12-02-19 | Bulls v. Kings -5 | 113-106 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 28 m | Show
The 6-14 Chicago Bulls continue their West coast road trip to take on the Sacramento Kings tonight. The Bulls have already played and lost at Portland (94-117), Golden State (90-104) and Portland (103-107), only covering the last game. This will be the final of this swing before returning home to play Memphis. The Bulls have only covered one of their last five and 2 of their last eight. On the road this year they are 3-7 S/U and 4-6 ATS and being outscored by 2.5 points. Sacramento has covered four straight and 12 of their last 13 games. They are 5-3 S/U and ATS at home this year. I like hot teams and the Kings are a hot covering team right now. Play Sacramento. |
12-02-19 | Vikings v. Seahawks -2.5 | 30-37 | Win | 100 | 21 h 57 m | Show
The Seattle Seahawks will likely make the postseason as they sit at 9-2. However, they can catch the 49ers at 10-2 with a win tonight over Minnesota as the 49ers lost on Sunday to the Ravens. What is more surprising is that Seattle is 3-2 at home this year and 6-0 on the road. Minnesota can also climb into a tie in the NFC North division with the Green Bay Packers with a win here today that would make both teams 9-3 on the season. The Vikings needed a big come from behind victory two weeks ago to defeat the Broncos, 27-23. The club had last week off to prepare for this game. Seattle has won four straight games after beating the Eagles on the road last week, 17-9. Seattle is now 11-5-1 ATS their last 17 vs the NFC and 10-4-1 ATS their last 15 on Monday Night football. I like the home team here tonight. Take Seattle. |
12-02-19 | Columbia v. Delaware -6 | Top | 76-84 | Win | 100 | 6 h 23 m | Show |
Delaware puts its perfect 8-0 record on the line tonight at home against the Ivy league's Columbia. The Blue Hens are also 6-1 against the number this year. While the resume has no heavyweights on it, they are all the caliber of tonight's opponent. Their only non-cover came in their last game in a win over Maryland Eastern Shore, 75-56, failing to cover the 20.5 point chalk line. Columbia is 3-5 S/U and 4-4 on the season. The Lions have won two straight games over Central Connecticut and Lehigh. This team has played some heavyweights, losing to Virginia (42-60), Wake Forest (63-65) and St Johns (63-82). Don't see Columbia coming close to putting a "L" in that Delaware loss column. I'm taking Delaware tonight. |
12-01-19 | Jazz v. Raptors -2 | 110-130 | Win | 100 | 7 h 34 m | Show
NBA Game of the Day : Don't tell the Toronto Raptors that their post Kawhi Leonard season would be a big letdown without the star. The Raptors have quietly posted a 14-4 S/U and 12-6 ATS record this year. Today, they face the 12-7 S/U and 8-11 ATS Jazz. The Raptors have won 6-straight games and covered five of the last six. At home they have been great, going 8-0 S/U and 7-1 ATS. They have been outscoring opponents at home by a 14.8 point margin. The Jazz are 1-2 S/U in their three game road swing. They lost at Milwaukee, 118-122 and then lost at Indiana 102-121 before winning last game at Memphis, 103-94. They have a tough one here today against one of the better teams in the East. I'm laying the points here with the Raptors. |
12-01-19 | Spurs +3 v. Pistons | 98-132 | Loss | -110 | 6 h 34 m | Show
Both these teams are struggling, though that's nothing new to the Pistons, it is to the Spurs. San Antonio is 7-13 S/U and 4-15-1 ATS this season. The Spurs did pull a big upset win in their last game at home over the Clippers, 107-97. The Pistons are 6-13 S/U and 6-11-2 ATS here today. They are 3-3 ATS as a home favorite. I'm not a fan of the Pistons laying points. Two poor teams, I like the points. Take the Spurs. |
12-01-19 | Raiders +13 v. Chiefs | 9-40 | Loss | -117 | 18 h 10 m | Show
On paper this looks to be shootout with the poor defense of the Raiders and the high flying Chiefs offense. However, mother nature will be raring her ugly head a bit here in the form of some winds. Wind affects totals and sides more than rain or even snow. Winds, especially cross winds can hurt field goals and passing games. That being said, we can throw out all kinds of stats to play this game over or the favorite in this one. For me, I expect the winds to cause these teams to be a bit more conservative than usual. That being said, the +10.5 points for the Raiders might be a bit much if the scoring isn't going to be as high as normal. I'm taking a chance on the dog here. Play the Oakland Raiders. |
12-01-19 | Southern Illinois v. St. Louis -12.5 | 60-69 | Loss | -118 | 4 h 30 m | Show
Southern Illinois is 3-4 S/U and 2-4 ATS on the season. The Salukis snapped a four-game losing streak with a win at home over NC Central, 64-48, covering the 9-point chalk line. St Louis has been really good this year, going 6-1 S/U and 5-2 ATS. The Billikens are coming off a road win at Boston College, 64-54 as a 1.5-point dog. The team's only loss came at home to Seton Hall, 66-83. St Louis laying 13 points at home today. My one indicator has them much higher than that. I'll lay the points here with St Louis. |
12-01-19 | NC-Wilmington +20 v. Stanford | 54-72 | Win | 100 | 4 h 30 m | Show
Stanford might be the class of this PAC-12 with a 7-1 S/U and 7-1 ATS record. The Cardinal just lost its first game though, a neutral site setback to Butler, 67-69 as a 3 1/2 point dog. Now they return home for one game and will lay about 20-points here to Wilmington. UNC Wilmington is 5-4 S/U and 3-3 ATS. Wilmington can cover these big spreads, they covered 22-points in a loss to North Carolina, 62-78. My own number has Stanford laying about 4-points less. I rely on my own numbers a lot early in the season. Take the points here, play UNC Wilmington. |
12-01-19 | Redskins v. Panthers -10 | 29-21 | Loss | -102 | 15 h 45 m | Show
The Washington Redskins are 2-9 on the season, but looking for win number two in a row here today at Carolina. They beat the Lions last week, 19-16 at home. Rookie QB Dwayne Haskins has looked terrible in that role, but the Redskins are sticking with the young QB. Haskins has 654 total yards with two TD's and six INT's. The Skins defense ranks 20th and don't put too much into that 16 points they allowed to the Lions. Detroit was playing with backup QB Driskell. The Panthers gave New Orleans all it could handle last week, losing on the road 31-34. That coming after a horrible outing at home the previous week against Atlanta which they scored just three points. Washington has been outscored in every quarter this year. I don't have much faith in the Washington QB here on the road today. Carolina still has a solid defense that can give Haskins all kinds of problems. I'm laying the points with the home team here on Sunday. Play Carolina. |
11-30-19 | Arizona +14 v. Arizona State | 14-24 | Win | 100 | 33 h 50 m | Show
Late game here as Arizona takes on rival Arizona State. Arizona has lost three straight to drop to 5-6. The Wildcats offense has generated just 13 total points the last two games vs Utah and Oregon. Arizona State broke a four-game losing streak with a upset win over Oregon last week, 31-28 as 14.5-point favorites. That win made the Sun Devils season and I can't help believe they will be in for a huge let down this week. This matchup has been a shootout the last five years with four of those going over the total and the one under they combined for 72 points and went under the 75 total. I still believe ASU got their big win last week and this week they will be in a let down mode. take the visitor, Arizona U. |
11-30-19 | Tennessee v. VCU +1 | Top | 72-69 | Loss | -109 | 5 h 18 m | Show |
Emerald Classic first round action today from Niceville, Florida has Tennessee taking on VCU. Both teams suffered their respecitve first losses of the season in this tournament. Tennessee was 5-0 before losing last night to Florida State, 57-60, narrowly missing the +1.5-point cover. VCU lost a hard-fought battle to Purdue last night, 56-59, also just failing to cover the 2.5-point dog line. This game is very evenly matched and I won't be surprised to see this one come right down to the end of the game to find a winner. However, taking 2-points with VCU is what I'm doing here tonight since I look for VCU to win this game outright. Play Virginia Commonwealth. |
11-30-19 | NC-Greensboro +7 v. Georgetown | 65-61 | Win | 100 | 3 h 17 m | Show
A bit surprsed that Greensboro getting seven pints here today on the road. This has been a decent team at 5-2 S/U and 4-2 ATS. The Spartans have only played one true road game and that was a tough one at Kansas that they lost 62-74, but covered the 14.5 dog line. The Georgetown Hoyas return home after a two-game tournament that saw them go 1-1 S/U and 2-0 ATS. In fact, those were the only two covers so far this season by Georgetown after going 0-4 ATS at home the previous four. They return home today and will try for that first home cover. My own number has this closer to a 3/12 pints GT spread. I like these 7-points and will take them today. Play UNC Greesboro. |
11-30-19 | William & Mary +8 v. Buffalo | 77-88 | Loss | -109 | 3 h 17 m | Show
William & Mary comes into today's contest at 5-2 on the season with a 6-1 spread winning mark. The Tribe are a 8 to 8 1/2 point road dog today to Buffalo. My own numbers have that way lower. Why? Because Buffalo is only 4-2 S/U and has covered just one of five spread games. The Bulls have failed to cover their last three including a recent home win over Missouri State, 75-74. William & Mary has already played five road games, including Oklahoma and Stanford and their only non-cover came to the Cardinal. I like the Tribe getting these kind of points today. I wouldn't even be surprised by an outright win. Play William & Mary. |
11-30-19 | Ohio State v. Michigan +9.5 | 56-27 | Loss | -110 | 23 h 54 m | Show
