dealing with a leg injury. Damiris Dantas is out. Boston's effectiveness rather than simply her active/inactive designation is therefore important. Las Vegas also isn't at full strength. Dana Evans is dealing with a knee injury, while Janiah Barker and NaLyssa Smith are out for the season. The market is the principal negative. Indiana opened around +4.5 and has been bet down to +3/+3.5, with the number briefly reaching approximately +2.5. Our WNBA methodology generally prefers fading rather than following significant movement. There are no key numbers in WNBA handicapping, however, and +3.5 represents a meaningful improvement over the worst available price. This is ultimately a case where the two heaviest components of the handicap agree: a 2.5-point Luck Factor advantage and an active ATS system both point toward Indiana. The matchup evidence provides further corroboration. Play INDIANA +3.5. Still playable at +3. |

| 09-27-26 | Chargers +7.5 v. Bills | 16-24 | Loss | -120 | 68 h 43 m | Show | |
The Chargers qualify for the same league-wide system involving underdogs whose average ATS margin is minus-8.5 points or worse. The system is 362-243 ATS since 1994, winning 59.8 percent and generating 94.7 units with a 14.2-percent ROI. Los Angeles has been considerably worse than the system’s minimum requirement. The Chargers lost 26-14 as a 9.5-point favorite against Arizona and 26-14 as a 6.5-point favorite against Las Vegas. Their average ATS margin is minus-20 points. They also qualify for the Week 3 system involving underdogs coming off two consecutive ATS defeats. That angle is 92-56 ATS, winning 62.2 percent with 30.4 units and an 18.7-percent ROI. The market has made an enormous adjustment. Los Angeles entered the season as a team capable of laying more than a touchdown, yet two poor performances have pushed the Chargers through zero and all the way to a seven-point underdog. That represents a move of more than two touchdowns relative to their Week 1 and Week 2 prices. The largest Luck Factor gap of the week also points toward Los Angeles. Buffalo is approximately 0.8 wins above expectation while the Chargers are 1.3 wins below expectation, creating a 2.1-game gap. That is especially significant after only two games. Buffalo has become a heavily supported favorite throughout the worldwide ticket-count indexes. The agreement is strong enough to make Los Angeles a corroborated worldwide contrarian position. The Chargers still have the personnel to exploit Buffalo’s defense. Justin Herbert has Ladd McConkey available after the receiver practiced fully with his rib injury, while Omarion Hampton is coming off a career-high 92 rushing yards. Buffalo has surrendered 62 points through two games and allowed Detroit to score 31 at the new Highmark Stadium. The rating stops at Major because Los Angeles is thin at tight end and along the offensive line. Charlie Kolar underwent forearm surgery, Kayode Awosika has a fibula injury, and tackles Rashawn Slater and Trey Pipkins have been managing groin and knee problems. Buffalo’s Ed Oliver and Keon Coleman also missed practice, however, while DJ Moore was limited by a shoulder injury. Conditions should be favorable, with temperatures in the mid-60s and no projected wind approaching 15 mph. Play LOS ANGELES CHARGERS +7 or better. Do not play below +6.5. |

| 09-27-26 | Seahawks -7.5 v. Commanders | 31-33 | Loss | -110 | 27 h 44 m | Show | |
Seattle qualifies for the strongest applicable side system in the updated research. It plays against home underdogs that lost their previous two games as away underdogs, averaged between 3.5 and five yards per rushing attempt, ran at least 25 times per game and threw fewer than six touchdown passes in their most recent game. The system is 53-17 ATS, winning 75.7 percent with 34.3 units and a 44.5-percent ROI. A second system plays against teams making their season home debut in Week 3 when the opponent is laying no more than eight points. That system is 73-36 ATS, winning 67.0 percent with 33.4 units and a 27.9-percent ROI. A top sharp made a larger-than-normal wager on Seattle at -6.5 and calculated that the number should be much closer to double digits. Although that exact price has disappeared, -7 remains available at selected books. The current market primarily ranges between -7 and -7.5 after opening -6.5. Jayden Daniels is out after dislocating his left elbow for the second time in less than a year. Marcus Mariota completed 11-of-16 passes for 111 yards and a touchdown in relief, but he now faces a Seattle secondary that has allowed only a 25-percent completion rate on throws of at least 10 air yards, with four interceptions and no touchdowns. Seattle’s quarterback uncertainty is much less damaging. Drew Lock has produced 422 passing yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions while helping the Seahawks start 2-0. He completed 19-of-26 passes for 235 yards and three touchdowns in the 31-7 win over Arizona. Sam Darnold has also returned to practice, giving Seattle a realistic chance of having its starter available. The worldwide ticket-count indexes strongly oppose Seattle because the Seahawks are among the most popular favorites of the week. That prevents this from becoming a 5* Rare, particularly after the move crossed seven. It does not outweigh a 53-17 system, another system approaching a 30-percent ROI, the larger sharp wager and Washington’s quarterback downgrade. Play SEATTLE -7 up to -115 for Wise Guy. Major at -7.5 or more |

Miami qualifies for a powerful league-wide regression system that plays on underdogs averaging an ATS margin of minus-8.5 points or worse. Since 1994, those teams are 362-243 ATS, winning 59.8 percent and producing 94.7 units of profit with a 14.2-percent ROI. A second system plays Week 3 underdogs following consecutive ATS losses. Those teams are 92-56 ATS, winning 62.2 percent with 30.4 units and an 18.7-percent ROI. Miami lost 27-13 as a three-point underdog at Las Vegas and 35-13 as a 13-point underdog at San Francisco, giving the Dolphins an average ATS margin of minus-10 points. There is also supporting data for underdogs of at least five points following a loss by 22 or more. Those teams are 275-214 ATS, producing 39.6 units. Miami lost to San Francisco by exactly 22, but that score became more lopsided after a competitive first half. The Dolphins trailed only 14-6 at halftime before the game deteriorated. Kansas City is 2-0, but the Chiefs needed overtime to escape Indianapolis 33-30 as a home favorite. They allowed 30 points and were forced to play a full extra period before traveling into South Florida’s heat. Sunday’s forecast calls for approximately 85 degrees at kickoff, with the temperature climbing toward the upper 80s. The Luck Factor also favors Miami. Kansas City has performed approximately 0.6 wins above expectation while Miami is 0.3 below expectation, producing a 0.9-game regression gap toward the Dolphins. That matters through only two games because it is one of the more meaningful early-season gaps on this slate. Kansas City is one of the most heavily supported favorites across the worldwide ticket-count indexes. That creates a strongly corroborated worldwide contrarian position on Miami, with the double-digit home underdog offering additional value. The Dolphins’ injury situation has improved during the week. Edge rusher Chop Robinson progressed to full participation after dealing with a concussion, while running back Jaylen Wright was limited rather than absent. Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes practiced fully, but left tackle Josh Simmons remained out of practice with a back injury and Chris Jones was limited by a calf issue. Play MIAMI +11 or better. The Dolphins remain playable at +10.5. |

| 09-27-26 | Bengals v. Steelers +3.5 | 27-30 | Win | 100 | 68 h 40 m | Show | |
Pittsburgh qualifies for a league-wide system involving divisional underdogs of between one and five points during the first three weeks of the season. Since 2009, those teams are 91-57 ATS, covering 61.5 percent with 28.3 units and a 17.4-percent ROI. Cincinnati’s 20-6 victory over Houston was substantially more fortunate than the final score suggests. The Bengals were outgained by 107 yards and lost the first-down count 22-12. Houston repeatedly moved the ball before failing on all four fourth-down attempts. Cincinnati’s defensive efficiency was real, but the 14-point margin exaggerated the difference between the teams. That result is reflected in the Luck Factor. Cincinnati is approximately 0.8 wins above expectation while Pittsburgh is at zero, producing a meaningful early regression edge toward the Steelers. Pittsburgh also receives the most valuable half-point on the board. This game opened closer to Cincinnati -1.5 before moving through the key number of three. At +3.5, the Steelers can lose by a field goal and still cash. The Bengals’ defensive line enters the matchup compromised. Defensive tackles Jonathan Allen and B.J. Hill missed the first two practices, with Hill dealing with an Achilles injury. That could help Pittsburgh stabilize an offense that was ineffective against New England. The rating is limited to Major because running back Rico Dowdle missed practice with a toe injury and Michael Pittman Jr. remained limited with a foot problem. Pittman’s participation would significantly improve Pittsburgh’s ability to challenge Cincinnati outside, while Dowdle’s availability would strengthen the matchup against the Bengals’ injured interior. The forecast is favorable, with temperatures near 69 degrees, no precipitation expected at kickoff and no significant wind concern. Play PITTSBURGH +3.5. At +3, this drops to a free play. |

