12-08-17 | Mavs v. Bucks -7 | Top | 102-109 | Push | 0 | 7 h 42 m | Show |
Bucks The Milwaukee Bucks seek payback for their most lopsided loss in nearly two years when they host the Dallas Mavericks on Friday. The Bucks were on a four-game winning streak and the Mavericks were occupying the basement in the Western Conference entering their matchup in Dallas on Nov. 17, when the hosts pulled off a shocking 111-79 rout. Milwaukee dropped two of its next three games but recovered with a 4-1 stretch, including Wednesday's 104-100 win over Detroit to open a three-game homestand. Dallas scored 122 points two nights before being held to 90 at Boston as its shooting percentage went from 57 to 39.5. Giannis Antetokounmpo celebrated his 23rd birthday with 25 points and 10 rebounds against Detroit, and he seems to have hit his stride with new point guard Eric Bledsoe (22 points). Milwaukee is 9-4 since acquiring Bledsoe, whose worst performance with the Bucks came in the loss at Dallas, when he was 2-for-10 from the floor and had six points in 22 minutes. He will atone for that performance tonight. Mavericks are 0-7 ATS in their last 7 Friday games. Bucks are 5-2-1 ATS in their last 8 games vs. a team with a losing straight up record. Home team is 6-1-1 ATS in the last 8 meetings. |

12-08-17 | Warriors v. Pistons +6 | Top | 102-98 | Win | 100 | 6 h 41 m | Show |
Pistons The Golden State Warriors passed their first test without Stephen Curry in the lineup and are one win away from sweeping their longest road trip of the season. The Warriors will try to cap off a 6-0 trip when they visit the Detroit Pistons on Friday. The Pistons are not quite as strong on the road and finished off a 0-4 trip with a 104-100 loss at Milwaukee on Wednesday. Each of the last three losses on the trip came by five or fewer points, and coach Stan Van Gundy lamented the things his team failed to do in Milwaukee. The bright spot in Wednesday's loss was Drummond, who collected 27 points on 12-of-16 shooting and 20 rebounds in his fourth straight double-double. Detroit earned a 115-107 win at Golden State on Oct. 29 behind a combined 45 points from Gs Reggie Jackson and Avery Bradley. Pistons are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600 and are 5-1-1 ATS in their last 7 vs. NBA Pacific. Home team is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings. |

12-08-17 | Cavs -4 v. Pacers | Top | 102-106 | Loss | -115 | 6 h 41 m | Show |
Cavs LeBron James continues to find different ways to lead his team to victories, and the Cleveland Cavaliers don't seem like they're going to lose anytime soon. James will try to guide the Cavaliers to a franchise-record 14th consecutive win when they visit the Central Division rival Indiana Pacers on Friday. James is putting up big numbers throughout the streak but did his finest work from beyond the arc on Wednesday, when he buried a season-high five 3-pointers on eight attempts in a 101-95 win over the Sacramento Kings. The Pacers opened a six-game homestand with a 98-96 win over the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday and are winners of two straight and eight of their last 11. Cleveland PF Kevin Love is enjoying a streak of four straight double-doubles. Cavaliers are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record. Pacers are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. Road team is 6-0 ATS in the last 6 meetings. |

12-07-17 | Lakers v. 76ers -7.5 | Top | 107-104 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 36 m | Show |
76ers The Los Angeles Lakers are struggling at the defensive end while dropping five in a row and are about to embark on a four-game Eastern Conference road trip. The Lakers will try to snap their slide and avenge an earlier loss when they kick off the trip by visiting the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday. Los Angeles is allowing an average of 118.6 points during its slide and dropped a 118-95 decision at home to the Houston Rockets on Sunday. The 76ers don't have any trouble seeing the progress that is being made by their organization, and a 115-101 home loss to the Phoenix Suns on Monday doesn't change the team's bright outlook. No. 2 overall pick Lonzo Ball is dealing with high expectations and tightness in his calves, both of which might be hampering his play. Ball, who went through practice with the team on Tuesday and is expected to play Thursday, was limited to 22 minutes in Sunday's loss and went 0-of-4 from the field, lowering his shooting percentage on the season to 31.3, including 25 percent from 3-point range. Philadelphia's rookie point guard is having no trouble getting acclimated to the NBA and Ben Simmons fought off an illness to collect 20 points, eight rebounds, seven assists and six steals in Monday's setback. The Australia native is shooting 50.3 percent from the floor while averaging 18 points, 9.3 rebounds, 7.1 assists and 2.3 steals. Simmons came up a rebound shy of a triple-double and added five steals in a 115-109 win at Los Angeles on Nov. 15 while Ball was held to two points on 1-of-9 shooting and two assists in 21 minutes. Lakers are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 road games. 76ers are 8-0 ATS in their last 8 games playing on 2 days rest and are 12-4 ATS in their last 16 games vs. a team with a losing straight up record. |

12-06-17 | Nuggets v. Pelicans -5 | Top | 114-123 | Win | 100 | 9 h 2 m | Show |
Pelicans The New Orleans Pelicans got a little feisty while going up against the defending champions on Monday, but it still didn't result in a win. The Pelicans will try to keep their emotions in check and hang onto a lead when they host the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday. New Orleans squandered a 20-point halftime lead and frustration seemed to boil over in the final minutes as a slew of technical fouls were handed out and DeMarcus Cousins was ejected. New Orleans is operating with frontcourt star Anthony Davis (groin) sidelined, and the Nuggets are in the same predicament with Nikola Jokic (ankle) considered day-to-day. Denver is 10-2 at home but just 3-8 on the road after kicking off a six-game trip with a 122-105 loss at Western Conference-worst Dallas on Monday. Nuggets are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 road games. Pelicans are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 when their opponent allows 100 points or more in their previous game. |

12-06-17 | Bulls v. Pacers -9.5 | Top | 96-98 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 1 m | Show |
Pacers The Indiana Pacers were recently having some trouble battling the teams near the top of their respective conferences, but they have no trouble winning games against teams below them in the standings. The Pacers will try to prove that once again when they host the NBA-worst Chicago Bulls on Wednesday. Indiana dropped games at Houston and Toronto before coming home on Monday and breezing past the New York Knicks 115-97 in the opener of a six-game homestand. The Bulls are losers of nine in a row and were run off the floor by the Cleveland Cavaliers in a 113-91 setback on Monday. Chicago seemed to be making progress with four losses by single digits, including a pair of one-point setbacks, before allowing Cleveland to shoot 51.9 percent from the floor. Indiana breezed to a 105-87 win at Chicago on Nov. 10 behind 25 points from SG Victor Oladipo. Bulls are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 road games and are 2-9-1 ATS in their last 12 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game. Pacers are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 games vs. a team with a winning % below .400 and are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games overall. Bulls are 1-7 ATS in the last 8 meetings in Indiana. |