Huge game here today for top ranked Ohio State. A loss to their bitter rivals, Michigan, and it will be interesting to see if they drop from the Playoff final four - though I doubt they would. Still, Ohio State has the nation's top rated defense with Michigan ranked 4th. Ohio State has the 6th ranked offense with Michigan coming in at 69th. Michigan getting more than a TD at home here is very tough to pass on. Michigan has covered three of the last five years, though OSU has won all five of those. I'm taking the points here today in what looks to be the best game on the board. Play Michigan. |
11-30-19 | Louisville +3.5 v. Kentucky | 13-45 | Loss | -110 | 23 h 49 m | Show
Louisville is bowl eligible, but would like nothing better than to end its season with a big win over its rivals, Kentucky. Louisville has been a potent offense, scoring 30 points or more six times this year including last game in a big win over Syracuse, 56-34. Kentucky is 6-5 S/U on the season and last week had a easy win over Tennessee Martin, 50-7. The road team has covered the last five meetings between these rivals and that's what I'm looking for again here today. Play Louisville. |
11-30-19 | Florida International v. Marshall -7.5 | 27-30 | Loss | -110 | 23 h 48 m | Show
Florida International 6-5 S/U and 3-6-1 ATS on the season. FIU looks like they are bowl bound after beating Miami Florida last time out, 30-24. Fla Intl has the 62nd ranked defense in the country with Marshall ranking slightly better at 46th. FIU offense comes in at 93rd in the country with Marshall at 65th. Marshall is 7-4 S/U and 4-7 ATS on the season. I'll lay the 7 1/2 or 8 points here with Marshall. |
11-29-19 | Utah State +4 v. St. Mary's | 73-81 | Loss | -109 | 23 h 45 m | Show
Utah State comes into tonight's contest at St Mary's as a dog, but don't tell the Aggies that. Utah State is 7-0 S/U and 4-3 ATS on the season. Utah State has scored 80 or more points in six of their seven games. St Mary's is 5-1 S/U and 2-4 ATS this year. The Gaels lost to Winthrop at home as a 17.5 point favorite, their only loss. Utah State may not have the big name basketball players of St Mary's, but they have produced results all season. I'm taking the four points here tonight with the visitor. Play Utah State. |
11-29-19 | VCU +3 v. Purdue | 56-59 | Push | 0 | 21 h 21 m | Show
VCU one of the unbeaten teams at 6-0 S/U and 2-4 ATS on the season. VCU finds themselves a small dog here tonight in the Emerald Coast Classic 1st Round. I find that difficult to believe considering they have yet to lost a game. Purdue is 3-2 S/U and 2-3 ATS. The Boilermakers have played two quality teams and lost to both. That included a home loss to Texas, 66-70 as a 8-point favorite and then losing the next game at Marquette, 55-65 as a 1-point dog. I like VCU here on a neutral court getting points. Play Virginia Commonwealth. |
11-29-19 | NC-Wilmington +13.5 v. Boise State | 59-80 | Loss | -108 | 20 h 15 m | Show
NC Wilmington is a big dog in today's game at Boise State. Wilmington is 5-3 S/U on the season and 3-2 ATS. Boise State is 3-2 S/U and 2-2 ATS so far this season. The Broncos have won two straight games, both having to go to Overtime. They beat BYU, 72-68 and then at Pacific, 82-76. They did lost at home to UC Irvine, 61-69 and at Oregon, 75-106. The points look awfully tempting to take here with a decent Wilmington team. Play NC Wilmington. |
11-29-19 | Cincinnati v. Memphis -11 | Top | 24-34 | Loss | -110 | 15 h 47 m | Show |
We could be seeing a preview of the AAC Championship game here on Friday as Memphis plays Cincinnati. A Memphis win here on Friday means that Cincinnati would have to stay in town and play the AAC Championship next week. A Cincinnati win means they get to host the AAC Championship and that would either be against Navy or these Memphis Tigers. Memphis has scored at least 42 points in each of its last five games, including last week's win over South Florida, 49-10. Cincinnati is more a of the defensive team, holding each of its last three opponents to 17 points or fewer. This looks to be a great matchup on Friday, but more at state here for Memphis. I will take the Tigers in this one. Play Memphis. |
11-29-19 | DePaul +4 v. Minnesota | 73-68 | Win | 100 | 14 h 16 m | Show
Depaul off to an excellent start to the season at 7-0 S/U and 4-2 ATS. The Blue Demons have beat Iowa, 93-78, a a 9-point dog and they beat Boston College, 72-67, a a 1-point favorite - both these games on the road. Minnesota is 3-3 S/U and 4-1-1 ATS on the season. The Golden Gophers lost at Butler, 56-64 and lost at Utah, 69-73. Both those games on the road. The Gophers really have no quality wins this season. I like Depaul in this game. Play Depaul. |
11-29-19 | Massachusetts +9 v. Rutgers | 57-82 | Loss | -110 | 13 h 16 m | Show
Both these clubs have five wins this year, but for some reason Rutgers laying 8 1/2 points. My number has them around four points so I'm taking a good look at the visitor in this one. U Mass has covered five of their seven games while Rutgers is 2-4 ATS on the year. Rutgers barely got by Bryant, 73-71, as a 21.5 point favorite and lost outright to St Bonny's, 74-80, as a 8 1/2 point favorite. The Rutgers team too inconsistent for me. I'm taking the points with U Mass. |
11-28-19 | Pepperdine v. Arizona -14.5 | 91-93 | Loss | -108 | 13 h 37 m | Show
Wooden Legacy 1st Round action has 16th ranked Arizona taking on Pepperdine. Arizona is a perfect 6-0 S/U and 5-1 ATS this season. The Wildcats benefited from all six of those games being played at home with big wins over Illinois (90-69) and a good South Dakota State team (71-64). That South Dakota win was the only game they haven't covered this year. Meanwhile, Pepperdine is 3-3 S/U and ATS on the season. The Waves are coming off a home loss to Sacramento State, 72-77 as a 9 1/2 point favorite. In fact, the Waves have lost their only two home games this year, with the other coming to UC Irvine, 73-77. Expect a fast paced game out of Arizona here today. Arizona has scored 83 or more points in all but one game this year. They shouldn't have any trouble covering this big spread. Play Arizona. |
11-28-19 | Creighton v. San Diego State -2 | 52-83 | Win | 100 | 12 h 7 m | Show
Las Vegas Invitational 1st Round action here late on the Thursday schedule has Creighton taking on San Diego State. San Diego State plays in the Mountain West and is used to playing in Vegas, so not much of a departure for the Aztecs here. San Diego State is 6-0 S/U and 4-2 ATS this season and a win here tonight could propel the Aztecs into the top 25. Creighton is 4-1 S/U and 1-4 ATS. Creighton has only played one road game and that was at Michigan, a 69-79 loss as a 5.5 point dog. Creighton hasn't really played anyone other than Michigan. San Diego State has beaten a very good BYU team on their resume. Aztecs just a 2-point favorite here tonight. I like the undefeated Aztecs to keep it going tonight. Play San Diego State. |
11-28-19 | Bills +7 v. Cowboys | 26-15 | Win | 100 | 17 h 35 m | Show
Lots of discourse in Big D this week after they laid an egg last week at New England. The Cowboys lost to the Patriots, 9-13 despite out-gaining the Pats, 321-282 yards. The Cowboys rushed for 109 yards, but just couldn't pull out the win. Jerry Jones may have had it with his head coach and could be shopping. Problem is, the Cowboys played the 2nd ranked defense in the NFL last week and now face the 3rd ranked defense in the Bills. Dallas is no slouch though, ranking 6th themselves on defense. The good news for Dallas is that they still are tied for the best offense in the league with 433 yards per game. That will be tested here today against this stubborn Bills defense. Buffalo has allowed over 21 points just one time all season and that was 31 points to Philadelphia. The Bills look to have a solid hold on one of the Wild Card slots at 8-3. Dallas needs a win here to stay ahead of Philly who is just one game back of the Cowboys for the NFC East division. I like the points here, the Bills just don't allow enough points and this touchdown looks like a mountain to climb for Dallas. Play the Bills. |
11-28-19 | Wake Forest v. College of Charleston -2 | 65-56 | Loss | -109 | 6 h 7 m | Show
Wooden Legacy first round action here on Thanksgiving Day from Anaheim, CA has College of Charleston taking on Wake Forest. Charleston is 3-2 S/U and 2-2-1 ATS on the season. The lost last time out at Central Florida, 71-72. Their toughest game this year was at home vs Oklahoma State and they lost badly, 54-73 as a 4-point dog. Wake Forest has had five days off after beating Davidson in a tourney game, 82-70. The Deacons are 3-2 S/U and 2-3 ATS this season. Their two losses both came on the road at Boston College (70-77) and Charlotte (65-67). Wake Forest comes from the better conference, but their road losses have me concerned. Getting a few points here with Charleston, a team I believe can win this game, is good for me. Take College of Charleston. |
11-27-19 | Hofstra +1 v. San Diego | Top | 69-79 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 27 m | Show |
Hofstra continues its one West Coast trip this season with a final game here at San Diego. The Pride started this swing at UCLA with a big win over the Bruins, 88-78 and then a blowout win at Cal State Fullerton, 79-57. Hosftra is now 4-2 S/U and 3-2 ATS on the season. San Diego is 2-5 S/U and 3-3-1 ATS on the season. San Diego has lost three straight games, getting beat by at least 17-points in each of those games. Things won't get much better here tonight as they have to play a very good Hofstra team. I like the visitor in this one. Play Hofstra. |
11-27-19 | South Dakota -1 v. California Baptist | 84-83 | Push | 0 | 11 h 25 m | Show