| 09-26-26 | Oregon State -10.5 v. UTEP | 33-7 | Win | 100 | 57 h 59 m | Show | |
Four league-wide systems support Oregon State, although several share similar parameters. Road favorites facing home teams with poor first-half performance after games producing at least 60 combined points are 629-435 ATS, winning 59.1 percent with 150.5 units and a 12.9 percent ROI. A related version of the same profile is 606-467 ATS with 92.3 units and a 7.8 percent ROI. The system fading home teams that have been outscored by at least seven points per game and are coming off a game with 60 or more combined points is 658-524 ATS with 81.6 units and a 6.3 percent ROI. Home underdogs with substantially below-average defensive profiles are 207-125 ATS, winning 62.3 percent with 69.5 units and a 19 percent ROI. Oregon State generated 510 yards last week, including 366 through the air. The Beavers can attack a UTEP defense that surrendered 464 yards and 45 points in its previous game. Because Oregon State can move the ball through both phases, the Beavers do not need turnovers or special-teams scores to create sufficient margin. There is also sharp support at -10.5, and the wager remains available near the recommended number. Lay up to -11. At -11.5 or higher, the value is no longer sufficient for a premium play. |

| 09-26-26 | Long Island v. Florida International OVER 50.5 | 3-20 | Loss | -110 | 54 h 2 m | Show | |
Three exceptionally profitable league-wide systems qualify. Non-divisional home favorites of at least 29.5 points, in Weeks 2 through 13, with totals of 55 or lower and more season unders than overs are 90-21 to the over. The system wins 81.1 percent with 66.9 units of profit and a 54.8 percent ROI. A related version requiring the home team to have played more than 50 percent of its games under the total is 87-20 to the over, winning 81.3 percent with 65 units and a 55.2 percent ROI. The broader system playing non-divisional games over when the favorite is laying at least 27 points and the total is 55 or lower is 256-134. It has generated 108.6 units with a 25.3 percent ROI. LIU has struggled to generate a vertical passing game. Ethan Greenwood completed only 8 of 21 passes for 113 yards with two interceptions last week, while Luca Stanzani produced only 91 yards across the Sharks’ previous two games. That sounds negative for an over, but it also creates opportunities for FIU to obtain short fields against an overmatched offense. LIU has allowed 35 points to Albany and now steps up against an FBS opponent in Miami. FIU’s 1-2 record and uneven offensive start have held the total down, but the Panthers have covered two of three games and possess the athletic advantage necessary to produce explosive plays. FIU running back J. Ford and tight ends K. Schaeffer and A. Passley are questionable. Those injuries keep this at Major rather than Wise Guy strength, but the systems are powerful enough to justify the play. The Miami forecast includes heat and humidity with only an isolated late-afternoon thunderstorm risk. Wind is not expected to be a significant factor. Play over 50.5 up to 52. |
| 09-26-26 | NC Central v. East Carolina OVER 54.5 | 9-42 | Loss | -110 | 52 h 4 m | Show | |
Three powerful league-wide systems converge on the over. Non-divisional home favorites of at least 29.5 points, in Weeks 2 through 13, with totals of 55 or lower and more season unders than overs are 90-21 to the over. That is 81.1 percent with 66.9 units of profit and a 54.8 percent ROI. A closely related system requiring the home team to have played more than 50 percent of its games under the total is 87-20 to the over, winning 81.3 percent with 65 units and a 55.2 percent ROI. The broader system playing non-divisional games over when the favorite is laying at least 27 points and the total is 55 or lower is 256-134. It has produced 108.6 units with a 25.3 percent ROI. East Carolina’s offense has struggled while dividing quarterback snaps between Mitch Griffis and Emory Williams. That weakness is fully reflected in a total of only 54.5 despite a spread of approximately 34.5. This is an opportunity for the Pirates to give both quarterbacks productive repetitions before conference play rather than shutting down the offense after building an early lead. North Carolina Central allowed 44 points to Gardner-Webb after the game was tied 17-17. The Eagles were outscored 27-3 the rest of the way and now face a much deeper FBS roster. East Carolina’s defense can help the over. Ayden Duncanson returned an interception 67 yards for a touchdown last week, while NCCU is still adjusting after losing 2025 MEAC Player of the Year Walker Harris at quarterback. Short fields or another non-offensive score significantly reduce the burden on East Carolina’s inconsistent offense. Play over 54.5. The system parameters permit a total of 55, which is the highest acceptable number. |
| 09-26-26 | Oklahoma v. Georgia UNDER 44.5 | Top | 13-41 | Loss | -110 | 52 h 50 m | Show |
Two profitable league-wide systems and a substantial sharp wager converge on the under. The first system plays an under when the total is between 38 and 72, one team is favored, the teams’ combined scoring and scoring-defense averages imply a total at least 10.2 points higher than the posted number, and neither team owns an average differential-to-spread of minus-14 or worse. It is 1,143-809, winning 58.6 percent with 253.1 units and an 11.8 percent ROI. A second system targets games in which the current total has been reduced substantially from each team’s previous two totals. It is 1,028-775 to the under, winning 57 percent with 175.5 units and an 8.8 percent ROI. A respected sharp handicapper also projects only 38 points and made a meaningful wager on under 44.5. Oklahoma’s rushing offense has not demonstrated that it can consistently create positive plays against an elite defensive front. The Sooners managed only 10 points against Michigan and six offensive points in last week’s 14-6 victory over New Mexico. Oklahoma is missing starting left tackle Michael Fasusi and starting receiver Trell Harris. Fasusi’s absence is particularly important against Georgia’s defensive front because it reduces Oklahoma’s ability to protect the quarterback without using a tight end or running back as additional help. That can further limit an already compressed passing game. Georgia has little reason to create unnecessary pace or volatility. The Bulldogs can use their running game, defense and field position to control the game. Running back Nate Frazier is questionable, which could reduce Georgia’s explosive rushing potential and encourage a deeper rotation. Oklahoma’s defense remains the strength of the team. Linebacker Kip Lewis, last season’s leading tackler, is probable after missing the previous game. Defensive tackle David Stone is questionable after dislocating his kneecap, but he avoided structural damage and is pushing to play. His presence would substantially strengthen an already difficult interior matchup for Georgia. Athens is expected to be warm and dry without significant wind. This is a systems, personnel and matchup under. Play under 44 or better and do not chase below 43.5. |
| 09-26-26 | Iowa v. Michigan -5.5 | 20-19 | Loss | -110 | 52 h 39 m | Show | |
Michigan receives one of the weekend’s strongest worldwide contrarian signals. Iowa is a heavily supported public underdog across the major legal, offshore, contest and additional outlaw indexes. The agreement is especially meaningful because the public is taking points with the underdog instead of backing the higher-profile home favorite. A league-wide system also supports Michigan. Lower-ranked favorites in the applicable matchup range are 66-31 ATS, winning 68 percent with 31.9 units of profit and a 29.9 percent ROI. The unit total is below the elite-system range, but the ROI is strong enough to carry meaningful weight when combined with the worldwide contrarian agreement. Iowa rushed for 422 yards against Northern Iowa, and three Hawkeyes exceeded 100 rushing yards. That performance requires context. Northern Iowa could not match Iowa’s size or depth, while Michigan owns a top-10 total defense and has already held Oklahoma to 10 points. Iowa quarterback Hank Brown completed all 12 of his passes last week, but he threw for only 153 yards. Michigan can devote additional resources to Iowa’s running game without being exposed by an established downfield passing attack. Once Iowa falls behind the chains, its offensive success rate drops dramatically. Michigan has won the last four meetings by scores of 26-0, 27-14, 42-3 and 10-3. The Wolverines have repeatedly demonstrated that their defensive structure is exceptionally difficult for Iowa’s methodical offense. The line opened around Michigan -4.5 and has moved to -5.5. That is a move we ordinarily prefer to fade, but it has not crossed seven, and the contrarian agreement provides substantial corroboration. Lay -5.5. Do not chase Michigan to -7. |
| 09-26-26 | Notre Dame -27.5 v. Purdue | Top | 49-10 | Win | 100 | 50 h 23 m | Show |
Three league-wide systems align with Notre Dame. Away favorites of at least 14.5 points facing an opponent averaging at least 425 yards per game are 69-27 ATS, winning 71.9 percent with 39.3 units of profit and a 37.2 percent ROI. Away favorites whose opponents allowed no more than 14 points in each of their previous two games, while the current opponent allowed at least 37 points in its last game, are 95-43 ATS. That system wins 68.8 percent with 47.7 units and a 31.4 percent ROI. The broader system fading home underdogs with substantially below-average defensive profiles is 207-125 ATS, winning 62.3 percent with 69.5 units and a 19 percent ROI. There is also strong worldwide contrarian corroboration. Multiple independent betting indexes show the public taking Purdue and the large number. This is especially valuable because the public is supporting an underdog of more than three touchdowns rather than reflexively laying points with the highly ranked favorite. Notre Dame can control the matchup with its offensive line and running game, creating scoring opportunities without asking CJ Carr to force throws into coverage. The Irish defense also has the front-seven advantage needed to produce negative plays, stalled drives and favorable field position. Safety Luke Talich is questionable with a wrist injury. He became an important contributor after Brauntae Johnson was injured, but former five-star Joey O’Brien is listed behind him. Notre Dame’s other unavailable players are largely continuing absences already reflected in the current rotation. Motivation should not be a problem. This is the 90th meeting in an in-state rivalry played for the Shillelagh Trophy. Notre Dame has won eight consecutive meetings, including 56-30 last season, and the rivalry setting reduces the ordinary concern about a ranked team losing focus against an inferior opponent. The line is the key. Lay -27.5, but do not chase Notre Dame through the full four-touchdown threshold. |