12-04-17 | Bucks v. Celtics -4.5 | Top | 100-111 | Win | 100 | 8 h 60 m | Show |
Celtics The Boston Celtics will try to clinch a winning homestand and avenge their first loss at TD Garden this season when they host the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday. After dropping the opener of their five-game stay in Boston, the Celtics averaged 112 points in consecutive wins over Philadelphia and Phoenix. Al Horford was one of six Boston players in double figures in Saturday's 116-111 triumph over the Suns and he handed out a career-high 11 assists as Boston improved to 10-2 at home. The Celtics were 0-1 at home following a 108-100 loss to the Bucks on Oct. 18, and Milwaukee returns to Boston riding an 8-3 surge. Giannis Antetokounmpo, who had 37 points and 13 rebounds in the earlier win at TD Garden and 28 and 10 in a home loss to the Celtics eight days later. Horford had 27 points and nine rebounds in the 96-89 win at Milwaukee on Oct. 26. Bucks are 0-4-1 ATS in their last 5 vs. Eastern Conference. Celtics are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record and are 8-2-1 ATS in their last 11 home games. |

12-04-17 | Knicks v. Pacers -10 | Top | 97-115 | Win | 100 | 8 h 31 m | Show |
Pacers Victor Oladipo looks to follow up his best scoring night of the season and break his team out of a mini-slump when the Indiana Pacers host the injury-depleted New York Knicks on Monday. Oladipo scored 36 points on 14-of-22 shooting while adding seven rebounds, six assists, three steals and three blocks in Friday’s 120-115 setback at Toronto - the Pacers’ third loss in four contests. The Pacers must be better inside after giving up 70 points in the paint Friday, but Indiana won’t have to face New York’s top two scorers. Kristaps Porzingis (25.8), who recorded 40 points in a 108-101 win over the Pacers on Nov. 5, missed Sunday’s loss to Orlando with an ankle injury while Tim Hardaway Jr. (17.8) sat out with a left leg ailment and the Knicks told reporters both won’t make the trip to Indiana. New York has dropped four of its last five contests overall and four straight on the road. New York’s rookie SG Damyean Dotson made his first start Sunday in Hardaway’s spot and scored two points in 22 minutes. Knicks are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 road games. Pacers are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games following a straight up loss. Knicks are 2-9 ATS in the last 11 meetings in Indiana. |

12-02-17 | Pistons v. 76ers -5 | Top | 103-108 | Push | 0 | 9 h 58 m | Show |
76ers The Philadelphia 76ers have been shut down in recent days by two of the top teams in the Eastern Conference. They will try their hand at another high-ranking conference opponent when they host the Detroit Pistons on Saturday in the opener of a three-game homestand. After winning five of six, the 76ers hit a wall with a 113-91 loss to Cleveland on Monday and then dropped a 108-97 decision at Boston three nights later, recording two of the five games in which they have been held under 100 points this season. Star center Joel Embiid sat out the loss to the Celtics but will be back in action to take on fellow big man Andre Drummond, whose 15th double-double (14 points, 17 rebounds) was not nearly enough in a 109-91 loss at Washington on Friday. The Pistons led by six at halftime but were outscored 35-15 in the third quarter as their three-game winning streak came to an end in the opener of a four-game road trip. Philadelphia claimed the first meeting between the teams with a 97-86 triumph at Detroit on Oct. 23, limiting the Pistons to 38.8 percent from the floor. Pistons are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 when their opponent allows 100 points or more in their previous game. 76ers are 22-6 ATS in their last 28 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600. are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 home games. |

12-01-17 | Pistons -118 v. Wizards | Top | 91-109 | Loss | -118 | 6 h 34 m | Show |
Pistons The Washington Wizards are already enduring a stretch without one star guard and they now have to hold their breath on another. The Wizards hope to have sharpshooter Bradley Beal in the lineup Friday when they make a pit stop at home to take on the streaking Detroit Pistons. With John Wall sitting out his third straight game due to lingering knee issues, Beal took an elbow in the face during Wednesday's 118-113 loss at Philadelphia and will undergo further testing Thursday. But he is probable to play tonight. The Wizards would love to have all hands-on deck against a Pistons unit that has claimed three straight, including an impressive 10-point win at Eastern Conference-leading Boston and a 131-107 rout of Phoenix on Wednesday. This marks one of just two home games in a span of 25 days for Washington. Pistons are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game and are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 road games. Wizards are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 Friday games. |

11-30-17 | Cavs -7.5 v. Hawks | Top | 121-114 | Loss | -117 | 9 h 58 m | Show |
Cavs LeBron James is in the 15th season of a career that will finish in the Hall of Fame but still manages to find ways to do things he's never done in the NBA. The Cleveland Cavaliers expect to have James back on the court on Thursday when they visit the Atlanta Hawks after he was hit with his first career ejection on Tuesday. James collected 21 points on 10-of-16 shooting while adding 12 rebounds, six assists and five steals in 28 minutes against the Miami Heat on Tuesday but was not on the court to celebrate his team's ninth straight win after he was ejected for arguing a non-foul call. The Hawks don't need to see a well-motivated James or a red-hot Cleveland squad after suffering the worst loss of an already down season with a 112-78 home setback to the Toronto Raptors on Saturday. James' ejection on Tuesday overshadowed a dominant performance from forward Kevin Love, who scored a season-high 38 points while going 10-of-16 from the field and 14-of-17 from the free-throw line. The All-Star came up one rebound shy of his sixth double-double during the nine-game winning streak. Love will get a chance on Thursday to wipe away the memory of his worst performance of the season, when he managed four points on 1-of-6 shooting in a home loss to Atlanta on Nov. 5. Cavaliers are 15-5-1 ATS in their last 21 road games. Hawks are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games vs. a team with a road winning % of greater than .600. Cavaliers are 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings in Atlanta. |