South Dakota one of the better teams in the Summit League as they are 5-1 S/U and 4-2 ATS on the season. SD lost its first game of season last time out at Arkansas, 56-77 as a 14.5-point dog. Now they travel to the West Coast to play Cal Baptist. Cal Baptist is a new entry into the WAC and they are just 4-2 S/U and 3-2 ATS on the season. The Lancers won last time out on a neutral court against Georgia State, 82-69. I see a big difference in class among these two schools. South Dakota laying just 1 1/2 points is a deal for me. Play South Dakota. |
11-27-19 | St. Louis +2 v. Boston College | 64-54 | Win | 100 | 3 h 26 m | Show
Two teams having a good start to their respective seasons meet here on Wednesday as Boston College hosts St Louis. The St Louis Billikins are 5-1 S/U and 4-2 ATS this season. The Billikins have played all their games at home this season and play their first road game of the season here today. Boston College is 4-2 S/U and 3-3 ATS. The Eagles covered their first three games of the season, but have dropped their last three. They have played five of their games at home thus far. BC a 2-point favorite here today, but my numbers slightly favor the visitor in this one. I'll take St Louis. |
11-27-19 | Drake -1.5 v. Murray State | 63-53 | Win | 100 | 3 h 56 m | Show
Gulf Coast Showdown final round action here from Estero, FL as Murray State takes on Drake. Drake is 5-2 S/U and 4-2 ATS on the young season. The Bulldogs have split their two games in this tournament, losing the opener to Miami Ohio, 59-67 and then winning last night over Northeastern, 59-56. This will be the teams third game in three nights before they get 5-days off before returning home to play Wisconsin Milwaukee. Murray State is 4-2 S/U and 1-4 ATS this season. Murray is also playing its third game in three nights after losing the opener to Lasalle, 64-75 and then winning last night over Weber State, 69-68. This is an early game and Drake is small favorite. The Bulldogs have been covering well and I'm sticking with them again here today. Play Drake. |
11-26-19 | Clippers v. Mavs +2.5 | 114-99 | Loss | -105 | 8 h 26 m | Show
The LA Clippers travel to Dallas tonight to face the Mavericks. The Clippers are 12-5 S/U on the season and 8-8-1 ATS. Meanwhile, the Mavericks are 11-5 S/U and 9-7-0 ATS. The Mavs have won five straight games both S/U and ATS. They are averaging 119.1 ppg and allowing 109.9 ppg for a +9.1 margin of scoring. That number increases to +11.0 at home this year. The Clippers have won five straight games but only have gone 2-3 ATS in those five. They are averaging 114.2 ppg and allowing 107.3 ppg for a differential of +6.9 ppg. On the road, the Clippers actually have a -3.4 point differential, as they allow 119.2 ppg and average just 115.8. They face a very good Mavs team here tonight and getting points at home is too much to pass on. Play Dallas. |
11-26-19 | Morehead State +6.5 v. William & Mary | 84-95 | Loss | -108 | 18 h 21 m | Show
Two teams with 4-2 records meet here tonight as William & Mary hosts Morehead State. Morehead is 4-2 S/U and 5-0 ATS. They have covered every game including road games at Missouri and at Butler. William and Mary has played five of its six games on the road and still has a 4-2 record with a 5-1 ATS mark. William & Mary has lost two straight games at Oklahoma and at Stanford, failing to cover only the latter in a 30-point road loss to the Cardinal. Two good cover teams here tonight and William & Mary laying 6 1/2 points might be just a bit too many for them to cover in only their second stint as the favorite. Take the points, play Morehead State. |
11-26-19 | Mercer +6.5 v. St Bonaventure | 51-56 | Win | 100 | 18 h 51 m | Show
Southern Conference Mercer takes to the road for the third straight game here tonight at St Bonaventure. Mercer is 4-2 S/U and 3-2 ATS so far this season. Mercer is coming off a road win at favored Illinois Chicago 72-68 as a 4-point dog. St Bonny's is only 1-4 S/U and 2-3 ATS this season. Their lone win this season came on the road at Rutgers, 80-74 as a 8.5 point dog. Their losses included setbacks at home to Ohio and to Vermont. St Bonny's not a very good team and Mercer has shown they can beat good teams on the road. So they should be able to beat a bad team here tonight. Play Mercer. |
11-26-19 | Georgia v. Michigan State -13 | 85-93 | Loss | -110 | 2 h 27 m | Show
11-25-19 | Ravens -3 v. Rams | Top | 45-6 | Win | 100 | 22 h 27 m | Show |
Baltimore has scored 90 points the last two games, 49-13 over Cincinnati and then last week over Houston, 41-7. The Ravens have covered four straight games and their offense has at least 30 points in each of those games. The Ravens now have the league's second best offense at 445 yards per game. The Ravens are 1st in rushing yards per game in the league with 204 per game. The Rams offense has dropped to 13th with Todd Gurley and Jared Goff both under-performing this year. The Ravens are about a 3-point road favorite here today. The Ravens offense has been hitting on all cylinders. Can't say the same about the Rams. Ever since Goff signed that big contract he's performed well below his last two seasons. The Rams have 29 total points the last two weeks, though they did win at home over Chicago last week, 17-7. The Rams offense continues to drop in the rankings and I believe they will have issues keeping up with the Ravens potent attack here tonight. I'm taking the Ravens and laying the field goal. |

11-25-19 | Blazers v. Bulls +1.5 | 117-94 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 27 m | Show
Portland not having the kind of season they are used to having with just a 5-12 record and 7-9-1 ATS mark. Portland has lost four straight and 10 of their last 12 games. They are also just 3-8-1 ATS their last 12 games. The Blazers have a score differential of -4 overall. The Bulls beat Charlotte last time out, 116-115. It was the teams 2nd win in their last three games. The Bulls are just 6-11 S/U overall and 7-10 ATS. At home they are 3-6 S/U and 4-5 ATS. Two teams that could desperately use a win here tonight. I'm taking the Bulls in this one. Play Chicago. |
11-25-19 | CS-Northridge +9.5 v. Green Bay | Top | 84-85 | Win | 100 | 7 h 23 m | Show |
Lets face it, Cal Northridge would be in my bottom five teams in the nation. This team is horrible. They give up a lot of points and they are usually blown out in games, especially on the road. Northridge played last night against Colgate and then turns around and makes the trip to Wisconsin for tonight's game. They are on a long road trip here having been blown out at Auburn, 70-116 and then at Richmond, 62-90, before covering last night vs Colgate, 56-64 as a 10-point dog. Wisconsin Green Bay isn't a very good team, they have played four games and lost three of them on the road. However, they get a softball the next two games with home stints against CSUN and then Colgate. I look for Wisconsin Green Bay to get an easy win here tonight. Play Wisconsin Green Bay. |
11-25-19 | Georgia v. Dayton -2 | 61-80 | Win | 100 | 2 h 52 m | Show
Two teams both undefeated matchup here tonight as Dayton and Georgia play in the 1st round of the Maui Invitational. Georgia is 4-0 S/U and 2-2 ATS after a four-game home stint that included a win over Georgia tech, 82-78 as a 5.5-point favorite. Dayton also played it's initial games at home, going 3-0 S/U and 2-1 ATS with wins over Indiana State, Charleston Southern and Nebraska Omaha. Dayton has scored 86, 90 and 93 points respectively in those three games. Dayton a small favorite here tonight. My own number has them about 3 points higher. I like the Dayton laying this short number. Play Dayton. |
11-24-19 | Packers +3.5 v. 49ers | 8-37 | Loss | -120 | 32 h 52 m | Show
Great matchup here between the league's second rated defense in San Francisco and the Aaron Rodgers led Packers offense. The Packers had last week off to prepare for this game after winning the prior week over Carolina, 24-16 as a 4.5 point favorite. San Francisco looked like they were going to go to another OT last week vs the Cardinals with seconds remaining and down by three points. However, a breakout run led to a TD and a four point lead with seconds to play. Then the improbable happened with Arizona, trying backward passes with no time left on the clock, let the 49ers take the ball and score another touchdown. The 49ers scored 13 points in the last 40 seconds of the game for a very improbable push of the 10-point line. The 49ers have now covered just one time in their last five games. The defense has also allowed at least 25 points in each of their last three games. Anytime a team has an extra week to prepare, especially a good team like the Packers, I'll take that team. Play Green Bay. |
11-24-19 | Hamilton -3.5 v. Winnipeg | 12-33 | Loss | -110 | 25 h 57 m | Show
The Grey Cup Finals are here and it's Hamilton vs Winnipeg for the Championship. Hamilton had little trouble advancing to today's Grey Cup with a big win over Edmonton last week, 36-16. Hamilton is now 16-3 on the season and 14-4-1 ATS. The Tigercats average a league best 30.9 ppg and allow a league best 18.9 ppg. Winnipeg is 13-7 S/U and 14-6 ATS on the season. The Blue Bombers beat Saskatchewan last week, 20-13, to advance. It was the team's third win in a row and fifth cover in a row. Winnipeg averages 28.1 points and allows 21.8 points. Still, Hamilton is the class of the Canadian football league and today's Cup is theirs to win or lose. I'm taking the best team in this league to win today. Play Hamilton |
11-24-19 | Mavs +5.5 v. Rockets | 137-123 | Win | 100 | 5 h 55 m | Show
Lone Star State battle here as the Houston Rockets host the Dallas Mavericks. Dallas is 10-5 S/U and 8-7 ATS to start their season. The Mavs have won four straight games both S/U and ATS. In addition, they have been a scoring machine, scoring 143 points against Cleveland last game and 142 the game before vs Golden State. The Mavs now average 117.9 ppg while allowing 109.1 ppg this season. Houston is 11-5 S/U and 9-7 ATS on the season. The Rockets have lost two games in a row after dropping Friday's game at the LA Clippers 119-122, a game they led most of the way. The Rockets average 117.9 ppg and allow 113.7 ppg this season. These teams very evening matched and I like the points with the Mavs in this one. Play Dallas Mavericks. |