| 09-26-26 | Texas v. Tennessee +4 | 20-17 | Win | 100 | 48 h 13 m | Show | |
A respected sharp handicapper made one of his largest college football wagers of the week on Tennessee +5.5. The market has moved toward the Volunteers, but +4 remains playable because no primary football key number was crossed. Tennessee’s freshman quarterback Faizon Brandon has opened his career with five touchdown passes and no interceptions. The matchup represents a major increase in difficulty, but Neyland Stadium gives Tennessee one of the strongest home-field environments in college football for Texas’ first SEC road game of the season. Texas quarterback Arch Manning has not consistently converted his talent into efficient down-to-down execution. The Longhorns needed a late offensive surge to beat Ohio State 24-23 and did not separate from UTSA until the second half. Tennessee’s offensive pace can force Texas to defend more snaps than it faced in either of those games. Texas will be without defensive lineman Justus Terry, nickel Xavier Filsaime and offensive lineman Jordan Coleman. Tight end Nick Townsend is doubtful. Terry has already missed two games, but Filsaime’s absence matters against a Tennessee offense designed to create space and force defensive backs to tackle in isolation. Tennessee has accumulated several season-ending injuries among its depth players, which is why this remains a Major instead of a Wise Guy. However, the Volunteers’ starting offensive structure remains intact, and the combination of the sharp wager, home field and quarterback price makes the underdog attractive. Take Tennessee +4 or better. The original +5.5 is substantially stronger, but +4 remains acceptable. Do not play below +3.5. |

| 09-25-26 | Clemson v. California +1.5 | 24-10 | Loss | -115 | 22 h 25 m | Show | |
This is a very strong corroborated contrarian position worldwide. The betting indexes across offshore markets, Vegas, legal U.S. states and substantial outlaw intel show heavy enough Clemson support to create value on California. California also has respected sharp support at the available +1.5, including multiple tracked wagers of at least one unit. Clemson freshman quarterback Tait Reynolds faces his first road start on a short week with cross-country travel after a weather-disrupted game against North Carolina. The Tigers’ 28-20 victory was more flattering than convincing, and Clemson is dealing with attrition along the offensive front. California already won at Syracuse, giving the Bears experience in a competitive conference road game. Their defense should pressure an inexperienced quarterback, while the home-field and scheduling advantages become more meaningful in a matchup close to pick’em. The public-underdog fade, sharp support and organic matchup all point to California. Take CALIFORNIA +1.5 rather than the moneyline. |
| 09-25-26 | Howard v. Rutgers OVER 55.5 | 7-58 | Win | 100 | 19 h 3 m | Show | |
The strongest support comes from a league-wide system playing the over when the total is less than 14 points higher than the underdog’s spread and both teams have a classified division. Since 2010, this situation is 234-124-5 to the over, an exceptional 65.4%, producing +97.6 units with a 24.8% ROI. Qualifying games have exceeded the total by an average of 5.3 points. Howard is approximately a 43.5-point underdog with a total of 55.5, putting the total only 12 points above the spread. The market’s implied score is roughly Rutgers 49.5, Howard 6. Rutgers may not need meaningful help from Howard for this game to reach the upper 50s. Rutgers finally displayed its offensive ceiling in last week’s 42-35 loss to USC, generating 460 total yards. Quarterback Dylan Lonergan passed for 252 yards and three touchdowns, KJ Duff caught seven passes for 86 yards and a score, and Antwan Raymond accumulated 161 yards from scrimmage. Raymond rushed for 122 yards on 21 carries, while the offensive line surrendered only one sack. Howard’s defense presents a substantial step down from USC. The Bison were recently gashed for 301 rushing yards by Indiana and lost 55-0. Rutgers should be able to control the line of scrimmage with Raymond while using the run to create explosive opportunities for Duff against an overmatched secondary. The Scarlet Knights also have incentive to remain aggressive. They are 0-3 and need a convincing performance before returning to Big Ten competition. Their offense has committed 10 turnovers through three games, but even that volatility can help an over against Howard: turnovers could either create short fields for the Bison or force Rutgers to continue attacking instead of shortening the game. Rutgers’ defense has allowed 37, 28 and 42 points while breaking in 10 new starters. Howard produced almost nothing against Indiana, but senior quarterback Tyriq Starks and several returning skill players give the Bison at least some chance of contributing a touchdown against a defense that has yet to play a clean game. The total opened around 53.5 and has risen to 55.5, but it remains within the system’s qualifying range. Rutgers possesses a realistic path to scoring 49 or more by itself, while one Howard touchdown would substantially reduce what the Scarlet Knights must produce. Play OVER 55.5. Accept 56.5 only while Howard remains +43.5 or higher; if the spread drops to +42.5, do not exceed 55.5. |
| 09-25-26 | Army v. Temple UNDER 48.5 | 21-17 | Win | 100 | 29 h 22 m | Show | |
The strongest support comes from a league-wide system playing an under when the posted total is between 38 and 72, one team is favored, the teams’ combined scoring and scoring-defense averages imply a total at least 10.2 points higher than the market number, and neither team owns an average differential-to-spread of minus-14 or worse. The system is 1,143-809 to the under, winning 58.6 percent with 253.1 units of profit and an 11.8 percent ROI. Temple’s quarterback situation makes the matchup particularly attractive. Jaxon Smolik left the Owls’ previous game with a foot injury and remains questionable. Ajani Sheppard is the likely starter if Smolik cannot play. Sheppard gives Temple more mobility, but his limited experience makes it difficult to install an expansive game plan on a short week. Army’s option offense naturally reduces possessions. Long drives can remove six or seven minutes without producing a touchdown, and the Black Knights rarely create the volume of incomplete passes required to stop the clock repeatedly. Temple should also emphasize the running game, manageable third downs and field position if Sheppard starts. The system qualified when the total was 47.5. The move into the 48.5-to-49 range improves the wager rather than forcing us to chase a worse number. Philadelphia’s forecast does not include the 15-mph-plus wind that would create an additional weather edge, so this is primarily a system, quarterback and pace handicap. Play UNDER 48 or better. UNDER 49 is the preferred wager. |
| 09-24-26 | Liberty -2.5 v. Coastal Carolina | 34-17 | Win | 100 | 21 h 8 m | Show | |
The strongest league-wide system backs road teams that have yet to win away from home when facing an opponent that has won at least half its home games. The situation begins with each team’s third game, requires the road team to be laying no more than 4.5 points, excludes teams riding winning streaks longer than two games and removes a specific same-conference subset involving larger favorites and low totals. Those parameters have produced a 671-516-24 ATS record, generating 103.4 units of historical profit with a 7.9% ROI. Liberty qualifies as a short road favorite. Sharp support also favors Liberty, including a larger-than-normal position on the Flames’ moneyline. The underlying matchup helps explain the interest. Liberty’s offense ranks 34th nationally in early-down efficiency and 15th in third- and fourth-down success rate. Coastal Carolina’s defense ranks 113th in early-down efficiency and allows opponents to convert approximately 48% of their third- and fourth-down opportunities. Quarterback Deshawn Purdie appears to be settling into Liberty’s offense. He completed 13-of-20 passes for 211 yards and three touchdowns in last week’s 51-15 rout of Ball State. For the season, Purdie has thrown for 563 yards with five touchdowns and no interceptions. His 13.7-yard average depth of target leads the country, creating a favorable matchup against a Coastal defense ranked outside the top 100 in passing efficiency allowed. Liberty should also control the pressure battle. Its defense ranks 22nd nationally in creating havoc, while Coastal Carolina has been among the country’s worst teams at preventing disruptive plays. Coastal quarterback Deuce Bailey has thrown eight touchdowns without an interception, but he has already been sacked 11 times. Liberty has allowed only six sacks offensively, giving the Flames a meaningful advantage in keeping their quarterback on schedule. The Flames also own the more dependable red-zone and possession-down profiles. Liberty has converted nine of its 10 red-zone opportunities and 19-of-41 third downs. Coastal has converted six of eight red-zone trips and 14-of-35 third downs. That difference becomes important in a matchup priced inside a field goal. Liberty head coach Jamey Chadwell returns to the program he led to national prominence. He knows Coastal’s infrastructure and personnel philosophy, and he is 3-1 as a head coach against the Chanticleers. Several current Liberty players also previously played for Coastal, creating additional familiarity with the opponent and extra motivation in a nationally televised rivalry game. Multiple projections make Liberty the superior team. One calls for a 28-24 victory with the Flames producing 369 total yards, including a 207-153 rushing advantage. Another projects Liberty by five, while a broader mathematical rating makes the Flames approximately 10 points better after accounting for venue and other variables. This is a Major rather than a Wise Guy because the market has already moved four points, flipping Liberty from a 1.5-point underdog to a 2.5-point favorite. The Flames are also attracting the majority of spread tickets, so there is no contrarian support. Those concerns prevent a higher rating, but the exceptionally profitable league-wide system, respected sharp support and favorable efficiency matchup still justify the wager. Lay -2.5 up to -120. Do not lay -3. If every available spread reaches -3, play Liberty on the moneyline up to -145 instead. |