11-29-17 | Hornets v. Raptors -7.5 | Top | 113-126 | Win | 100 | 8 h 4 m | Show |
Raptors The Toronto Raptors should be well-rested and primed to continue their solid play at home when they take on the visiting Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday. The Raptors had three full days off since capping a three-game road trip Saturday with a 34-point rout at Atlanta, which afforded coach Dwane Casey the opportunity to rest his starters down the stretch. Reserves Norman Powell and Pascal Siakam both had a team-high 31 minutes and combined for 30 points on 13-of-22 shooting as Toronto matched its largest margin of victory this season. The Hornets are coming off their most lopsided loss of the season, a 106-86 setback at home against San Antonio on Saturday. They are also going through a slow stretch of the schedule, as the visit to Toronto is one of just two games in a span of eight days. Kemba Walker has been downgraded to doubtful for this game tonight. Hornets are 2-9-1 ATS in their last 12 road games and are 1-5-1 ATS in their last 7 games following a straight up loss. Raptors are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games following a straight up win of more than 10 points and are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games playing on 3 or more days rest. |
|||||||
11-29-17 | Wizards v. 76ers -5 | Top | 113-118 | Push | 0 | 8 h 34 m | Show |
76ers The Washington Wizards are trying to navigate a period without four-time All-Star point guard John Wall by relying more on their bench. Washington hopes that formula can be successful again when it visits the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday, one night after its reserves outscored Minnesota's bench 49-11 in a 92-89 triumph. Wall (knee) will miss about two more weeks while shooting guard Bradley Beal had an off-night (eight points on 2-of-11 shooting) against the Timberwolves before the second unit saved the day. Philadelphia is a young team on the rise that had won five of six games prior to being routed by the Cavaliers and receiving a bit of a lesson. Embiid recorded 30 points and 11 rebounds in the setback, but the outside shooting was atrocious as the 76ers made just 3-of-28 shots from 3-point range. I look for that to improve tonight here vs. a tired Wizards team. Wizards are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 vs. NBA Atlantic. 76ers are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 home games and are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 vs. NBA Southeast. Wizards are 1-5 ATS in the last 6 meetings. |
|||||||
11-28-17 | Wizards v. Wolves UNDER 213.5 | Top | 92-89 | Win | 100 | 8 h 41 m | Show |
Wizards at Twolves under The Minnesota Timberwolves look to go 3-1 on a four-game homestand when they match up with the Washington Wizards on Tuesday. Minnesota is off to a strong 12-8 start and it could get better with four-time Washington All-Star John Wall sidelined with a left knee injury. Wall is expected to miss approximately two more weeks and the Wizards are mired in a slump in which they have dropped four of their last five games. Minnesota PG Jeff Teague (Achilles) could miss his third consecutive contest. Under is 6-1 in Wizards last 7 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game and is 9-2 in Wizards last 11 overall. Under is 8-0 in Timberwolves last 8 games following a straight up win and is 9-1 in Timberwolves last 10 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game. Under is 5-2 in the last 7 meetings in Minnesota. |
|||||||
11-27-17 | Magic v. Pacers -4 | Top | 109-121 | Win | 100 | 7 h 52 m | Show |
Pacers The Indiana Pacers were riding a five-game winning streak before running into the NBA-best Boston Celtics on Saturday, and they got a good look at what they need to do to move up in the Eastern Conference. The Pacers will try to put some of those lessons into practice and embark on another winning streak when they host the Orlando Magic on Monday. Indiana won't see the same type of defensive pressure against the Magic, who are losers of eight straight and are coming off a 130-111 setback at Philadelphia -- the fourth time during the slide that they surrendered at least 124 points. Orlando is allowing an average of 117 points during its eight-game slide, plummeting the team to 28th in the NBA in scoring defense (109.5) on the season. Indiana took the last five meetings in the series, including a 105-97 win at Orlando on Nov. 20. Magic are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 vs. Eastern Conference. Pacers are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 vs. NBA Southeast. Magic are 1-6 ATS in the last 7 meetings in Indiana. |
|||||||
11-24-17 | Heat v. Wolves -4.5 | Top | 109-97 | Loss | -105 | 8 h 59 m | Show |
Timberwolves The Miami Heat just ended the NBA's longest winning streak, and their reward is a four-game road trip. The Heat, who knocked off the NBA-best Boston Celtics at home on Friday, will begin their trek by visiting the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday. Miami coach Erik Spoelstra put his team through a pair of tough practices leading into the matchup with the Celtics after getting blown out 120-95 at home by Indiana on Sunday. The Timberwolves snapped out of their own funk with a 124-118 win over the Orlando Magic on Wednesday after back-to-back losses but nearly squandered a 26-point lead in the fourth quarter. Minnesota enjoyed a string of six of eight games holding opponents under 100 points -- winning all six -- but let up a bit on the defensive end over the last three contests. Look for that to improve tonight. The Timberwolves make up for some of those defensive issues on the other end of the floor and watched Jimmy Butler match a season high on Wednesday with 26 points while Taj Gibson (24), Jeff Teague (22) and Andrew Wiggins (20) all reached the 20-point plateau as well. Heat are 1-8-1 ATS in their last 10 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game. Timberwolves are 5-2-1 ATS in their last 8 games following a straight up win. |
|||||||
11-24-17 | Raptors -125 v. Pacers | Top | 104-107 | Loss | -125 | 8 h 58 m | Show |
Raptors The Indiana Pacers are suddenly one of the hotter teams in the NBA and can look forward to a stretch of the schedule filled with home games, beginning with a visit from the Toronto Raptors on Friday. The matchup begins a three-game homestand for the Pacers, who also play six in a row in Indianapolis early next month and 17 out of 24 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse through the middle of January. They enter the stretch on a four-game winning streak after a 105-97 victory at Orlando on Monday, with Victor Oladipo continuing his solid campaign with 29 points, nine rebounds and seven steals. The Raptors had a four-game winning streak of their own snapped with a 108-100 loss at the New York Knicks on Wednesday. The Knicks put forth an improbable 28-0 run during a dominant third quarter, and a fourth-quarter rally by Toronto fell well short. Kyle Lowry continued his turnaround after a slow start to the season with 25 points and 10 rebounds, and the veteran point guard is averaging 19.6 points, eight assists and 7.8 boards in his last five games. After a 118-95 loss to Houston at home on Nov. 12, Indiana was 6-8, had lost five of six and was searching for some answers. Toronto won nine of the last 11 meetings after taking two of three last season. Raptors are 4-1-1 ATS in their last 6 games following a straight up loss. Pacers are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 Friday games. Raptors are 9-4 ATS in the last 13 meetings in Indiana. |