11-24-19 | Bucs v. Falcons -3.5 | Top | 35-22 | Loss | -109 | 25 h 33 m | Show |
All of a sudden the Atlanta Falcons look like a real NFL team. After a horrible season that saw the club go 1-7 S/U and ATS their first eight games, the team has won back to back games against New Orleans and Carolina. What's even more impressive is that they got both those wins on the road and held the Saints to just nine points and the Panthers to three points. Now they return home where they get another very winable contest against Tampa Bay. The Bucs lost last week to the Saints, 17-34. It was the sixth straight game they have failed to cover the season and the eight straight game they have gone over the total. Tampa Bay's offense is ranked 8th in the league but their defense is ranked 23rd. Atlanta has improved to 10th in the league in offense and 21st in defense. Atlanta is laying 3 1/2 or 4 here today at home. The way the Falcons are playing, I have no problem laying those points. Play Atlanta. |
11-24-19 | Seahawks +1.5 v. Eagles | 17-9 | Win | 100 | 25 h 32 m | Show
Seattle Seahawks having a fine season as they look to either catch San Francisco for the NFC West or grab a wild card spot. At 8-2, the Hawks are one game back of San Francisco and tied with the Vikings for a Wild Card. The only other team possible close are the Rams and they are two-games back of the Seahawks. Philadelphia in all probability will need to catch the Dallas Cowboys for the NFC East division title if they want to make the playoffs. The Eagles trail Dallas by just one game and Dallas must play at New England this week. The Eagles, at 5-5 really have no shot at a Wild Card slot. The Eagles are laying one-point here on Sunday. I'm afraid I have to side with the much better Seahawks team here. They are just too good with Russell Wilson at the helm. Play Seattle. |
11-24-19 | Arizona State +8.5 v. Virginia | 45-48 | Win | 100 | 2 h 19 m | Show
Hall of Fame Tip off Final round today from Uncasville, CT has Arizona State taking on defending NCAA Champion Virginia. The Cavaliers are off to a perfect 5-0 start to the season, just 2-3 vs the number. Virginia won yesterday in this tourney over U Mass, 58-46 as a 15.5 point dog, failing to cover three straight now. As usual, Virginia plays great defense but has trouble scoring points. Th Sun Devils are 3-1 S/U and ATS on the season after winning in this tourney yesterday over St Johns, 80-67 as a 3-point chalk. This Sun Devil team can score, averaging 80 points or more in its last three games. Today we'll see if Virginia can cover the 9 point line against this good scoring ASU team. Personally, I don't thing Virginia scores enough points to cover this big number against a good team. Take Arizona State |
11-23-19 | San Diego State +3 v. Hawaii | Top | 11-14 | Push | 0 | 32 h 21 m | Show |
The late game on the college slate for Saturday has 8-2 San Diego State playing at 7-4 Hawaii. Both these clubs will be playing in Bowl games. But I'm a bit surprised to see the very good defensive San Diego State team getting 2 to 3 points in this contest. Hawaii is a very good offensive team, ranked 10th in the country in overall offense. However, they are facing the 8th ranked defense in the country in the Aztecs. This really comes down to just that, can San Diego State contain the Hawaii offense? If they can, they get the win and cover. San Diego State is not a team built to outscore their opponents. I do think a great defense beats great offenses. So I'm taking the dog here on Saturday night. Play San Diego State. |
11-23-19 | Oregon v. Arizona State +14 | 28-31 | Win | 100 | 29 h 50 m | Show
Number 6 ranked Oregon takes its 9-1 record on the road to Arizona State this evening. The Ducks still hoping to make that final four playoff group, though it looks like a very long shot at this point. Oregon's only loss of the season came way back in week one to Auburn, 21-27, a game they could have easily won. The Ducks are 6-3 ATS since that game and are off a win at home over Arizona, 34-6. The Ducks offense is ranked 23rd in the country right now and the defense comes in at 14th. Arizona State is off a loss at Oregon State, 34-35. It was the team's four straight spread loss. The team also dropped to 5-5 and needs another win to possibly be bowl eligible. The Sun Devils are a double-digit home dog here tonight and would like nothing better than a huge upset win over Oregon. I don't expect that, but I do expect them to be competitive. Take the 14-points with the home team here. Play Arizona State. |
11-23-19 | UC-Davis v. Portland -7 | Top | 62-72 | Win | 100 | 4 h 34 m | Show |
UC Davis brings a 2-4 S/U and 0-5 ATS record into tonight's contest. Portland U is having a fine season with a 4-1 S/U and 4-0 ATS mark. Davis lost at Sacramento last time out 51-61 as a 5-point dog. Davis still looking for that first cover of the season against five misses. Portland is coming off a win over Portland State 82-75, covering the 6.5 point line. Unlike their opponent, Portland has covered all four of its attempts vs the number. I'm sticking with the hot team here today. Play Portland. |
11-23-19 | Texas +6 v. Baylor | 10-24 | Loss | -110 | 25 h 55 m | Show
A nice Big 12 matchup here today as 6-4 Texas travels to No 14. Baylor. Texas had a tough loss last week, losing at Iowa State 21-23 but covering the 7-point dog line. The Longhorns will be bowling this year but would like to upset Baylor here today. Baylor is 9-1 on the season and is laying around 6-points here today. The Bears fell from the ranks of the unbeaten last week with a home loss to Oklahoma, 31-34. They covered the 10-point line, but still little consolation for Baylor in that heartbreaking loss. Baylor now will be playing for a decent bowl game as they play Texas this week and then close out against Kansas next week. I am going to take the points here today. I have to feel Baylor will be in for a letdown with that perfect season now gone and really nothing else left to play for. Take Texas. |
11-23-19 | Michigan v. Indiana +10 | 39-14 | Loss | -115 | 25 h 49 m | Show
13th ranked Michigan hits the road today for a game at Indiana. Michigan will be laying 9 1/2 points in this one, but they better not get over confident. They are facing the best passing attack in the Big 10 in Indiana. Michigan has won three straight games in easy fashion since their loss to Penn State four weeks ago, 21-28. Since then they have beaten Notre Dame 45-14, Maryland 38-7 and last week over Michigan State, 44-10. The one problem this week is that they might be looking past this Indiana club to next week's showdown with Ohio State. They better be careful here today against this Indiana team. The Hoosiers gave Penn State all it could handle last week, losing 27-34 on the road as a 14-point dog. The Hoosiers offense is ranked 31st in the country to thanks to their Big 10 best passing offense. Indiana has score 30 or more points in eight of their 10 games. These points look like a gift here today, especially with Ohio State up next on the Michigan slate. Take Indiana. |
11-23-19 | Arizona State -2.5 v. St. John's | 80-67 | Win | 100 | 2 h 4 m | Show
Arizona State and St John's play in the 1st Round of the Hall of Fame Tip off tonight from Uncasville, CT. ASU is 2-1 S/U and ATS on the young season. The Sun Devils opened with a neutral site loss to Colorado, 71-81 as a 5-point dog. Then they beat Central Conn and Rider. St Johns has opened with five home games and went 4-1 S/U and 3-2 ATS. The Red Storm only loss came to Vermont, 68-70 as a 3-point favorite. Now they play in this tourney before returning home for five straight games. ASU laying 2 1/2 points here in this one today. My one big indicator heavily favors the Sun Devils with my other number slightly giving them the nod. I like this short number with the better team. Play Arizona State. |
11-22-19 | Colorado State +7 v. Wyoming | 7-17 | Loss | -130 | 9 h 33 m | Show
Colorado State lost last week at home to Air Force, 21-38. That snapped a three game win streak for the Rams and also a spread run of three wins. The Rams have covered five of their last seven games. The Rams can still become bowl eligible but they need big wins over Wyoming and Boise, both tough games. Wyoming has an excellent defense and they have yet to allow any of their last nine opponents more than 26 points. They are coming off a loss last week at Utah State, 21-26. The problem is that they don't score a lot of points. They are a great dog, but covering as a favorite can be a problem when you don't score a lot. Here tonight they are 6 1/2 point favorite. This is a rivalry game with the Rams in nearby Fort Collins Colorado and Wyoming in Laramie. I expect a close game here. Play Colorado State. |
11-22-19 | Cavs v. Mavs -10 | Top | 101-143 | Win | 100 | 10 h 13 m | Show |
Cleveland Cavaliers are 4-10 S/U and 6-6-2 ATS to start their season. The Cavs will find it difficult to snap their five-game losing streak here tonight. Easier might be their four-game spread losing streak as they are getting 10-points from the Mavericks. The Cavs are 2-6 S/U and 4-3-1 ATS on the road where they are getting outscored 101.9 to 107.1. Meanwhile, the Mavericks have won three straight games both S/U and ATS. They are coming off a complete white wash of the Warriors, 142-94. The Mavs are 5-3 both S/U and ATS at home where they have a +7.1 score differential. I'm going to lay the points here tonight with the home team. Play the Dallas Mavericks. |
11-22-19 | Heat v. Bulls +5 | 116-108 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 43 m | Show