| 09-23-26 | Rays +140 v. Yankees | Top | 2-9 | Loss | -100 | 10 h 3 m | Show |
Tampa Bay again owns the most compelling late-season Luck Gap on the board. The Rays are at +14.98 compared with the Yankees at +0.16, a massive 14.82-point differential after 157 games. That is an unusually large separation this deep into a season. The price is a major part of the appeal. Our official outlaw line had Tampa Bay around +143, and the market has shortened the Rays into roughly the +120 range. Ordinarily we prefer fading a move, but this is not a case where the market has destroyed the value: Tampa remains a plus-money underdog despite owning the best record in the American League. The Rays are 96-61 compared with New York's 90-67. Both have already clinched postseason berths, so there is considerably less motivational disparity here than there would be in a contender-versus-eliminated-team matchup. The strongest database support is also built around oddsmaker adjustments rather than simply backing the superior team. One of our top active moneyline systems combines several price-based filters, including current-versus-previous-series pricing, and has gone 1,514-812, 65.1%, producing $23,450. The pitching matchup prevents this from being stronger than a normal Wise Guy. Ian Seymour's recent report card is mediocre: 1-4 with a 5.33 ERA over his last five, averaging five innings. He did, however, strike out 12 Yankees while allowing three runs over 5.1 innings in his July start against them. Gerrit Cole is the superior starter on current form and season-long numbers. ( The supporting team profile is much better. Tampa Bay has been the hotter club, and its season-long offense owns a .258 average compared with New York's .234. The Yankees also currently list Aaron Judge among their injured position players. The late-season motivation angle is already reflected substantially in these prices. Tampa Bay has clinched, but so has New York. That makes it difficult to justify pricing the Rays as this large an underdog solely because Cole has the starting-pitcher edge. |

| 09-22-26 | Rays +115 v. Yankees | Top | 6-1 | Win | 115 | 9 h 4 m | Show |
This is a 5* and is the strongest convergence on the board. Tampa Bay owns the largest relevant Luck Gap today: its +15.05 rating against New York’s +0.09 produces a massive 14.96-point differential. With roughly 155 games played, that is an exceptionally large late-season separation. One of our strongest active systems also lands directly on Tampa Bay. It takes an above-.500 road underdog with the better record when the opponent is returning home from a road game. That situation is 174-123, 58.6%, for $8,971 in historical profit and an exceptional 30.2% ROI. The Rays qualify as a road dog despite being 95-60 against an 89-66 Yankees club. The companion version of the angle is 176-130 with a 27.9% ROI. The pitching matchup gives the dog legitimate support rather than requiring the Luck Gap and system to overcome a bad starter. Nick Martinez is 15-4 with a 2.94 ERA and 1.07 WHIP, and his road work has been outstanding: 7-1, 1.99 ERA and 0.94 WHIP. Over his last three starts, he owns a 2.89 ERA and 0.86 WHIP. His posted report card therefore supports Tampa Bay getting plus money. The Rays are also 8-2 over their last 10 while New York is 6-4. Tampa Bay’s 95-60 overall record is six games better in the loss column despite the Rays being priced as the underdog. |

| 09-22-26 | Brewers +124 v. Phillies | 4-6 | Loss | -100 | 8 h 30 m | Show | |
An above-.500 road dog with a better record against an opponent returning home from the road. The primary version has gone 174-123 for a 30.2% ROI, with the closely related version at 176-130 and 27.9% ROI. The Brewers are 98-58 compared with Philadelphia’s 86-70, yet Milwaukee is available around +121. The Luck Gap also points in the same direction, although not nearly strongly enough by itself to elevate this play: Milwaukee is +8.58 and Philadelphia +2.92, a 5.66 differential. Zack Wheeler is the principal reason this stays Major rather than Wise Guy. His report card is superb: 13-5, 2.99 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, and an even better 1.42 ERA and 1.00 WHIP over his last three. Dustin May is much less impressive at 4.61 with a 1.32 WHIP and has a 5.50 road ERA. So Milwaukee isn’t a pitching-matchup play. It’s a play on an unusually powerful historical situation, the better overall team receiving plus money, and additional Luck Gap support. Philadelphia’s starting-pitching advantage is why the rating stops at 3*. |

| 09-22-26 | Nationals +139 v. Tigers | Top | 3-1 | Win | 139 | 9 h 31 m | Show |
The Luck Gap is enormous again. Washington sits at +2.06 while Detroit is dead last at -10.46, a 12.52-point differential. At 157 games, that’s right in the range where the regression signal becomes genuinely significant rather than background noise. The price is particularly interesting because the records are almost identical: Washington is 73-84 and Detroit 74-83, yet the Nationals are getting +134. Washington also has been substantially better on the run line, 86-70-1 compared with Detroit’s 78-79. The obvious concern is Jackson Kent, so this isn’t a pitcher-driven selection. His report card is poor: 6.40 ERA overall, 7.62 over his last three and 8.82 on the road. Drew Anderson has been much better for Detroit, with a 3.62 ERA overall, 2.25 over his last three and 3.10 at home. The reason Washington still makes the top category is the magnitude of the late-season Luck Gap at a substantial plus price. This is a case where the highest-weighted signal is strong enough to overcome an unfavorable starting-pitcher matchup rather than pretending that matchup supports the bet. |

| 09-22-26 | Rays +112 v. Yankees | Top | 0-2 | Loss | -100 | 3 h 50 m | Show |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5-star Wise Guy Best Bet This is Game 1 This is the strongest convergence on the board. |

| 09-21-26 | Giants v. Rams -7 | 6-28 | Win | 100 | 128 h 36 m | Show | |
This is specifically a contrarian position against one of the more popular underdogs on the Week 2 board. The Giants’ upset of Dallas immediately changed market perception. New York controlled the line of scrimmage, rushed for 165 yards and possessed the ball for more than 36 minutes. That was impressive, but it has also helped make the Giants an unusually popular touchdown underdog. That creates the type of situation in which we are willing to lay the points rather than follow the attractive underdog narrative. Our contrarian indexes aggregate sentiment across legal U.S. markets, Nevada, offshore markets and substantial additional betting intelligence. The Giants are drawing unusually strong support for a road dog of this size, making Los Angeles a meaningful worldwide contrarian position. There is also a classic Week 2 regression concept behind the play. The database has produced a 159-104 ATS record when fading a team whose opening performance was materially more impressive than its opponent’s under qualifying circumstances. Another more selective Week 2 overreaction angle is 28-13 ATS with a 30.4% ROI. Los Angeles unquestionably disappointed in its 27-7 loss to San Francisco, producing only 290 yards. That ugly performance is now built into the number and public perception. The Giants, conversely, are being rewarded for a nationally visible upset. The concern is the Rams’ defensive front. Myles Garrett is expected to miss time following knee surgery, and Aaron Donald’s availability remains uncertain. That prevents this from reaching Wise Guy status. But from a market standpoint, this is exactly the type of NFL favorite we want to examine: an unpopular team coming off an embarrassing loss against an underdog that the betting public is eager to take. Play LOS ANGELES RAMS -7. Do not chase -7.5. |
| 09-20-26 | Colts v. Chiefs -6.5 | Top | 30-33 | Loss | -110 | 104 h 52 m | Show |
This is one of the better matchup mismatches on the Sunday card, and -6.5 keeps us on the preferred side of the most important secondary key number. Kansas City’s Week 1 offensive performance was encouraging because Patrick Mahomes improved as the game progressed despite the uncertainty surrounding his reconstructed knee and an inexperienced left tackle. Undrafted Kahlil Benson held up better than expected in his first major assignment, removing one of the biggest preseason concerns surrounding the Chiefs offense. Indianapolis presents a much softer defensive matchup. The Colts were gashed for more than 200 rushing yards in the opener and allowed an extraordinary 7.9 yards per play. That is particularly troublesome against a Kansas City offense capable of using the run to create favorable situations for Mahomes rather than asking him to carry the entire offense. The quarterback disparity is equally important. Daniel Jones directed a mediocre passing attack in Indianapolis’ blowout loss to Baltimore. If Kansas City establishes a two-score advantage, there is considerably less confidence in Indianapolis producing the explosive passing plays necessary for a backdoor cover. A top sharp handicapper makes Kansas City approximately -8.5, creating meaningful value at -6.5. We agree with the matchup assessment: the market is still pricing uncertainty surrounding Mahomes more aggressively than his Week 1 performance warrants. There is no reason to volunteer the key number. At -6.5, Kansas City only needs a touchdown victory. The wager becomes substantially less attractive once -7 is required. Play KANSAS CITY -6.5. Do not chase -7. |