11-22-17 | Blazers v. 76ers -4 | Top | 81-101 | Win | 100 | 8 h 22 m | Show |
76ers The Philadelphia 76ers did well to shake off the pain of a difficult loss to open their homestand and they will try to stay hot when they host the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday. The youthful 76ers suffered a second-half collapse against the Golden State to begin their stay in Philadelphia before pulling away for a 21-point win over Utah two days later. The Trail Blazers have been surviving in that same way of late, going 4-1 during a stretch in which they have held opponents to an average of 88.8 points. Monday began the first of two five-game road trips in less than a month for Portland. Big man Joel Embiid was questionable for the game against Utah due to knee pain, but he powered through for 15 points and 11 rebounds and provided a highlight by inducing a technical foul from Jazz rookie Donovan Mitchell after swatting Mitchell's shot. Rookie Ben Simmons didn't need much motivation all night as he went for 27 points and 10 boards, his fourth straight double-double. Portland SG Evan Turner is 3-for-22 from the floor over a four-game stretch. Trail Blazers are 1-6-1 ATS in their last 8 games playing on 1 days rest and are 3-7-1 ATS in their last 11 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record. 76ers are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games playing on 1 days rest. Trail Blazers are 0-4 ATS in the last 4 meetings. |
|||||||
11-20-17 | Jazz v. 76ers -5.5 | Top | 86-107 | Win | 100 | 6 h 11 m | Show |
76ers The Philadelphia 76ers showed they could play with the defending NBA champions and maybe even play better -- at least for one half. The 76ers will try to put a full four quarters together when they continue a six-game homestand by hosting the Utah Jazz on Monday. Philadelphia put up 47 first-quarter points against the Golden State Warriors on Saturday and were up 74-52 at the half before surrendering 47 points in the third quarter and going on to suffer a 124-116 setback. The Utah Jazz put together their best 48 minutes of the season with a 125-85 win at Orlando on Saturday that gave them a chance to come away even on the four-game road trip after dropping the first two at New York and Brooklyn. Utah dropped seven of its previous eight games before putting it all together against the Magic, including a 104-97 home loss to the 76ers on Nov. 7. The Jazz were 0-6 on the road prior to Saturday and surrendered an average of 112 points in their first two games of the current trip. Philadelphia snapped a nine-game losing streak in the series with the win at Utah on Nov. 7. Jazz are 1-8 ATS in their last 9 road games vs. a team with a losing home record. 76ers are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game. |
|||||||
11-18-17 | Warriors v. 76ers +9 | Top | 124-116 | Win | 100 | 8 h 2 m | Show |
76ers The Philadelphia 76ers seem to be getting better with each game and just finished up a west coast trip strong with a pair of wins in Los Angeles. The 76ers went 3-2 on that trip, with one of the losses coming at Golden State, and they will try to avenge that setback when they host the Warriors on Saturday. Just over a month into the regular season and it's clear that Philadelphia has two of the best building blocks in the NBA in center Joel Embiid and point guard Ben Simmons, and the former is coming off a career-high 46-point effort in a 115-109 win over the Lakers on Wednesday. Embiid and Philadelphia will be taking on a Warriors squad that had a seven-game winning streak snapped and scored a season low in a 92-88 loss at Boston on Thursday. Simmons nearly pulled off his third triple-double with 18 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds to go with five steals on Wednesday, but Embiid was the star of the L.A. stage. The 23-year-old center went 14-of-20 from the floor and added 15 rebounds, seven assists and seven blocked shots, becoming the first player to reach those totals in the same game since blocks began being kept as a statistic in 1973. Curry sat out a win on Monday over Orlando with a thigh bruise and was just 3-of-14 from the floor in his first game back. Warriors are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 vs. NBA Atlantic. 76ers are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 games playing on 2 days rest. Warriors are 1-9 ATS in the last 10 meetings in Philadelphia. |

11-18-17 | Jazz v. Magic -6.5 | Top | 125-85 | Loss | -105 | 8 h 31 m | Show |
Magic Somebody's three-game losing streak is coming to an end on Saturday, when the road-challenged Utah Jazz visit the Orlando Magic. Utah is the only winless road team in the NBA after losing in Brooklyn on Friday to fall to 0-6 away from home. The Jazz have lost seven of their last eight overall games, and coach Quin Snyder was disappointed with a defensive performance in which his squad allowed Brooklyn to make 17-of-37 3-point attempts in the 118-107 setback. Orlando, which has lost five of its last seven contests, is returning from a four-game road trip for two at home before beginning another four-game trek and isn't overly concerned with Utah's road woes. Point guard Ricky Rubio missed the loss to the Nets with a sore right Achilles and may not be available against the Magic. The stretch of five losses in seven games began after backup point guard D.J. Augustin was lost to a hamstring injury, and there's a chance he will be able to return to action Saturday. Magic SF Evan Fournier has recorded 10 20-point efforts while averaging 19.7 on 50.9 percent shooting. Jazz are 1-10 ATS in their last 11 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game. Magic are 6-1-1 ATS in their last 8 games following a straight up loss and are 5-1-1 ATS in their last 7 vs. Western Conference. |
|||||||
11-17-17 | Knicks v. Raptors -7.5 | Top | 84-107 | Win | 100 | 8 h 23 m | Show |
Raptors Bonus Play The Toronto Raptors are soaring on the offensive end and will try to stay hot when they host the New York Knicks on Friday in the opener of a quick two-game homestand. The Raptors scored at least 119 points in each of their wins during a 4-1 stretch, with the lone loss a one-point setback against the dominant Boston Celtics on the road. Toronto turned some heads by winning both ends of a road back-to-back at Houston and New Orleans while scoring an average of 127 points. The Knicks are making the same claim amid an 8-3 stretch, although seven of the wins have come at home and they lost each of their last seven games against Toronto. Raptors SG DeMar DeRozan averaged 32 points in four wins against the Knicks last season. New York PF Kristaps Porzingis is averaging 21 points - nearly eight below his season average - over the last two games and shot below 50 percent from the field in consecutive outings for the first time this season. He is still not at 100%. Knicks are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600 and are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 vs. NBA Atlantic. Raptors are 23-9 ATS in their last 32 vs. NBA Atlantic. Home team is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings. |