Miami Heat are off to a good start to their season with a 10-3 S/U and 9-2-2 ATS records. The Heat have won four straight games and gone 3-0-1 ATS. The Heat hit the road tonight where they are 4-3 S/U and 4-2-1 ATS. They are not outscoring their road opponents though with just a -0.2 score differential away from home. Meanwhile, the Bulls are in the role of home dog here tonight. The Bulls are coming off a win at home over Detroit, 109-89. It was just their 2nd win in the last six games. The Bulls are 3-5 S/U and 4-4 ATS at home this season and have a score differential of -3.6 points. I'm going to take a chance on the home dog here tonight. Take the Chicago Bulls. |
11-22-19 | Evansville -7.5 v. East Carolina | 68-85 | Loss | -109 | 12 h 39 m | Show
Islands of the Bahamas 1st round action here today has Evansville taking on East Carolina. Evansville Purple Aces are 2-1 both S/U and ATS on the young season. The Aces opened with wins over Ball State and then the big shocking win at Kentucky, 67-64 as a 25-point road dog. Then of course, the big letdown the next game at home, losing to SMU 57-59. Meanwhile, East Carolina has lost three straight games after opening the season with a win over VMI. They are coming off a loss at home to Liberty, 55-77. This ECU team is not very good while Evansville has shown their potential with that big win over Kentucky. I'll lay the points here with East Carolina. |
11-22-19 | Eastern Kentucky v. Florida International -6.5 | 70-89 | Win | 100 | 7 h 9 m | Show
DC Classic 1st round action here today from Washington DC as Florida International takes on Eastern Kentucky. FIA is 2-2 S/U and 3-0 ATS on the season, while EKU is 2-2 S/U and 2-1 ATS. Florida International has played some stiff competition thus far with road games at Mississippi State (69-77) and North Carolina State (77-86). They covered both those games. Then they easily beat Cleveland State on the road last time out, 107-61, covering the 7-point chalk line. Eastern Kentucky got pummeled at Kentucky, 49-91 as a 28-point dog and last time out lost at home to Western Kentucky, 71-79, thought they did cover the 10-point line. FIU a 6 1/2 point favorite here today, but one of my key indicators has them much higher based on competition. I'm going to lay the points with Florida International. |
11-21-19 | Toledo +7.5 v. Notre Dame | 62-64 | Win | 100 | 20 h 24 m | Show
Both clubs off to good starts with Toledo at 3-1 S/U and 2-2 ATS. Notre Dame is 4-1 S/U, but only 1-3 ATS. The Rockets opened their season with a road loss at Valpo, 77-79. However, they rebounded with three straight wins over Marshall, Robert Morris and Howard. Notre Dame also opened with a road loss at North Carolina, 65-76 then won four straight home game. However, none of those were against any good competition. This looks to be Notre Dame's toughest test since their opener. Notre Dame -7.5 point favorite here, but my numbers have them much less. I'm taking the points with Toledo. |
11-21-19 | Colts +4 v. Texans | 17-20 | Win | 100 | 27 h 38 m | Show
The Colts welcomed back QB Jacoby Brissett and thusly posted an impressive win over Jacksonville, 33-13. The only negative was losing RB Marlon Mack to a broken hand. He will be out indefinitely with that injury. The win snapped a 2-game losing streak while Brissett was nursing his own injury. Now they play a big game here on Thursday at Houston. Houston looked thoroughly confused in their loss at Baltimore last week, 7-41. It was billed as a battle of two of the best, young QB's in the league, but it turned out to be a lopsided Ravens win. The Texans have the Patriots up next, so they might not have full attention here on this game tonight. The Colts have covered the last two and four of five in this series with the Texans. The Colts have already beaten the Texans this year in Indy, 30-23. Houston holds the edge in this game offensively, but the Colts have the edge on defense. This should be a great Thursday matchup, but I'm going to take the points with the visitor here. They have a huge edge in coaching in my opinion and we saw that come to light last week in Houston's bad loss at Baltimore. Play Indianapolis. |
11-21-19 | Central Michigan +9.5 v. Minnesota | Top | 57-82 | Loss | -108 | 20 h 56 m | Show |
Central Michigan perfect to start the season at 4-0 S/U and 2-0 ATS. Central Michigan opened with four home games and scored over 100 points in three of those games - albeit against weak competition. Now they hit the road for the first time and tonight is their toughest test thus far vs Minnesota. Minnesota opened with a win over Cleveland State, 85-50 and then lost three straight games to Oklahoma, Butler and Utah - all tough opponents. Minnesota laying 9 1/2 tonight. My numbers have them less than that, but we also have to look at the strength of schedule too - which greatly favors Minnesota. Still, I'm going to take Central Michigan and the points here tonight. |
11-21-19 | Xavier v. Towson +11.5 | 73-51 | Loss | -100 | 19 h 55 m | Show
Charleston Classic first round action has Xavier taking on Towson. Xavier is 2-2 S/U and 2-1 ATS to start the season. Towson is 4-0 S/U, but 0-3 ATS to start their season. Towson opened with three home games, losing only to Kent, 80-84. They then hit the road last time out and game nationally ranked Florida all it could handle with a a 60-66 loss as a 18 point dog. Xavier benefits from seven of their first eight games at home. They won their first four, but have yet to cover a spread at 0-3-1. Here today on a neutral court, Xavier is laying double digits. Not too promising for a team that has yet to cover a spread, three of which were double digit. I'm taking the points with Towson. |
11-21-19 | Wofford +3.5 v. South Florida | 55-69 | Loss | -108 | 19 h 55 m | Show
Both clubs still looking to reach that .500 mark and one of them will do just that tonight. Wofford, 2-3 S/U 1-3 ATS opened with home wins over Erskine and High Point before losing to William & Mary. They then hit the road where they lost to Butler and Missouri. South Florida is 1-2 and lost their last two after opening with a win over Arkansas Pine Bluff. They have been beat badly too, losing by 17 to Indiana Purdue as a 16.5 point favorite and losing to Boston College 60-74 as a 6 1/2 point favorite. South Florida looks over rated from the points they have had to lay and the outcome thus far. I'm taking the road team here. Play Wofford. |
11-21-19 | Florida v. St. Joe's +13.5 | 70-62 | Win | 100 | 14 h 55 m | Show
Charleston Classic first round action from Charleston, SC tonight has 15th ranked Florida taking on St Joseph's. Both teams come into tonight's contest at 2-2 S/U. Florida has lost to Florida State and U Conn while beating North Florida and Towson. The latter by just a 66-60 score as a 18-point favorite. St Joe's opened at home with a win over Bradley, 86-81 and then played three straight road games, going 1-2 both S/U and ATS. They did beat U Conn though on the road as a 15-point underdog. Both teams have U Conn in common with St Joe's beating them and Florida losing. Take the double digit points here with St Joe's. |
11-20-19 | Texas State +5 v. UNLV | 64-57 | Win | 100 | 20 h 15 m | Show
Texas State travels to the desert southwest to take on UNLV tonight. Texas State is 3-2 S/U and 2-1 ATS on the season. They have won all three of their home games, but lost both away games. UNLV is just 2-3 S/U and ATS on the season. the Rebels are off a win over Abilene Christian, 72-58, covering the 10.5-point line. The win snapped a three game S/U and spread losing streak. UNLV is laying five points here tonight, but according to all of my numbers that is a bit too high. I'm going to take the points with the visitor. Play Texas State. |
11-20-19 | UC-Davis v. CS Sacramento -3.5 | Top | 51-61 | Win | 100 | 19 h 44 m | Show |
This game moves away from Sac State's home court to a bigger venue, the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. While it's listed as a neutral site, Sac State will obviously still be getting some home court value out of this game. Sac State is 2-0 S/U and 1-0 ATS after the start to their season. Have to throw out their first game, a laugher over Simpson University, 76-27. They then beat UC Riverside at home, 62-49, covering the 3-point line. Meanwhile, UC Davis already has five games under its belt. Davis is 2-3 S/U and 0-4 ATS. Like Sac State, you have to discard their lopsided win over William Jessup, 109-63. If we do, then Davis is just 1-3 S/U, 0-4 ATS. Sac State still at home here and I like them because my numbers have a big slant in their direction. Play Sacramento State. |
11-20-19 | Georgia Tech +4.5 v. Georgia | 78-82 | Win | 100 | 17 h 16 m | Show
Peach State battle here has Georgia hosting Georgia Tech. Both teams are undefeated in this young season with Tech coming in at 2-0 and the Bulldogs at 3-0. Tech opened with a road win over NC State, 82-81, covering the 7-point dog line. Then they went to Elon for a lighthearted 64-41 win as a 23-point favorite which they pushed. After today's road game, the Jackets return home for four games. Georgia has played its first three at home with wins over Western Carolina (91-72), Citadel (95-86) and Delaware State (101-65). Georgia has been scoring in bunches, averaging over 90 ppg this year. However, tonight will be their toughest opponent of the season. Don't look for those kinds of points tonight by the Bulldogs. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised by an outright Tech win here tonight. Play Georgia Tech. |
11-20-19 | Siena +6.5 v. Yale | 89-100 | Loss | -110 | 17 h 15 m | Show
Both of these teams enter today's contest at 2-2 S/U on the season. Siena has won both their home games and lost both their road games. They are 4-0 ATS overall though on the season. They are coming off a loss at Harvard, 55-59 as a 9-point dog. Yale is 2-2 S/U and 3-0 ATS on the season as they return home tonight after a two game losing road stint. They lost at San Francisco, 79-84 and then lost at Oklahoma State, 57-64. Siena getting 6 or 6.5 points here tonight. My number has this game closer to a three-point line. I'm taking the points here with a very good Siena club. Play Siena. |