| 09-20-26 | Jaguars v. Broncos -2.5 | 13-20 | Win | 100 | 41 h 59 m | Show | |
The biggest development is the public-underdog profile on Jacksonville. At one major book, Jacksonville was taking approximately 69% of spread tickets, and an extraordinary 90% of moneyline bets were taking the Jaguars to win outright. That's understandable. Jacksonville destroyed Cleveland 34-10 while Denver was embarrassed 31-10 in Kansas City. Trevor Lawrence threw four touchdown passes; Bo Nix turned it over twice. The Jaguars therefore look like the obvious value dog. That's precisely the Week 2 recency bias we want to investigate rather than automatically follow. The market is particularly interesting because Denver hasn't disappeared as the favorite. The early number was Broncos -2.5 and despite Jacksonville's impressive opener and Denver's nationally televised loss, we're still being asked to lay roughly a field goal with Denver. The underlying Denver performance wasn't as hopeless as 31-10 suggests. Two Nix turnovers directly resulted in Kansas City touchdowns. Remove the turnover-created scoring and the box score looks considerably less catastrophic. There is also independent handicapping support for Denver. One newsletter makes Denver by 14 and notes that the Broncos are 10-2 ATS immediately after playing Kansas City. More importantly from an organic standpoint, Jacksonville is moving from an extremely favorable home matchup against Cleveland into a considerably more difficult road environment against a Denver team expected to contend in the AFC. The reason this is a 3* rather than 4* is that the public-dog signal isn't perfectly corroborated everywhere. The newest broader split screen has Jacksonville taking 57% of tickets at one major book, but another actually has Denver receiving 61%. So this isn't Giants-at-Rams-level worldwide public-dog consensus. But the combination of Week 1 overreaction, Jacksonville's popularity at multiple outlets, Denver's ugly nationally televised result, home field and a favorable buy-low/sell-high setup is enough for a Major. Play DENVER -2.5. Maximum -3 -115. Do not lay -3.5. |

| 09-20-26 | Steelers v. Patriots UNDER 41.5 | 3-20 | Win | 100 | 96 h 29 m | Show | |
Pittsburgh won its opener, but the offensive performance was substantially less impressive than the final result. The Steelers generated only 4.1 yards per play against an Atlanta defense that entered the game compromised by injuries. Their only touchdown drive began at the Atlanta 31 after an interception. That is exactly the kind of hidden field-position advantage that can make an offense appear more productive on the scoreboard than it actually was. The matchup becomes more difficult against New England. The Patriots have had extra time to digest their opening loss and have the defensive personnel to make Pittsburgh sustain drives. Aaron Rodgers and the passing attack have not demonstrated that they can consistently do that. New England held Rodgers and company to only 203 yards in last season’s meeting, and Pittsburgh’s Week 1 offensive profile gives little reason to project a sudden explosion. A respected sharp handicapper released UNDER 42.5 and independently attacked Pittsburgh’s team total UNDER 17.5, providing unusually useful corroboration because both positions are based on the same fundamental conclusion: Pittsburgh’s offense is being priced too optimistically. The strongest route is the full-game total because New England’s offensive ceiling is also uncertain. This sets up as a field-position game in which both defenses have a better chance of dictating play than either offense. Play PITTSBURGH–NEW ENGLAND UNDER 42.5. |
| 09-20-26 | Eagles v. Titans UNDER 40 | 24-20 | Loss | -110 | 96 h 24 m | Show | |
Tennessee’s Week 1 offensive performance was among the weakest on the board. The Titans generated only about four yards per play against the Jets and now face a Philadelphia defense capable of creating an even more difficult environment. The Eagles offense also contributes to the Under case. Philadelphia won its opener without looking particularly explosive offensively. In a game where the Eagles should control the scoreboard, their most logical second-half approach is to lean on the running game, shorten the contest and force Tennessee to drive the length of the field. A respected sharp handicapper released UNDER 40.5 specifically because the number remained above 40. That distinction matters. A 24-16 result lands exactly on 40, making the half-point valuable. There is also a strong league-wide early-season Under profile in the database: teams expected to play at a substantially lower scoring tempo than their previous-season pricing have gone 84-42 to the Under, a 66.7% hit rate with a 27.3% ROI. Another early-season Under situation based on residual previous-season perception is 98-44, 69.0%, with a 31.8% ROI. Tennessee’s offensive limitations and Philadelphia’s likely game script fit the basic premise: the market can remain anchored to prior offensive expectations longer than the actual matchup warrants. Play PHILADELPHIA–TENNESSEE UNDER 40.5. Prefer 40.5; UNDER 40 is still playable at -110 |
| 09-20-26 | Browns v. Bucs -8 | 23-19 | Loss | -105 | 96 h 27 m | Show | |
Cleveland’s opener exposed problems on both sides of the ball that are difficult to correct in one week. The Browns produced only 272 total yards against Jacksonville, allowed Deshaun Watson to be sacked five times and were hurt by turnovers and penalties. Running back Dylan Sampson has subsequently been placed on injured reserve, further reducing the offensive options available to a unit already struggling to sustain drives. The matchup in the trenches favors Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers’ defensive front has the ability to attack a Cleveland offensive line that struggled badly in pass protection, while Tampa Bay’s offensive line is better equipped to handle the current version of the Browns front. That combination should give Baker Mayfield cleaner operating conditions than Watson. Tampa Bay also has an obvious motivational element after fumbling away opportunities in its opening loss to Cincinnati. Bucky Irving produced 93 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown in that game and should remain central against a Cleveland defense that spent too much time defending short fields and extended possessions. A respected sharp handicapper projects a double-digit Tampa Bay victory and released the Buccaneers when -7.5 was available. The market has already shown signs of moving higher, so price discipline is important. The reason this stays a Major rather than a Wise Guy is the number. The preferred entry was -7.5; once the market gets substantially beyond a touchdown, the value deteriorates. Play TAMPA BAY -7.5. Maximum -8.5. |

| 09-20-26 | Bengals +3 v. Texans | Top | 20-6 | Win | 100 | 97 h 36 m | Show |
Cincinnati gets the full field goal in a matchup we price closer to Houston -2, and the personnel situation makes the +3 particularly attractive. Houston’s defense has already been hit hard at linebacker. Henry To’oTo’o, one of the Texans’ better run defenders, suffered a shoulder injury and is expected to miss time. E.J. Speed is already out long term, while Jake Hummel is week-to-week with a groin injury. That leaves Jake Hansen as the likely replacement for To’oTo’o, with Wade Woodaz playing through a thumb issue and the Texans significantly thinner at the second level. That matters against a Cincinnati offense that showed it does not have to live exclusively through its primary receivers. Chase Brown and Samaje Perine give the Bengals a way to attack the compromised linebacker group on the ground and through play action. A highly respected sharp handicapper also makes Houston only a two-point favorite and attacked Cincinnati at +3. The difference between +2.5 and +3 is substantial in the NFL, so the full field goal is important. The Week 1 results also create an attractive buy-low/sell-high dynamic. Houston scored 31 points against Buffalo but surrendered 36, while Cincinnati’s win over Tampa Bay was aided by turnovers and therefore did not produce the same kind of market enthusiasm. We would rather take the points before the market has a chance to move Cincinnati through the key number. There is also league-wide support for early-season underdogs. Week 2 underdogs coming off a loss have gone 140-107 ATS, while several broader early-season underdog situations in the database have produced substantial long-term profits. Those are supporting rather than primary reasons here; the matchup, personnel losses and +3 are the core of the wager. Play CINCINNATI +3. Do not chase below +2.5. |