11-17-17 | Pistons +1.5 v. Pacers | Top | 100-107 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 52 m | Show |
Pistons Vegas Insider Play Detroit Pistons head coach Stan Van Gundy knew that a portion of the schedule filled with road games would provide a real test for his fast-starting squad. The Pistons failed the first section of that test and will try to rebound when they continue a three-game road trip at the Indiana Pacers on Friday. After sweeping five straight at home to run its record to 10-3, Detroit began a span in which it plays nine of 11 on the road with a 99-95 loss at Milwaukee on Wednesday. Guard Avery Bradley was one of the only Detroit players to find an offensive rhythm on Wednesday, finishing with a season-high 28 points while making 6-of-10 3-pointers. The defensive stalwart is averaging 22.2 points while hitting 48.6 percent of his long-range attempts in six games this month. Veteran point guard Darren Collison averaged eight points on 36.5 percent shooting during Indiana's recent 1-5 swoon. Pistons SF Tobias Harris made five 3-pointers and finished with 23 points in the win over the Pacers last week. Pistons are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game and are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 road games. Pacers are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game. |

11-16-17 | Warriors v. Celtics +7.5 | Top | 88-92 | Win | 100 | 9 h 8 m | Show |
Celtics The Boston Celtics are the "team of the future in the East," according to Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr, but the present looks pretty spectacular as well. The Celtics will test themselves against the defending NBA champions and try to run their winning streak to 14 straight when they host the Warriors on Thursday. The Celtics own the best defense in the NBA, limiting opponents to an average of 94.5 points, and will be going up against the NBA's best offense in Golden State, which is putting up an average of 119.6 points. The Warriors own the second-longest winning streak in the NBA at seven games, and they are crushing opponents by an average of 19.9 points in that span. Golden State star point guard Stephen Curry sat out Monday's 110-100 win over the Orlando Magic with a thigh contusion but is probable to return when the Warriors kick off a four-game road trip on Thursday but will not be 100%. Boston has its own point guard fighting through an injury in Irving, who sat out a 95-94 win over the Toronto Raptors on Sunday with a facial fracture suffered in the previous game but returned on Tuesday and played with a mask in a 109-102 victory at Brooklyn. Celtics C Al Horford is 16-of-19 from the floor in two games since returning from a concussion. Warriors are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600 and are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 vs. NBA Atlantic. Celtics are 5-0-1 ATS in their last 6 home games and are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 vs. Western Conference. Warriors are 1-4-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings. |

11-15-17 | Jazz v. Knicks -3.5 | Top | 101-106 | Win | 100 | 8 h 16 m | Show |
Knicks The New York Knicks will try to bounce back from a second-half collapse when they host the Utah Jazz on Wednesday in the finale of a three-game homestand. After routing Sacramento in the opener of the homestand, the Knicks built a 23-point lead against a listless and seemingly frustrated Cleveland Cavaliers squad Monday night before LeBron James helped the visitors storm back to steal a win. New York will take aim at a struggling Jazz squad that is without star center Rudy Gobert (knee) for about a month and remains the only Western Conference team without a road win (0-4). Utah completed a stretch in which it played eight of nine at home with a 109-98 loss to Minnesota on Monday, its fifth defeat in six games. Rookie Donovan Mitchell scored 24 points on 10-of-19 shooting but his fellow starters were 9-for-29 from the floor as the Jazz scored fewer than 100 points for the eighth time. Knicks PF Kristaps Porzingis is averaging 31 points on 52.9 percent at home. Jazz are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games playing on 1 days rest and are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 vs. NBA Atlantic. Knicks are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 home games and are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games playing on 1 days rest. Jazz are 2-10 ATS in the last 12 meetings in New York. |

11-14-17 | Celtics -7 v. Nets | Top | 109-102 | Push | 0 | 8 h 57 m | Show |
Celtics The Boston Celtics hope to have Kyrie Irving in the lineup when they seek their 13th straight victory in Tuesday's road game against the Brooklyn Nets. Irving suffered a facial fracture on Friday and missed one game but was cleared to travel with the Celtics for the game against the Nets. The Celtics have termed Irving questionable for the contest and he has been fitted with a mask to protect the fracture directly below his right eye. Boston's winning streak matches its third-longest in the past 30 years, but the players are trying not to get caught up in the number of consecutive victories. The Nets will be without leading scorer D'Angelo Russell (knee), who is slated to miss multiple games due to the injury he suffered during Saturday's 114-106 loss to the Utah Jazz. Center Al Horford is averaging 15.2 points and 8.7 rebounds and posted his third 20-point outing of the campaign when he had 21 points on 8-of-9 shooting in the win over the Raptors. Boston held opponents under 100 on 11 occasions during its 12-game winning streak. The Celtics went 4-0 against the Nets last season and won the past five meetings. Celtics are 13-3 ATS in their last 16 road games. Nets are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. Road team is 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings. |

11-10-17 | Hornets v. Celtics -2.5 | Top | 87-90 | Win | 100 | 7 h 5 m | Show |
Celtics Even as the injuries mount for the Boston Celtics, so do the wins, and the hottest team in the NBA seeks an 11th consecutive victory Friday night against the visiting Charlotte Hornets. Playing without center Al Horford (concussion protocol) and losing star rookie Jayson Tatum (ankle) in the second quarter, the Celtics worked their way past the rival Los Angeles Lakers by a 107-96 margin Wednesday. Their 10-game run, which came on the heels of an 0-2 start that included the loss of prize free-agent signee Gordon Hayward, features four victories at home and nine in which Boston's opponent was held to 96 points or fewer. The Celtics swept the four-game season series in 2016-17. Hornets are 1-8 ATS in their last 9 road games. Celtics are 8-0 ATS in their last 8 home games vs. a team with a losing road record. Hornets are 0-4 ATS in the last 4 meetings. Cheap line with some Celtic injuries but still worth back Boston. |