11-19-19 | Suns v. Kings -2 | 116-120 | Win | 100 | 11 h 35 m | Show
Two teams that have had their struggles for many years now meet here in Sacramento on Tuesday. Phoenix is 7-4 S/U and 9-2 ATS on the season. The Suns have split their last four games, going 2-2 both S/U and ATS. Meahwhile, the Sacramento Kings are on a nice 7-0 ATS runs their last seven games. They are also 4-0 ATS their last four times on one day of rest. The home team has dominated this series, going 7-3 ATS the last 10 meetings. The Kings have been tough at home, recently beating Boston, Portland and Utah all straight up. I like the home team here tonight. Play Sacramento. |
11-19-19 | Warriors v. Grizzlies -6.5 | 114-95 | Loss | -102 | 9 h 35 m | Show
Golden State having a horrible season with injuries and now it's translating to losses. The Warriors are 2-12 S/U and 5-9 ATS to start the season. Guard D'Angelo Russell (thumb) and Guard Stephen Curry (hand) are both out indefinitely for the Warriors. The Warriors have lost seven straight game and are 1-3 ATS their last four. The Memphis Grizzlies are 5-8 S/U and ATS on the season. The Grizzlies have won three of their last four games both S/U and ATS. They did lost last time out at home against Denver, 114-131. I have to keep going against the Warriors until they get healthier. Play Memphis. |
11-19-19 | Houston v. Rice +12.5 | 97-89 | Win | 100 | 9 h 31 m | Show
Texas clash here on Tuesday as Rice hosts Houston. Houston is 1-1 both S/U and ATS on the season. The Cougars opened with a pair of home games, a win over Alabama State 84-56 and then a home loss to BYU, 71-72 as a 12-point favorite. Now they hit the road for tonight's game at Rice and then head to the Northwest to play Oregon. Meanwhile, Rice has won four of five games. They opened with a road loss to Arkansas, 43-91 and then wins over Penn, Wayland Baptist, Northwestern State and then last game at Cal Santa Barbara, 82-81 as a 9.5 point dog. Rice getting around 12-points on their home court is a lot of points. My own numbers say this should be closer to 7-points. Take the home team, play Rice. |
11-19-19 | Furman +3.5 v. Alabama | 73-81 | Loss | -107 | 9 h 30 m | Show
Furman opened the season with a 4-0 S/U and 3-0 ATS record. Furman has won road games at Gardner Webb (70-63) and Charleston Southern (91-47) and home games vs Loyola Chicago (80-63) and Southern Wesleyan (83-61). Now they get their stiffest competition in SEC opponent Alabama. The Tide opened with a home loss to Penn, 80-81 and then beat Florida Atlantic 78-59. Their last game they got blown out at Rhode Island, 78-93 as a 1-point favorite. Tonight, Furman getting points looks like a steal to me. Furman is hasn't lost yet and I don't see that happening tonight. Play Furman. |
11-19-19 | Manhattan +3.5 v. Samford | 57-70 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 1 m | Show
Manhattan off to a 2-0 S/U and 1-1 ATS start to its season. Manhattan opened with home wins over Delaware State (85-74) and Albany NY (57-51). Now they hit the road for five straight games beginning tonight at Samford. Samford already has five games under its belt with a 2-3 S/U and 0-3 ATS records. Samford has won both home games over non-Div 1 teams and then lost all three road games. Somehow Samford a 6 point favorite here tonight despite not covering a spread and Manhattan winning both its games straight-up. I'm taking the points here on Tuesday with the visitor. Play Manhattan. |
11-18-19 | Chiefs v. Chargers +5.5 | 24-17 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 32 m | Show
The NFL moves to Mexico City tonight for Monday Night football. The problem here is the elevation, which is over 7,000 feet. The Chargers practiced all week in Denver, which at just over 5,000 foot is still well short of the elevation here tonight. Kansas City finally got back QB Patrick Mahomes after his kneecap injury. Still, the Chiefs lost last week with Mahomes, 32-25 at Tennessee. It was the team's second loss in the last three weeks. The Chiefs are also just 2-5 ATS their last seven games. The Chargers are also off a loss last week, at Oakland, 24-26. Despite having more plays and yards then the Raiders, the Chargers three turnovers and no take aways were the difference in that game. It's a wide open AFC West with both KC and Oakland tied right now at 6-4 and the Chargers at 4-6. Chargers can't afford another loss if they hope to make the postseason. I expect a high scoring game with this one going back and forth all evening. I'm taking the points here today and playing the OVER. Play LA Chargers & the OVER. |
11-18-19 | Northern Colorado v. West Virginia -15.5 | Top | 61-69 | Loss | -107 | 8 h 16 m | Show |
Northern Colorado comes into tonight's contest at 2-2 S/U and 2-1 ATS. NCU opened with a loss at Texas, 45-69 and then returned home for two easy wins over Incarnate Word and Colorado College before a fourth game at Northern Iowa that they lost, 72-77. West Virginia is 2-0 S/U and 1-1 ATS on their young season. The Mountaineers opened at Akron with a 94-84 win and then returned home to beat a good Pitt team, 68-53 as a 1.5-point favorite. WVU laying around 15-points here tonight. NCU not a good road team and WVU will be up for a big game on their home floor. Play West Virginia. |
11-18-19 | Middle Tennessee +3 v. Coastal Carolina | 72-93 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 16 m | Show
Middle Tennessee State is off to a 3-0 start and 1-0 spread record to start their season. The Raiders haven't played anyone yet with Maryville, Lipscomb and Mars Hill on their win column thus far. Coastal Carolina is 1-2 S/U and 0-2 ATS so far. CC hasn't had any great competition either with home losses to Campbell and Northern Kentucky and their lone win over Hampden-Sydney. One of my numbers heavily favor the visitor in this one and early on I lean on those numbers a lot. I'm taking the small points here tonight with Middle Tennessee State. |
11-17-19 | Cardinals +10.5 v. 49ers | 26-36 | Win | 100 | 18 h 37 m | Show
Arizona Cardinals may be dead last in the NFC West at 3-6-1, but this is a team that is improving. All you have to do is look at their last two games. Last week at Tampa they went toe to toe with the Bucs and lost 27-30, but covered the 5.5 point spread. The prior week they gave then unbeaten San Francisco all it could handle in a 25-28 loss, but again covered the 10-point line. In fact, the Cardinals have now covered fie of their last six games. Now they face San Francisco for the second time in three weeks, but this time in Arizona. San Francisco saw it's perfect season come to an end last week in an OT loss at home to Seattle, 24-27. Their backup, rookie kicker had a chance to win the game in OT, but shanked the field goal attempt. San Francisco is just 1-3 ATS in their last four games. The 49ers have the league's 2nd best rated defense. They will have to contain dynamic Arizona QB Kyle Murray, who is proving he is the real deal in the NFL rookie class this year. Murray has the best percentage of NFL Qb's at avoiding pressure this year, 34.1%. Murray has improved wit each game this season and his sack avoiding skills will have to be on high today against the 49er's defense. Murray also has just one pass intercepted in his last four games. I'm going to take the 10 1/2 points here today with the Cardinals. |
11-17-19 | Seton Hall v. St. Louis +5.5 | 83-66 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 6 m | Show
The Seton Hall Pirates opened the season with a 2-1 S/U and ATS record. After three home games, they hit the road for just one game today before returning home for two more games. The 12th ranked Pirates did lose their last game though, a 73-76 setback to Michigan State, though they covered the 5-point home line. Meanwhile, St Louis is 3-0 both S/U and ATS to start the year. The Billikins are playing their first six at home and are coming off a win over Eastern Washington, 82-60 as a 8.5 point favorite. Seton Hall laying six to seven points here today. That's too many points against a St Louis team that could easily win this game outright. I'm looking for the upset win here today. Play St Louis. |
11-17-19 | CS-Northridge v. Richmond -14 | Top | 62-90 | Win | 100 | 7 h 6 m | Show |
Cal State Northridge Matadors still looking for their first win of the season after a 0-4 start. The Mats got pummeled last game by Auburn, 70-116 as a 23-point dog. Northridge has also yet to cover a spread. This Northridge club isn't good at all, but they are even worse on the road. And it would figure that they are playing six of their first seven away from the Matadome. Richmond is enjoying life at home in the opening days of the season. The Spiders play their first six at home. They are 2-0 S/U and 0-2 ATS in those first two home games. The Spiders score a lot, but also give up a lot, allowing 98 and 92 in their first two games. Don't be surprised if Richmond cracks the 100 mark here today against Northridge. Lay whatever you need to with Richmond. |
11-17-19 | Bills v. Dolphins +7 | 37-20 | Loss | -125 | 4 h 6 m | Show
The Buffalo Bills look to solidify their hold on a AFC Wild Card spot with a game at Miami today. The Bills are 6-3 and trail first place New England by 2-games. The Dolphins, who stared the season 0-7, have won two straight games. Buffalo lost last week at Cleveland, 16-19 as a 3-point dog. Miami won at Indianapolis last week, 16-12, as a 10.5-point dog. Buffalo has covered just one of its last four games while the Dolphins have now covered five straight games. Buffalo is laying anywhere from 6 to 7 points on the road today. The way Miami is covering spreads those points look very generous. I'm taking the Dolphins here on Sunday. |