| 09-19-26 | Florida International +7 v. Florida Atlantic | 10-16 | Win | 100 | 78 h 20 m | Show | |
FIU combines one of the week’s strongest systems with substantial worldwide contrarian support. The league-wide system plays an underdog when its opponent has allowed at least 6.5 yards per rushing attempt in each of its previous two games. The premise is straightforward: consecutive games of catastrophic run-defense efficiency can signal a structural weakness rather than an isolated poor performance. Historically, these underdogs are 68-24 ATS, 73.9%, +41.6 units with a 41.1% ROI over 92 decisions. The contrarian overlay is excellent. One broad consensus screen has approximately 88% of spread wagers on Florida Atlantic -7, leaving FIU with only about 12%. The market sees FAU as the superior team and recreational bettors are overwhelmingly willing to lay the touchdown. The system tells us FAU’s repeated run-defense vulnerability makes laying that price dangerous. The full touchdown is important. Take FIU +7. Do not play +6.5 at the same rating. |

| 09-19-26 | Northern Iowa v. Iowa OVER 49.5 | Top | 0-55 | Win | 100 | 41 h 50 m | Show |
The centerpiece is an exceptional league-wide system that plays OVER in non-divisional games involving massive favorites of at least 29.5 points, totals of 55 or lower, when the favorite has established a stronger OVER than UNDER profile. The system is 88-20-3 OVER, 81.5%, +66.0 units with a remarkable 55.6% ROI. Iowa–Northern Iowa qualifies at 49.5. The recent results remain strong enough to give the long-term numbers credibility. The 2026 qualifiers are already 3-0 OVER, while the 2024-25 sample also continued to produce substantially more Overs than Unders. Iowa has already demonstrated that it can supply most of the required points itself. The Hawkeyes opened with a 40-0 win over Northern Illinois before last week's 16-13 rivalry win over Iowa State. That 29-point game helps suppress this total despite being a completely different matchup. Northern Iowa also offers more offensive potential than a typical FCS sacrificial opponent. The Panthers scored 24 against Eastern Washington and then erupted for 42 first-half points last week, finishing with 443 yards. The concern is obvious: one prominent projection has Iowa winning only 35-0, while another makes it approximately 43-2. There is also a legitimate sandwich element with Iowa coming off the Cy-Hawk rivalry and Michigan on deck. But that is precisely where the system carries so much weight. This historically has been a highly profitable OVER environment despite the intuitive arguments for huge favorites taking their foot off the gas. Iowa is laying roughly 40 points, meaning the market itself is pricing a potential Hawkeyes offensive explosion. A 42-10, 45-7 or 49-3 type result gets us there without requiring a competitive game. Play IOWA–NORTHERN IOWA OVER 49.5. Maximum 51.5. |

| 09-19-26 | Duquesne v. Washington State OVER 53.5 | 7-48 | Win | 100 | 40 h 22 m | Show | |
The centerpiece is an exceptional league-wide system that plays OVER in non-divisional games involving massive favorites of at least 29.5 points, totals of 55 or lower, when the favorite has established a stronger OVER than UNDER profile. The system is 88-20-3 OVER, 81.5%, +66.0 units with an extraordinary 55.6% ROI. Washington State–Duquesne qualifies with Washington State laying roughly five touchdowns and the total at 53.5. Washington State's first two games provide an important reason the number remains manageable. The Cougars have scored only 17 combined points, losing 24-10 at Washington and 34-7 at Kansas State. That creates an unusual buy-low situation for an OVER. We're not being asked to play a total in the 60s based on an offense that has spent two weeks running up scores. Instead, the Cougars return home after consecutive road games against substantially stronger opposition and receive an enormous drop in defensive class. The schedule is favorable to offensive regression as well. Washington State played its rivalry game at Washington and then traveled to Kansas State. Duquesne is the first home game and by far the weakest opponent the Cougars have encountered. The spread is itself useful information. Washington State is approximately -37.5 with a total of only 53.5. The implied scoring distribution calls for Washington State to generate the overwhelming majority of the points. Something in the neighborhood of 45-10 is already sufficient. More than 100 historical decisions, 66 units won and a 55.6% ROI give us enough evidence to trust the system rather than overreact to two low-scoring games against FBS opponents. Play WASHINGTON STATE–DUQUESNE OVER 53.5. Maximum 54.5. |

| 09-19-26 | Kentucky +17 v. Texas A&M | 31-21 | Win | 100 | 76 h 52 m | Show | |
Kentucky combines a deceptive Texas A&M box score with strong contrarian support and a useful personnel angle. Texas A&M beat Arizona State 48-20, but Arizona State actually outgained the Aggies 369-255, averaged 5.9 yards per play compared with A&M’s 4.3 and produced two more first downs. The final score separated dramatically from the underlying game because Arizona State committed four turnovers, including two interceptions returned for touchdowns. Defensive touchdowns count on the scoreboard but are not repeatable offensive production. A&M’s 48-point final therefore substantially overstates what its offense accomplished. The public is heavily invested in the Aggies. At one major sportsbook, approximately 84% of spread wagers are on Texas A&M, leaving Kentucky as one of Saturday’s stronger large-underdog public fades. Kentucky also has an unusual preparation angle. Defensive coordinator Jay Bateman spent the previous two seasons on Mike Elko’s Texas A&M staff, providing substantial familiarity with the Aggies’ personnel and tendencies. The +17 is also valuable because 17 is a legitimate football number. This remains Major rather than Wise Guy because the handicap is driven more by box-score distortion, contrarian value and personnel familiarity than an elite league-wide system. Take KENTUCKY +17. Minimum +16.5. |
| 09-19-26 | Maine v. Boston College OVER 53.5 | Top | 16-22 | Loss | -112 | 39 h 54 m | Show |
The centerpiece is an exceptional league-wide system that plays OVER in non-divisional games involving massive favorites of at least 29.5 points, totals of 55 or lower, when the favorite has established a stronger OVER than UNDER profile. The system has gone 88-20-3 OVER, 81.5%, +66.0 units with a massive 55.6% ROI. Boston College–Maine qualifies with BC favored by approximately 38.5 points. There is legitimate matchup support beyond the system. Boston College has gone OVER in six of its last seven games against FCS opponents, and the Eagles crushed their FCS opponent last season 66-10. Maine has already shown how vulnerable it can be when stepping up to the FBS level. The Black Bears were demolished 55-3 by Appalachian State earlier this season. That's especially relevant because this wager doesn't require Maine to contribute much if Boston College approaches its implied scoring level. Boston College's offense is rebuilding after losing all three quarterbacks, its top two running backs, top two receivers, starting tight end and four offensive linemen. But there were encouraging signs in the 28-21 win over Rutgers. Quarterback Mason McKenzie completed 18 of 29 for 252 yards and added a team-high 95 rushing yards, giving the Eagles a quarterback who can create plays both through the air and on the ground. There is also less reason than usual to fear Boston College completely shutting things down after gaining control. This is a program coming off a 2-10 season and now sitting 1-1. Games in which BC owns an overwhelming talent advantage are relatively rare. The principal counterargument is that one detailed projection calls for approximately 34-10, which would stay UNDER. Another projection is considerably more aggressive toward Boston College. The extraordinary system profile plus the matchup support is enough to overcome that concern. Scores such as 45-10, 48-7 or 49-10 all cash without asking Maine to produce much offense. Play BOSTON COLLEGE–MAINE OVER 53.5. Maximum 54.5. |

| 09-19-26 | Kent State +53 v. Ohio State | 3-59 | Loss | -115 | 72 h 24 m | Show | |
Kent State is primarily a system-plus-number handicap. The league-wide system fades a highly ranked home favorite immediately after that favorite suffered a road loss. The premise is that elite teams retain enormous public and power-rating respect following a defeat, potentially producing an exaggerated rebound tax when they return home against an inferior opponent. The system is 34-7 ATS, 82.9%, +26.3 units with a 58.3% ROI and an average cover margin of +7.2 points. The enormous spread supplies the practical betting mechanism. Kent State does not need to compete with Ohio State. It needs to avoid losing by more than seven touchdowns. The contrarian component is supportive but inconsistent across the market. One major sportsbook has roughly 88% of tickets on Ohio State, while another consensus screen is much closer to 60/40. This remains primarily a powerful system play rather than a public-fade release. Take KENT STATE +52.5. Minimum +51. |
| 09-19-26 | Georgia v. Arkansas +25 | Top | 45-17 | Loss | -110 | 72 h 26 m | Show |
Arkansas combines an exceptional system profile, more than three touchdowns and powerful worldwide contrarian support. The featured league-wide system isolates conference home underdogs in a revenge situation with specific previous-game and prior-meeting conditions. Historically, these conference home dogs are 36-6 ATS, 85.7%, +29.4 units with a 63.6% ROI. The sample is only 42 decisions, but the combination of an 85.7% winning percentage and 63.6% ROI is sufficiently extreme to deserve enormous weight when the parameters are satisfied. The worldwide contrarian profile is exceptional. At one major sportsbook, approximately 94% of spread bets are on Georgia, with another consensus screen also decisively supporting the Bulldogs. There is also major line history. Georgia opened around -17.5 on one early screen and has climbed into the -24.5/-25.5 range. We are therefore taking the ugly side after a massive move rather than laying a favorite whose price has already increased by approximately a touchdown. Georgia can be substantially better than Arkansas without covering this number. At +25.5, Arkansas can lose by three touchdowns and still cash. 4* WISE GUY — ARKANSAS +25.5 Take +24 or better. +25/+25.5 preferred. |