11-09-17 | Cavs v. Rockets -5.5 | Top | 113-117 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 9 m | Show |
Rockets Dwyane Wade's criticism of the Cleveland Cavaliers' starting five was answered in a big way on Tuesday, at least offensively. Lebron James and his fellow Cavaliers starters will try to keep up their high level of production when they visit James Harden and the Houston Rockets on Thursday. The starters and the bench will have to score to keep pace with the Rockets, who are hitting their stride with wins in three straight. Houston scored a season high in a 137-110 win over the Utah Jazz on Sunday as Harden did his best James impression with 56 points and 13 assists. Harden went 19-of-25 from the floor and 7-of-8 from 3-point range en route to his career-high 56 points against the Jazz. Harden is getting plenty of support from shooting guard Eric Gordon, who is averaging 23.1 points on the season and knocked down 6-of-11 from 3-point range on Sunday. The home team took each of the two meetings last season. Cavaliers are 2-8-1 ATS in their last 11 vs. Western Conference and are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 vs. NBA Southwest. Rockets are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games playing on 3 or more days rest. Cavaliers are 2-10 ATS in the last 12 meetings in Houston. |

11-09-17 | Pelicans v. Raptors -5 | Top | 118-122 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 29 m | Show |
Raptors The dynamic duo of Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins is proving to be too big a handful for most opponents. Davis and Cousins will try to lead the New Orleans Pelicans to a fourth straight win when they visit the Toronto Raptors on Thursday. Davis and Cousins combined for 69 points and 27 rebounds in a 117-112 win at the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday and drove the Pelicans within one win of sweeping a four-game road trip. The Raptors have a pair of All-Stars in the backcourt but are struggling with consistency on both ends while trying to open up the offense. Toronto knocked off the lowly Chicago Bulls 119-114 at home on Tuesday but squandered a 20-point halftime lead and allowed them to shoot 50 percent from the floor. Look for them to improve on that effort. DeMar DeRozan bailed out the defense with 24 points in the win and is averaging 29 over the last three contests. Look for him and K. Lowry to have big games tonight. Toronto swept the two-game season series in each of the last two campaigns. Pelicans are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game. Raptors are 15-7-2 ATS in their last 24 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. Pelicans are 3-11-1 ATS in the last 15 meetings. |

11-07-17 | Bucks +5.5 v. Cavs | Top | 119-124 | Win | 100 | 8 h 16 m | Show |
Bucks The Cleveland Cavaliers snapped a four-game losing streak by jumping on LeBron James' back on Friday, but they learned on Sunday that can't be an every-game occurrence. The Cavaliers will try to get their star some help and avoid another loss when they host the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday. Cleveland went up against an Atlanta Hawks' squad that had dropped eight in a row on Sunday and fell 117-115 at home, prompting Dwyane Wade to point the finger at the starting five. The Bucks are enduring their own slump and limp in Cleveland losers of three in a row. If there is an heir to James' throne as the best all-around player in the league, it could be Milwaukee small forward Giannis Antetokounmpo, who can play all five positions and is just beginning to reach superstar status. The 22-year-old is averaging 31 points on 58.3 percent shooting, 9.9 rebounds, five assists, 1.4 blocks and 1.7 steals. Love (illness) was removed from Sunday's game and taken to the Cleveland Clinic, and he is day-to-day. Bucks are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games vs. a team with a losing home record. Cavaliers are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games overall. Road team is 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings. Take the points with the young Bucks’. |

11-04-17 | Warriors -9 v. Nuggets | Top | 127-108 | Win | 100 | 5 h 43 m | Show |
Warriors The Golden State Warriors are playing superb on their road trip and look to make it a three-game sweep when they visit the Denver Nuggets on Saturday. Golden State walloped the Los Angeles Clippers and San Antonio by an average of 24 points before arriving in the Mile High City. The Warriors rolled up 141 points in a 28-point rout of the Clippers and then looked just as good in a 112-92 win over the Spurs on Thursday. The offense has been clicking as Golden State leads the NBA in scoring (120 points per game) and blocked shots (9.1) while ranking second in 3-point field goals made (13.4). Denver is 2-0 on a six-game homestand after power forward Paul Millsap hit three free throws with 11.8 seconds left in Friday's 95-94 victory over Miami. Millsap scored a season-best 27 points for his second 20-point performance of the campaign for his new club. Shooting guard Klay Thompson is off to a solid start as he scored 27 points on 11-of-17 shooting and made five 3-pointers in the win over the Spurs. Thompson is shooting 52.7 percent - including 45.7 from 3-point range - and is marveling at the overall figure, which would represent a career high if he can sustain it. "It would be awesome to shoot that percentage from the floor throughout the whole year. DENVER IS JUST 2-12 VS. THE NUMBER AT HOME PLAYING ON BACK-TO-BACK NIGHTS! |

11-03-17 | Raptors v. Jazz -1.5 | Top | 109-100 | Loss | -108 | 8 h 29 m | Show |
Jazz The Utah Jazz will try to stay perfect at home when they wrap up a four-game homestand against the Toronto Raptors on Friday. The Jazz outlasted Portland in overtime 112-103 on Wednesday to improve to 5-0 at Vivint Smart Home Arena, the best home record in the NBA and the franchise's best start at home since 2012. Ricky Rubio has settled in well in Utah and the veteran point guard provided a season-high 30 points against the Trail Blazers to raise his average to a team-high 17.5. The Raptors are 2-3 on their six-game road trip after falling 129-111 at Denver on Wednesday, which came on the heels of back-to-back wins in which they held opponents to an average of 88.5 points. Jazz Rookie guard Donovan Mitchell posted a personal-best 28 points against Portland and topped the 20-point mark in two of his last three contests. The Raptors are shooting 30.7 percent from beyond the arc, worst in the Eastern Conference entering Thursday. Raptors are 1-4-1 ATS in their last 6 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600. Jazz are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 home games and are 13-3-1 ATS in their last 17 games playing on 1 days rest. |

11-03-17 | Bucks v. Pistons -2 | Top | 96-105 | Win | 100 | 6 h 28 m | Show |
Pistons The Detroit Pistons were on the verge of sweeping a three-game west coast swing before suffering a letdown in the finale, but a five-game homestand should get them back on track. The Pistons will open that stretch on Friday by hosting the Central Division-rival Milwaukee Bucks, who are losers of three of their last four games. Detroit knocked off the Los Angeles Clippers to begin the trip and fought for a 115-107 win over the defending champion Golden State Warriors the next night, only to fall to the Lakers 113-93. The Bucks struggled to get back on defense as well in a 126-121 loss at Charlotte on Wednesday after suffering through a 110-91 loss to Oklahoma City at home the night before. Milwaukee star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo suffered through his worst game of the young season on Wednesday, scoring a season-low 14 points and shooting a season-worst 5-of-16 from the floor. Pistons C Andre Drummond recorded a double-double in five of the last six games. Bucks are 1-5-1 ATS in their last 7 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record. Pistons are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games following a straight up loss of more than 10 points. |