11-16-19 | Oklahoma v. Baylor +11 | 34-31 | Win | 100 | 42 h 32 m | Show
Undefeated No 12 Baylor hosts No 10 Oklahoma here on Saturday. The Sooners are 8-1 and even though they are on the road against an undefeated and higher ranked team, they are a 10 1/2 point favorite. No doubt Oklahoma will be tough to stop here on Saturday with the nation's top ranked offense in the country. Baylor is no slouch though, ranked 25th in the country. Oklahoma has the 41st ranked defense while Baylor comes in at 31. Oklahoma had a narrow win last week at home over Iowa State, 42-41, failing to cover the 14-point line. The teams only loss came the week prior at Kansas State, 41-48. Baylor had to work hard last week to beat TCU in OT, 29-23. The Bears trailed at the half and needed a 2nd half rally to take the win. The defense has been solid though, allowing over 21 points just two times this season. I don't expect them to be able to contain this Oklahoma offense, but 10 points on the road is too many to lay to an undefeated Bears team on their own turf. Play Baylor. |
11-16-19 | NC-Wilmington +17.5 v. Davidson | 49-87 | Loss | -110 | 19 h 2 m | Show
Davidson will look for its first win of the young season here today as they play its first home game against UNC Wilmington. Davidson opened with a neutral site loss to Auburn, 66-76 and then lost on the road last time out, 58-71 to Charlotte, failing to cover either spread. Davidson begins the first of a four-game home set. Wilmington opened with a home win over Johnson and Wales, 103-83, then a loss to North Carolina, 62-78 before beating Campbell, 81-76. UNCW covered their two posted games including that game against North Carolina where they were a 22-point dog. Wilmington a whopping 17.5-point road dog here today. While my numbers have them about this line, one of my indicators have a much lower number. Right now, UNCW has shown they can play against the Big boys and getting this many points is too many to pass on. Play North Carolina Wilmington. |
11-16-19 | Tennessee v. Washington +2.5 | 75-62 | Loss | -110 | 17 h 2 m | Show
A big matchup here on Saturday as the undefeated Tennessee Volunteers take on the 20th ranked Washington Huskies as these teams meet North of the border in Toronto in the Naismith Hall of Fame Classic. UW has already knocked off a big team, beating then No 16 Baylor in the Armed Forces Classic, 67-64. Washington then won their home opener against Mt ST Mary's, 56-46, failing to cover the 22-point line. Tennessee is 2-0 S/U and 1-1 ATS also. The Volunteers opened at home with a win over UNC Asheville, 78- 63 and then beat Murray State, 82-63. Washington is led by a pair of freshmen, Jaden McDaniels and Isaiah Stewart. The pair combined for 33 points in their win over Baylor. Tennessee is unranked, but finds itself installed as the 2-point favorite here today. I'm going to take the points with a Washington team that while young, looks to have plenty of talent. Play Washington. |
11-16-19 | Stanford v. Washington State -10.5 | 22-49 | Win | 100 | 39 h 32 m | Show
PAC-12 matchup as Washington State hosts Stanford. The Stanford Cardinal coming off a loss at home to Colorado, 13-16 as a 3-point favorite. The loss dropped the Cardinal to 4-5 S/U. The Cardinal have a tough slate left with Washington State on tonight, then home games against Cal and Notre Dame. They will have to win some games yet to become bowl eligible. Washington State also coming off a loss to Cal, 20-33. That loss dropped the Cougars to 4-5 and the same remains for them. They have home games with Stanford, Oregon State and then close on the road at Washington. The Cougars have won and covered the last three years of this matchup and covered the last four overall. Washington State has the 7th ranked offense in the nation. The difference in this game is the Washington State offense. I will lay the points at home. Play Washington State. |
11-16-19 | Minnesota v. Iowa -3 | 19-23 | Win | 100 | 38 h 8 m | Show
Iowa almost pulled off the upset win at Wisconsin last week, losing a narrow 22-24 game, but covering the 9.5-point line. The Iowa defense was solid again, though they allowed their most points this year in that game. Only two teams have score 20 or more points against them. No 7 Minnesota kept its perfect season in tap and proved they are for real with a huge home win over Penn State, 31-26. The Gophers quieted many critics who though they might not have been a legit undefeated team. However, they have to worry about the let down this week. They have to travel to Iowa here, a great defensive team. Iowa is a field goal favorite and really I think they are in the perfect spot to pull out the win over the Gophers. Play Iowa. |
11-16-19 | Texas +7 v. Iowa State | 21-23 | Win | 100 | 38 h 33 m | Show
No 22 Texas takes to the road today to play at Iowa State. Texas lost two weeks ago at TCU, 27-37 and rebounded last week at home vs Kansas State, 27-24. The Longhorns are just 1-5 ATS in their last six games. Texas has two straight games on the road with today's game at Iowa State and then at Baylor before closing out the season at home vs Texas Tech. Iowa State dropped its second straight game last week in a shootout with Oklahoma, 41-42. The Cyclones almost pulled the upset win, but came up just short, still covering the two TD line. Iowa State could miss the Bowl season if they aren't careful. They host Texas today before close out at home with Kansas and then a tough road game at Kansas State. Two losses are a distinct possibility for Iowa State. Texas has the 20th ranked offense in the country with Iowa Sate coming in at 18th. This promises to be a high scoring game with these offenses. Texas getting a TD here today to me is just too many points. The Longhorns have too good of an offense to be spotted that many points by this 5-4 Iowa State team. Play Texas. |
11-16-19 | Georgia -3 v. Auburn | Top | 21-14 | Win | 100 | 38 h 32 m | Show |
Huge game here between ranked teams as No 5 and 8-1 Georgia takes on No 13 and 7-2 Auburn. Georgia cruised to an easy win last week at home over Missouri, 27-0. It was the teams 2nd cover in a row, as improved to 5-4 ATS on the season. This is really Georgia's final tough game. They finish with a home game against Texas A&M and then close on the road at Georgia Tech. They have an outside shot at the Final four, but either way will be in a top Bowl game. Auburn followed their 20-23 loss two weeks ago to LSU with a win last week at home over Ole Miss, 20-14. A little concerning is the offense that has now scored 20 or fewer points in three of the last four games. Two tough games left for the Tigers as they host Georgia today and then Alabama to close the year. Georgia laying a field goal or less is just too much to pass on such a quality club. Play Georgia. |
11-16-19 | St. Joe's +7.5 v. Loyola-Chicago | 68-85 | Loss | -108 | 14 h 1 m | Show
St Joseph's off to a 2-1 S/U and ATS start to their season. St Joe's opened with a home win over Bradley, 86-81, covering the 5-point dog line. Then they lost at Old Dominion, 69-82 and then pulled the big upset win at U Conn last time out, 96-87 as a 15-point dog. Loyola Chicago is off to a 1-2 S/U and ATS start. LCI opened with a win over UC Davis at home, 82-48 and then followed that with two losses, at Furman, 63-87 and at home to Coppin State, 72-76. The latter they were installed as a 23-point favorite. St Joe's getting seven points here is a bargain to me. They have played better ball so far and Loyola has already shown they can't be trusted even as a big favorite. Play St Joe's. |
11-15-19 | Fresno State v. San Diego State | 7-17 | Loss | -110 | 35 h 9 m | Show
Fresno State coming off a tough home loss to Utah State last week, 35-37. The loss dropped the Bulldogs to 4-5 S/U and 3-5-1 ATS. The Bulldogs have to win out to become bowl eligible and it's very possible. Today's game at San Diego State is the key one with a home game against Nevada and closing out at San Jose State left on the slate. San Diego State also coming off a loss last week at home to Nevada, 13-17 as a 17-point favorite. The Aztecs have a excellent defense, but the offense has not been very good. They scored just 20 points against a terrible UNLV defense two weeks ago and then just 13 at home against Nevada last week. The Aztecs rank 8th nationally on defense but just 115th in the country on offense. New Mexico State ranks higher than San Diego State. Fresno ranks 62nd in offense and holds the edge there. This game pick or Fresno a slight favorite. I expect Fresno to put up a good fight here or else their bowl season is gone. Play Fresno State. |
11-15-19 | South Dakota State +6.5 v. Nebraska | Top | 73-90 | Loss | -109 | 8 h 15 m | Show |
South Dakota is 3-1 S/U and 2-1 ATS to start the season. The Jack Rabbits are coming off a loss at USC, their first loss and non-cover this season, 66-84 as a 15-point dog. They play at Nebraska tonight. The Cornhuskers open with five home games, but have dropped their first two games to lower conference teams. They lost their opener to UC Riverside, 47-66 in a blowout loss a 16-point favorite, then lost in OT to Southern Utah, 78-79. The Huskers looking for that first win tonight against really a even better South Dakota State squad from what they have faced thus far. Until these Cornhuskers prove they can win, they shouldn't be laying these kinds of points. Take South Dakota State. |
11-15-19 | Oral Roberts +12 v. Iowa | 74-87 | Loss | -108 | 7 h 14 m | Show
Oral Roberts is 1-2 S/U and 2-1 ATS to start their season. The Golden Eagles opened the season with a road loss at Oklahoma State, 75-80, but covered the 16-point dog line. Then they returned home to beat Houston Baptist and cover the 8.5 points chalk line, 95-81 before their last game a loss at Tulsa, 67-74, just missing the 6.5-dog cover. Iowa opens the season with six home games and has won the first vs Southern Illinois, 87-60, covering the 23.5 point line. Then the Hawkeyes got shocked by Depaul, 78-93, failing to cover the 9.5 point chalk line. Oral Roberts has played well vs a big team already and Iowa has shown they can lay an egg at home as a big chalk. I'm taking the points here today with Oral Roberts. |