| 09-18-26 | Houston v. Texas Tech -7.5 | 26-28 | Loss | -105 | 97 h 17 m | Show | |
This is one of the most interesting contrarian sides on the Friday board because Houston is a ranked, undefeated underdog attracting the majority of public spread wagers. That is precisely the profile in which an attractive underdog can become overpriced. Houston enters 2-0 after beating Oregon State 33-20 and obliterating Southern 77-6, and those visually impressive results have driven strong public support toward the Cougars. Current consensus screens show Houston taking a clear majority of spread selections despite being roughly a double-digit road underdog. That creates a strong worldwide contrarian position on Texas Tech. The line value is important. Early numbers were substantially higher on Texas Tech, including -13.5, while -9.5/-10 is now available in parts of the market. We generally want the cheaper favorite after that kind of move rather than chasing the underdog that caused it. The market is unusually fragmented, so shopping matters here. There is also a league-wide system supporting Texas Tech: home favorites of between 2 and 10 points in games matching two ranked teams have gone 134-74 ATS, 64.4%, +52.6 units with a 23.0% ROI. Texas Tech is No. 13 and Houston No. 22, putting this matchup directly into that ranked-home-favorite profile at -9.5/-10. The matchup gives Texas Tech another edge. Houston's outrageous early offensive numbers have been heavily influenced by the 77-6 Southern game. Texas Tech represents a completely different defensive test. The Red Raiders lost six players from last year's defense to the NFL but retained experienced pieces including A.J. Holmes, Brice Pollock and Ben Roberts and supplemented them with impact transfers. Most importantly for this matchup, the rebuilt unit currently ranks 13th nationally against the run. That matters because Houston has produced 7.16 yards per rush through two games. Taking away explosive rushing efficiency forces the Cougars into considerably more difficult down-and-distance situations against the best defense they have faced. Texas Tech also owns four consecutive wins in this series, including last year's emphatic 35-11 victory in Houston. The current Red Raiders are 2-0 after beating Abilene Christian 33-10 and Oregon State 35-24. Weather currently projects as a non-factor: mid-80s with winds around 7-9 mph and gusts below 15 mph. Lay -9.5 up to 9.5. |

| 09-18-26 | Tigers +117 v. White Sox | 11-8 | Win | 117 | 10 h 26 m | Show | |
This is the largest Luck Gap on Friday's card. Detroit is -10.31 and Chicago is +6.07, producing an enormous 16.38-game differential toward Detroit. That becomes particularly attractive because Detroit is now an underdog rather than being asked to lay a price. Andrew Sears enters with a 5.40 ERA for Detroit and David Sandlin at 5.64 for Chicago, so neither starter supplies enough of a pitching advantage to override a Luck Gap this extreme. There is also interesting market behavior. Detroit has moved from roughly +110/+117 toward +104 in some markets, while the White Sox have shortened from around -131/-134 toward -108/-122 depending on the book. This isn't being elevated beyond Major on Luck Factor alone. But 16.38 games plus an underdog price makes it a very strong 3*. Play DETROIT +110. Minimum +100. |

| 09-18-26 | Miami-FL v. Wake Forest +21 | 33-20 | Win | 100 | 97 h 55 m | Show | |
Wake Forest brings together sharp support, two profitable league-wide situations, line-movement value and a useful worldwide contrarian position. A respected sharp handicapper released Wake Forest +23.5 for 1.15 units, projecting Miami by only 21. The market has taken away a point from that preferred entry, but +22.5 remains playable because it still provides a cushion over the projection. Current boards show +22.5 available. Two league-wide systems independently support the Demon Deacons. Home underdogs coming off consecutive games of at least 38 points while riding a winning streak are 119-72 ATS, 62.3%, +39.8 units with an 18.9% ROI. A closely related home-underdog situation requiring consecutive wins with at least 38 points scored in each is 117-71 ATS, 62.2%, +38.9 units with an 18.8% ROI. Wake qualifies after scoring exactly 38 points in each of its first two victories. The market profile adds to the case. Miami is attracting the clear majority of spread wagers, making Wake a corroborated worldwide contrarian underdog. Even more important, the number has moved substantially toward Miami: one major market screen opened Wake around +19.5 and has climbed into the +22/+22.5 range. That gives us the preferred side of a meaningful spread move rather than asking us to chase it. Wake has also been legitimately productive offensively. Through two games it is averaging 38 points and 7.13 yards per play, including 5.26 yards per rush. Miami's defensive numbers are spectacular, but they have been compiled against Stanford and Florida A&M. Wake is the first opponent capable of making Miami play four quarters offensively. Weather offers no impediment to the underdog. The current Winston-Salem forecast calls for temperatures in the upper 70s, winds around 4 mph and benign playing conditions. This doesn't reach Wise Guy status because the strongest sharp position was established at +23.5 and the two systems are supporting systems rather than the massive-unit/30%-plus ROI type that independently dictates a release. |

| 09-18-26 | Phillies v. Mets -119 | Top | 3-6 | Win | 100 | 10 h 3 m | Show |
LUCK GAP: Philadelphia is +3.15 and the Mets are -9.32. That's a 12.47-game Luck Gap toward New York, putting this squarely into significant late-season territory. SYSTEM: New York qualifies for the profitable run-line system involving home favorites that have at least 11 fewer wins than their opponent. Those teams are 231-263 but +56.21 units with a 10.2% ROI since 2014. The Mets enter 69-84 against Philadelphia's 85-68 yet are a short home favorite, satisfying the underlying situation. The newer subset of the same angle is correlated, so it is not being counted as a second system. The important feature isn't the losing percentage—the system is built around the plus-money run-line payoff generated by these counterintuitive home favorites. For the moneyline recommendation, it serves as powerful corroborating evidence rather than being treated as a separate moneyline system. The combination of a 12.47-game Luck Gap, a qualifying profitable system and the public siding with Philadelphia gives New York enough independent confirmation for the higher rating. Play NY METS -110. Maximum -120. |

| 09-18-26 | Red Sox +112 v. Rays | Top | 4-2 | Win | 112 | 10 h 2 m | Show |

This has two of the three major signals lining up strongly. LUCK GAP: Tampa Bay is +14.71 while Boston is -0.93, creating a massive 15.64-game Luck Gap toward Boston. At this stage of the season, that's an exceptionally large regression differential. TOP ORGANIC HANDICAPPER: Boston +105 is the recommended side. Boston has been substantially better against left-handed pitching, ranking sixth at 107 wRC+, compared with Tampa Bay at 92. Ranger Suárez owns a 3.33 ERA and has been especially effective away from home with a 2.95 road ERA. Ian Seymour enters at 4.27. Boston also recently added another strong bat against lefties. The price is another positive. Boston is still available around +105 even though the Luck Gap and organic handicap both independently point toward the Red Sox. Play BOSTON +105. Minimum +100. |

| 09-17-26 | Twins v. Angels -103 | Top | 4-5 | Win | 100 | 12 h 48 m | Show |
Minnesota is +2.47 and Los Angeles is -9.79, a 12.26-game gap toward the Angels. After more than 150 games, that clears the range where the differential becomes a major handicapping factor. Walbert Urena provides supporting pitching evidence. He carries a 2.88 ERA into this start and has struck out 53 batters over his last 10 outings. His September 6 start at Pittsburgh was outstanding: eight innings, three hits and one run. Even his latest start produced seven strikeouts in six innings. Minnesota is only 3-7 in its last 10, and the Twins are 31-43 on the road. The Angels haven’t exactly been hot themselves at 4-6, but this is a case where the enormous regression differential and plus price matter considerably more than raw records. |