11-02-17 | Lakers v. Blazers -6.5 | Top | 110-113 | Loss | -105 | 11 h 59 m | Show |
Trail Blazers The Portland Trail Blazers will try to maintain their recent mastery of the Los Angeles Lakers in the opener of their six-game homestand on Thursday. The Trail Blazers have won 12 straight meetings between the rivals since the Lakers' last triumph in March 2014, including four last season by an average of 13.3 points. Portland will have to muster up some energy after it dropped a 112-103 overtime decision at Utah on Wednesday in which they will do. Lillard has scored at least 20 points in eight straight games against the Lakers. Lakers are 14-36-1 ATS in their last 51 games following a straight up win of more than 10 points. Trail Blazers are 7-1-1 ATS in their last 9 games playing on 0 days rest and are 9-2-1 ATS in their last 12 games vs. a team with a losing straight up record. Favorite is 9-1 ATS in the last 10 meetings. Lakers are 16-42 ATS in the last 58 meetings. |

11-01-17 | Blazers v. Jazz -3.5 | Top | 103-112 | Win | 100 | 10 h 37 m | Show |
Jazz Becoming more efficient on offense is an ongoing quest for the Portland Trail Blazers. One of the NBA's top-scoring teams, the Trail Blazers (4-3) are averaging 107.6 points per game while presenting a consistent threat from the perimeter. Inside the 3-point arc, it's a different story. Portland shoots just 42.8 percent from the field, which ranks just 24th in the league. Evidence of inconsistency in that area surfaced in a 99-85 loss to the Toronto Raptors on Monday. The Blazers scored a franchise-low six points in the second quarter against. They missed 18 of their first 19 shots in the quarter and fell behind by 19 points heading into halftime. Creating offense won't be easy against Utah. The Jazz's defense hasn't lost a step from the level it reached a year ago. Utah (4-3) gave Dallas fits for four quarters in a 104-89 win over the Mavericks on Monday. The Jazz forced 24 turnovers and turned them into 33 points. It helped counteract sizzling perimeter shooting from Dallas and break open a close game in the fourth quarter. On its home court, Utah has held three consecutive opponents under 90 points and has won all four contests by nine or more points. The Jazz are showing a knack for consistently forcing tough shots and getting hands into passing lanes, leaving visiting teams thoroughly flustered by the fourth quarter. Back the Jazz at home. |

11-01-17 | Wolves v. Pelicans -1.5 | Top | 104-98 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 37 m | Show |
Pelicans The 4-3 Minnesota Timberwolves displayed calm under fire recently, winning their past two games over the Oklahoma City Thunder and Miami Heat by three points each. The 3-4 New Orleans Pelicans would rather forget about a 115-99 home drubbing at the hands of the Orlando Magic on Monday in which they showed little effort and no firepower, scoring just 35 points in the second half. When the teams meet Wednesday night at the Smoothie King Center, the Timberwolves will be looking to avenge a three-game regular-season sweep by the Pelicans last year. On Tuesday, Pelicans center DeMarcus Cousins took the fall for New Orleans' flat performance against the Magic. Cousins came into the game averaging 36.3 points, 16.0 rebounds and 6.3 assists a game, and he was named the Western Conference Player of the Week on the strength of his efforts in helping the Pelicans win two of three games. He’ll come to play tonight. Take the Pelicans at home laying the small number. |

10-31-17 | Pistons -3.5 v. Lakers | Top | 93-113 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 42 m | Show |
Pistons The Detroit Pistons look to finish off a three-game California excursion with their fourth consecutive overall win when they visit the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday. The Pistons posted a pair of eight-point victories over the Los Angeles Clippers and Golden State Warriors and are enjoying a strong start to the campaign. Sunday's 115-107 victory over the Warriors on the second night of a back-to-back was an impressive accomplishment for Detroit, which knocked down 12 3-pointers and connected on all 17 free-throw attempts. The Lakers aren't finding much enjoyment after back-to-back defeats, including setting a season low for points in Saturday's 96-81 road loss against the Utah Jazz. Los Angeles rookie point guard Lonzo Ball is experiencing more downs than ups while shooting 31.1 percent from the field and scoring in single digits in five of six games. The Pistons have won the past three meetings after losing 12 of the previous 13. Pistons are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 road games and are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 vs. Western Conference. Lakers are 5-17-1 ATS in their last 23 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game. |

10-28-17 | 76ers -110 v. Mavs | Top | 112-110 | Win | 100 | 9 h 18 m | Show |
Sixers The Philadelphia 76ers are a team with a lot of promise but are still figuring out how to put all the pieces together and close games in crunch time. The 76ers will try to bounce back from a tough loss and execute better down the stretch when they visit the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday. Philadelphia looked to be on the verge of back-to-back wins before going scoreless over the final three minutes and giving up a last-second 3-pointer in a 105-104 loss to the Houston Rockets on Wednesday. The Mavericks have their own struggles with execution and fell to 1-5 with a 96-91 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies on Thursday. Dallas fell behind by 22 points and could not make up the deficit while shooting just 34 percent from the field on the second night of a back-to-back. Philadelphia snapped an eight-game losing streak in the series with a 116-74 home win over Dallas on March 17. 76ers are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 road games vs. a team with a losing home record. Mavericks are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games playing on 1 days rest. |

10-26-17 | Pelicans -1.5 v. Kings | Top | 114-106 | Win | 100 | 11 h 24 m | Show |
Pelicans DeMarcus Cousins is returning to Sacramento to face his former team, but he could be without his star teammate. The New Orleans Pelicans got some good news on the injury front but could be missing Anthony Davis in the short term when they visit the Sacramento Kings on Thursday. Davis left Tuesday's 103-93 loss at Portland five minutes into the first quarter with a knee injury and underwent an MRI that came back clean, leaving his status as day-to-day, but he is doubtful tonight. The Kings are returning home after a three-game road trip and handed the Phoenix Suns their first win of the season with a 117-115 decision on Monday. The biggest piece coming back to Sacramento in the deal that sent Cousins away last winter was shooting guard Buddy Hield, who is shooting 35.8 percent from the floor and was limited to 17 minutes despite starting on Monday. Cousins' attitude and inability to connect with coaches and teammates hastened his exit from Sacramento, but he doesn't seem to be having those issues in New Orleans. Cousins collected 37 points and 13 rebounds in his first game against Sacramento - a 117-89 New Orleans win on March 31. Pelicans are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of less than .400. Kings are 15-37-1 ATS in their last 53 games playing on 2 days rest. Pelicans are 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings. |