11-15-19 | Spurs +3.5 v. Magic | 109-111 | Win | 100 | 6 h 20 m | Show
The San Antonio Spurs are 5-6 S/U and 2-9 ATS to open the season. The Spurs have lost three straight both S/U and ATS. They are averaging 112.4 ppg while allowing 114.2 ppg. The good news is that they play the Magic tonight. Orlando has struggled this season to a 4-7 S/U mark and 4-6-1 ATS record. The Magic are coming off a win at home over the Sixers, 112-97. The Magic took seven games before they cracked the 100 point mark. Not convinced though that the Magic should be laying three points here tonight. The Spurs haven't shown they are very good at covering spread, but I'll take a chance on them tonight against this Magic team. Play San Antonio. |
11-14-19 | Steelers +3 v. Browns | 7-21 | Loss | -120 | 56 h 24 m | Show
The Pittsburgh Steelers pulled another upset win last week, beating the Rams at home 17-12. The Steelers won the way they have most of this year, with defense. The win improved the Steelers to 5-4 on the season and 2-games back of division leading Baltimore. However, they are in the thick of things right now for a Wild Card slot in the AFC as just Buffalo has a better record at 6-3. So much hope was put into the Cleveland Browns this year with the addition of Odell Beckham Jr to the receiving corps. However, that really has not materialized as the Browns are just 3-6 on the season. The Browns did win last week, snapping a four-game losing streak with a 19-16 victory over the Bills. The Browns pushed the 3-point chalk line, making them just 2-6-1 ATS on the season. The Steelers are 5-1 ATS their last six vs the AFC North and 9-2-1 ATS their last 12 following a ATS Win. The Browns are 5-21-2 ATS against winning teams their last 28 tries. They are also 0-6-1 ATS their last seven on grass. The dog is 3-1-1 ATS the last five in this series. I expect a good defensive battle here this week and with that I'll be taking the points on Thursday night. Play Pittsburgh. |
11-14-19 | Bulls +12 v. Bucks | 115-124 | Win | 100 | 9 h 39 m | Show
Chicago Bulls are 4-7 S/U and 5-6 ATS on the season while the Milwaukee Bucks are 7-3 S/U and 5-5 ATS. Chicago coming off a win at home over the Knicks, 120-102. Still, they are just 2-3 their last five games. The Knicks are 2-4 on the road both S/U and ATS but averaging 108.7 ppg while allowing 108.5 ppg. The Bucks saw their four game win streak snapped two games ago by Utah, 100-103. They rebounded last game though with a win at Oklahoma City, 121-119. The Bucks won't be happy with anything less than an NBA Finals appearance this year. Milwaukee is 2-1 S/U and ATS at home and outscoring teams 123.3 to 116. I expect a lot of points tonight out of the Bucks and I don't believe Chicago will be able to keep up. Play Milwaukee. |
11-14-19 | Mavs -7.5 v. Knicks | 103-106 | Loss | -108 | 9 h 39 m | Show
Dallas Mavericks are off to a 6-4 S/U and 4-6 ATS season. The NY Knicks are just 2-9 S/U and 5-6 ATS to star the year. Dallas is coming off at loss at Boston, 106-116, failing to cover the 3-point dog line. The Mavs are a very good road team though, posting a 4-1 S/U and ATS mark this year and outscoring opponents 121.4 to 114.2. The Knicks wins are few and far between this year. They have lost two straight both S/U and ATS getting blown out at Chicago, 102-120 and also at home vs the Cavs, 87-108. The Knicks are just 1-3 both S/U and AT at home this year and getting outscored 94.8 to 109.3. Mavs tough road team and I don't mind laying those points here tonight. Play Dallas. |
11-14-19 | Siena +10.5 v. Harvard | 56-59 | Win | 100 | 8 h 11 m | Show
Both Siena and Harvard have started their respective seasons at 2-1 S/U. Siena opened with a home win over American, 96--80 and then lost on the road to Xavier, 63-81 and followed up with a home win vs St Bonny's, 78-65. Siena is 3-0 ATS on the season. They begin a four-game road trip here tonight at Harvard. Harvard one of the best Ivy league teams. They opened with a laugher against MIT, 84-27 and then lost on the road to Northeastern, 79-84 before returning home for a win over Maine, 68-46. This will be another tough test for Harvard here tonight. Harvard laying a lofty 10.5-points here tonight. Plus, Harvard has injuries. Guard Bryce Aiken is questionable with a calf injury and he's their best player, averaging 22.2 ppg. They are are going to be without Forward Seth Towns also. Not sure why this line is so big with a hurting Harvard team against a decent Siena squad. I'll take the points though. Play Siena. |
11-14-19 | Heat -4 v. Cavs | 108-97 | Win | 100 | 7 h 40 m | Show
Miami Heat 7-3 S/U and 6-2-2 ATS to start the season. The Heat have won five of their last seven games including last time out over Detroit, 117-108. The Heat are averaging 111.7 ppg and allowing 105.7 ppgs. The Cleveland Cavaliers are 2-1 S/U and 3-0 ATS their last three games - all on the road. Now they return home where they are 2-2 on the season but allowing 115.0 ppg. Miami the much better team here tonight. I'll lay the points with the Heat. Play Miami. |
11-13-19 | Tennessee-Martin +1.5 v. Western Illinois | 98-91 | Win | 100 | 9 h 4 m | Show
Tennessee Martin opened the season with a pair of home games. They beat STLCOP in a lopsided 106-48 win with no posted line. Then they lost to East Tennessee State, 75-92 as a 10-point home dog, failing to cover the spread. They take to the road for a 3-game road swing starting tonight at Western Illinois. Western Illinois opened at Indiana and bog blow out, losing to the Hoosiers 65-98 and failing to cover the 21-point dog line. They then returned home and lost again to Stetson, 75-77 as a 6.5-point home chalk. They will look for their first win of the season here tonight. Western a small favorite here tonight. But my own numbers have TMU as the favorite in this one. I'll take the road team here tonight. Play Tennessee Martin. |
11-13-19 | Ohio +5 v. Iona | 81-72 | Win | 100 | 8 h 5 m | Show
Ohio U Bobcats have opened with a pair of wins to start the season. They won their opener at St Bonny's 65-53, covering the spread as an 11-point road dog. Then they returned home and beat Heidelberg, 88-50 with no posted line. Iona has just one game under its belt and that was an OT road loss to LaSalle, 64-70 as a 1-point favorite. Iona is a 5 1/2 point home favorite here tonight. One of my numbers has this about the right line, but my other number has Ohio U as the team to win this game. I'm taking the points and looking for an outright Ohio win. Play Ohio U. |
11-13-19 | LSU +3 v. VCU | Top | 82-84 | Win | 100 | 7 h 4 m | Show |
LSU plays its second game of the season here tonight at VCU. The Tigers opened the season at home five days ago with a win over Bowling Green, 88-79, but didn't cover the 13-point chalk line. Not much on tap for LSU after tonight's contest as they have Nicholls State and UMBC on deck. VCU will play six straight home games to start the season. They opened with a win over St Francis-PA, 72-58 and then beat North Texas, 59-56. They failed to covers double-digit spreads in both of those games. One of my numbers has LSU as the team that can win this game tonight. Early in the season I have to lean on those numbers and I will take the points tonight. Play LSU. |

11-12-19 | Blazers -2 v. Kings | 99-107 | Loss | -103 | 11 h 44 m | Show
Portland snapped a four-game losing streak with a win at home over Atlanta in OT, 124-113. They had to cover 9-points in OT, but got there for their first cover in five games too. Sacramento has won three of its last four games and covered four straight. The Kings are off a win at Atlanta, 121-109. The Kings return home after a three game road trip. They are just 1-3 S/U in their last four home games both S/U and ATS. The Blazers are 5-2 ATS in their last seven road games. The Kings are just 1-8 ATS in their last nine vs the Western Conference and 1-6 against the Northwest division. The Blazers are 5-1-1 ATS in the last seven meetings with the Kings. I like them here tonight. Play Portland Trailblazers. |

11-12-19 | Texas-Arlington +5.5 v. Nevada | Top | 73-80 | Loss | -109 | 11 h 2 m | Show |
Texas Arlington is 2-0 S/U and 1-0 ATS to start their season. Arlington opened at home with a win over Texas-Dallas and then over a good Tulsa team, 73-59. Now Arlington hits the road for three straight tough opponents starting tonight with Nevada. Then they have to go to Oregon and then Gonzaga. Nevada lost its opener at home to Utah, 74-79 as a 5-point chalk and then beat Loyola Marymount at home, 72-67 but failing to cover the 9-point line. Tonight, Arlington a dog here against a team that has yet to cover. All my indicators are on the Arlington side here tonight. Play Texas Arlington. |

11-12-19 | Oral Roberts +6.5 v. Tulsa | 67-74 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 2 m | Show
Oral Roberts comes into its third game of the season tonight with a 1-1 S/U and 2-0 ATS mark. Oral Roberts put a bit of a scare into Oklahoma, losing 75-80 on the road as a 16-point dog. Then they returned home for a win over Houston Baptist, 95-81 for their second cover of the season. Tulsa opens with a 1-1 S/U and 0-2 ATS mark in its first two games. Tulsa also played Houston Baptist, winning by the slimmer margin of 80-72. Then they hit the road and lost at Texas Arlington, 59-73 and failing to cover the short 1.5 point dog line. Oral Roberts played Ok State to within just five points and now they get 6.5 at Tulsa. I'll take those points with a Oral Roberts team that looks better then they are getting credit for. Play Oral Roberts. |