| 09-17-26 | Lions +4.5 v. Bills | Top | 31-41 | Loss | -110 | 73 h 15 m | Show |
The centerpiece is this system: “Thursday road teams with a total from 45 through 57, when they are not more than 10-point underdogs or 7.5-point favorites, are 43-16 ATS, 72.9%, with a 39.1% ROI since December 2018.” Detroit fits squarely as the road underdog with the total in the low 50s. The combination of 72.9% ATS and 39.1% ROI is strong enough to carry considerable weight despite the smaller sample. A second independent league-wide situation attacks Buffalo’s short-week coaching setup: “First-year head coaches playing on four days of rest or fewer during their first eight games are 14-36 ATS — a 72.0% fade with a 37.5% ROI.” We have an even better system fading first-year coaches that is 62-29. Joe Brady is in his first season as Buffalo’s head coach, and after Sunday’s 36-31 road win at Houston, he has only the abbreviated Sunday-to-Thursday turnaround before facing Detroit. The number makes Detroit more attractive, not less. Buffalo opened around -3. The market has pushed the Bills through the most important NFL number, with -3.5 and -4 available and some consensus screens reaching -4.5. We generally prefer fading substantial movement, and here the move gives us an extra 1½ points compared with the original +3. Current shopping shows DETROIT +4 and +4.5 available. The contrarian component also corroborates Detroit. One major consensus pool has roughly three times as many side selections on Buffalo as Detroit, while sportsbook-based splits have also shown Buffalo attracting a clear majority of spread bets. We do not need the public component to make the wager — the systems are considerably stronger — but it gives us another reason to prefer the unpopular underdog at the inflated number. Detroit has enough offense to make +4.5 particularly valuable in a game carrying one of the week’s highest totals. The Lions beat New Orleans 31-30 in overtime Sunday. Jahmyr Gibbs handled a massive workload, rushing 29 times for 156 yards and two touchdowns while finishing with 186 yards from scrimmage. He played 74% of Detroit’s offensive snaps. Isiah Pacheco’s back surgery leaves Detroit thinner behind Gibbs, but that is not new information being sprung on the market this week. The Lions already played without Pacheco Sunday, and Gibbs demonstrated that the offense can function at a very high level with him carrying the backfield. Sione Vaki remains the primary complementary option. The offensive-line situation bears monitoring but currently is not enough to derail the play. Left guard Christian Mahogany was injured Sunday, but Detroit already had experienced veteran Ben Bartch competing with Mahogany for the position throughout camp. Bartch has 24 career starts and was already taking first-team work before the opener, making this considerably different from losing an entrenched starter with an untested replacement. Buffalo was impressive offensively against Houston, scoring 36 points, but the Bills also allowed 31. That matters when laying more than a field goal against Jared Goff, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jameson Williams, Sam LaPorta and Gibbs. Detroit does not have to win the game for us. In a matchup with this much offensive firepower, +4.5 provides multiple paths to the ticket. Weather currently gives us no reason to downgrade Detroit’s offense. The game forecast is approximately 67 degrees with winds around 4 mph and gusts near 10, well below the level at which wind becomes a meaningful handicapping factor. Buffalo’s first estimated short-week injury report also included LB Terrel Bernard limited by a calf issue, RB Ty Johnson limited by a hamstring and DT T.J. Sanders limited by a knee problem. None is currently a confirmed absence, so they are monitoring items rather than the basis of the wager. The handicap comes back to price and systems. We have a 43-16, 72.9% Thursday road-team system with a 39.1% ROI, another 72.0% high-ROI situation fading Buffalo’s first-year head coach on the short week, a market move that has taken Detroit from roughly +3 through the key number to +4/+4.5, and meaningful public support laying the inflated price with Buffalo. Take the points. 4* WISE GUY — DETROIT +4.5 over BUFFALO Best number: +4.5 Minimum: +4 At +3.5, downgrade the value substantially. Do not chase Detroit down to +3. |

| 09-17-26 | Tigers +100 v. White Sox | Top | 1-3 | Loss | -100 | 10 h 51 m | Show |
Another enormous Luck Gap makes Detroit a premium play. The White Sox are +5.65 while Detroit is -9.89, producing a 15.54-game differential toward the Tigers. At this stage of the season, that is a major regression signal: Chicago’s actual record has materially exceeded its underlying performance while Detroit’s has materially lagged it. Detroit also enters in considerably better form. The Tigers are 7-3 over their last 10 while Chicago is 3-7. Framber Valdez has the better underlying pitching profile. His 4.01 ERA is backed by a 4.43 xERA, 4.17 FIP and 4.20 xFIP; Erick Fedde’s 3.97 ERA comes with a much poorer 4.70 xERA and 5.12 FIP. Valdez also owns the superior strikeout-minus-walk rate, ground-ball rate and Stuff+ rating. Fedde has pitched well lately — just four earned runs across his last four appearances — so we’re not attacking a starter in poor form. The case is that Detroit has the better underlying starter profile plus one of the largest regression edges available today. Play DETROIT +100 or better. |

| 09-17-26 | A's +243 v. Rays | 1-10 | Loss | -100 | 3 h 25 m | Show | |
This is the strongest Luck Gap play on the board. Tampa Bay owns a massive +14.70 Luck Rating while the Athletics are -2.99, creating a 17.69-game gap. With roughly 150 games played, that is an exceptionally large late-season regression differential. Tampa Bay has won materially more games than its underlying profile indicates, while the Athletics have gone the other direction. The pitching matchup gives Oakland at least a path despite the ugly price. Drew Rasmussen has the far better season ERA at 2.81 compared with Jeffrey Springs at 5.93, but Rasmussen has also benefited from Tampa Bay winning each of his last six starts. His most recent start was excellent — one earned run in seven innings — so this is primarily a price-and-regression play rather than a starting-pitcher play. Tampa Bay is also 8-2 in its last 10. The key is the price. Our official outlaw line was approximately Tampa Bay -265, while +237 is currently available on Oakland. We are getting a huge underdog price against the single luckiest team in baseball rather than laying nearly three dollars with it. Play ATHLETICS +237 or better. |

Our top organic handicapper released UNDER 8 -115, playable down to 7.5 -117. There is also extensive UNDER-system support on today's board. One of the stronger active systems plays UNDER when the current total has been reduced substantially relative to the starters' recent game totals; that angle is 769-536 (58.9%) with a 12.6% ROI. Another version requiring today's total to sit below both starters' recent totals is 717-541 (57.0%) with a 9.3% ROI. Imanaga supplies useful pitching support, allowing only three earned runs over his last 12 innings. Play ATLANTA–CHICAGO UNDER 8 -113. UNDER 7.5 playable to -117. |

| 09-16-26 | A's +173 v. Rays | Top | 3-4 | Loss | -100 | 9 h 34 m | Show |
Tampa Bay is +14.29 in Luck Rating, the highest figure in baseball, while the Athletics are -2.61. That produces a massive 16.90-game Luck Gap toward the Athletics. After roughly 150 games, that is an exceptionally large regression differential. Tampa Bay's 91-59 record has substantially outperformed its underlying expected-win profile, while Sacramento has gone the other direction. The price makes the situation more attractive. Our official outlaw line was approximately Athletics +160, and +166 is available now, so we're getting a slightly better number rather than chasing the market. The pitching matchup isn't nearly as lopsided as the price suggests. Brady Basso has a 3.75 ERA over his last five appearances and has allowed only five earned runs across that stretch. His most recent outing was his best: four scoreless innings against Toronto, allowing three hits. Nick Martinez owns a 3.81 ERA over his last five starts, although he has pitched deeper into games. His latest start was excellent as well, with 6⅓ scoreless innings and only two hits allowed against Atlanta. The Athletics are also 43-33 on the run line away from home, while Tampa Bay is 41-35 on the home run line. The Rays have been hot at 8-2 over their last 10, but we're being compensated handsomely to oppose a team carrying the largest positive Luck Rating in MLB. Play ATHLETICS +166. Playable +150 or better. |

| 09-15-26 | Giants +153 v. Cardinals | 10-3 | Win | 153 | 11 h 32 m | Show | |
This is the largest Luck Gap matchup on the board involving a reasonably priced underdog. St. Louis is +5.40 in Luck Rating while San Francisco is -9.75. That's a massive 15.15-game gap toward the Giants. Few teams have experienced a larger disconnect between actual wins and analytically expected wins than San Francisco. The Cardinals have been on the opposite side of that equation, making this a powerful late-season regression matchup. At a substantial plus price, the Luck Gap carries even more value because San Francisco does not need to win at a high rate to make the wager profitable. Play SAN FRANCISCO +145 or better. |
| 09-15-26 | Tigers +131 v. Blue Jays | 10-1 | Win | 131 | 10 h 56 m | Show | |
Detroit owns one of the stronger actionable Luck Gaps on the board. The Tigers are -9.66 in Luck Rating compared with Toronto at -2.70, producing a 6.96-game gap toward Detroit. Detroit has substantially underperformed its underlying expected-win profile. The Tigers also enter on a five-game winning streak after taking the series opener 6-5. Our official outlaw line had Detroit around +110. Getting +120 or better gives us additional value while fading the move away from Detroit. Play DETROIT +120 or better. Do not chase below +110. |