10-25-17 | Raptors +12 v. Warriors | Top | 112-117 | Win | 100 | 11 h 45 m | Show |
Raptors After an uneven start to the season, the Golden State Warriors finally started looking like the defending champions in a 133-103 thrashing of the Dallas Mavericks on Monday. The Warriors will try to maintain that level of play when they host the host the Toronto Raptors in the opener of a three-game homestand on Wednesday. Golden State dropped two of its first three games and was struggling on the defensive end before holding the Mavericks to 39.6 percent shooting in Monday's win. The Raptors promise to be a much tougher team to guard and began their six-game road trip with a 101-97 loss at San Antonio on Monday. Toronto is restructuring its offense a bit this season to encourage more shooting and ball movement, and it struggled to 10-of-37 from 3-point range against the Spurs. Warriors are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 vs. NBA Atlantic. To many points to pass up. |

10-25-17 | Wolves v. Pistons -105 | Top | 101-122 | Win | 100 | 7 h 16 m | Show |
Pistons The Minnesota Timberwolves will try to rebound from an ugly home loss when they visit the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday. Two days after an impressive win at Oklahoma City, the Timberwolves returned home to sustain a 130-107 loss to the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday, allowing the Pacers to shoot a franchise-record 66.7 percent from the floor and getting outscored 69-46 after halftime. Andrew Wiggins had at least 21 points in each of the first three games this season before he was held to seven in Tuesday's loss, his lowest total since he had the same result Nov. 19 at Memphis. Shabazz Muhammad started in place of Butler and had 14 points, but he was part of a starting unit that went 0-for-6 from 3-point range and 5-for-12 from the foul line. Harris mentioned a lack of energy early in the loss to the 76ers and Detroit has been outscored by nine points in the first quarter in each of its last two games, a scenario that has coach Stan Van Gundy reconsidering his rotation. Harris averaged 24.3 points over the first three games of the season before being held to 11 against Philadelphia. Detroit has won four straight meetings. |

10-24-17 | Jazz +4.5 v. Clippers | Top | 84-102 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 28 m | Show |
Jazz The Utah Jazz defeated the Los Angeles Clippers in a seven-game playoff series last season but both teams saw a star player leave as they meet for the first time this season on Tuesday in Salt Lake City. Clippers point guard Chris Paul was traded to the Houston Rockets after the first-round series loss while Jazz small forward Gordon Hayward departed as a free agent to sign with the Boston Celtics. Los Angeles has turned things over to Blake Griffin and the power forward scored 29 points in each of his team's first two games while collecting an average of 10 rebounds. Utah figures to rely more on center Rudy Gobert, who posted three consecutive double-doubles to open the season after recording 58 last season. Four players average between 14 and 15 points for the Jazz, including new point guard Ricky Rubio (14.7 points, 8.3 assists). ABOUT THE JAZZ (2-1): Veteran Joe Ingles has been the recipient of extra playing time due to the departure of Hayward and he is averaging 14.7 points while making 12-of-19 3-point shot attempts. The 30-year-old Australian averaged 7.1 points as a reserve last season and has made at least three 3-pointers in each game, including five in Saturday's 96-87 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder. ABOUT THE CLIPPERS (2-0): New starting point guard Milos Teodosic suffered a plantar fascia injury in his left foot during Saturday's win over the Phoenix Suns and will be sidelined indefinitely. The 30-year-old Serbian was a six-time All-EuroLeague selection, and tough-nosed Patrick Beverley (12.5 points, 3.5 steals) will pick up some of the ball-handling duties while Austin Rivers will move into the starting lineup. Jazz are 8-0 ATS in their last 8 road games. Clippers are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games. |

10-20-17 | Jazz v. Wolves -4 | Top | 97-100 | Loss | -115 | 6 h 15 m | Show |
Timberwolves The new-look Minnesota Timberwolves stumbled out of the gate with some meager contributions from a handful of newcomers. The Utah Jazz had no such issues with a retooled roster in their opener and look to stay perfect on the young season when they visit the Timberwolves on Friday night. Playing their first game since losing longtime star Gordon Hayward to free agency, the Jazz rallied around holdover Alec Burks (16 points in 15 minutes) in a 106-96 win over Denver on Wednesday. Andrew Wiggins scored 26 points to lead Minnesota in its 107-99 loss to San Antonio and Karl-Anthony Towns added 18 and 13 rebounds. Imports Jimmy Butler, Jeff Teague and Taj Gibson combined for 29 points on 11-of-29 shooting. They will have a much better night tonight. Minnesota won its home opener last season by 36 points over Memphis, the fourth-largest margin of victory in franchise history. The Jazz were just 4-15 vs. the number as a road dog last season, and they are an underdog in this game. Jazz are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 vs. NBA Northwest. Timberwolves are 7-2-1 ATS in their last 10 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600. |

10-18-17 | Hornets v. Pistons -3 | Top | 90-102 | Win | 100 | 4 h 44 m | Show |
Pistons The Eastern Conference looks very top-loaded, with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Boston Celtics, Toronto Raptors and Washington Wizards again expected to leave the rest of the teams in the dust. The Detroit Pistons and the Charlotte Hornets, who open their respective seasons against each other in the inaugural NBA regular season game at Little Caesars Arena in downtown Detroit on Wednesday, are trying to join the party after both missing out on the postseason last spring. The Pistons looked like playoff contenders at times in 2016-17 but were hurt by injuries to point guard Reggie Jackson and some growing pains from star center Andre Drummond, who is taking on a bigger role in the offense. The Pistons brought in SG Avery Bradley in a trade from Boston over the summer and will start him in the backcourt. The Pistons took three of the four meetings last season, including both in Detroit. Hornets are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 vs. Eastern Conference. Favorite is 8-2 ATS in the last 10 meetings. |

06-12-17 | Cavs +9 v. Warriors | Top | 120-129 | Push | 0 | 11 h 34 m | Show |
Cavs The Cleveland Cavaliers avoided the sweep and aim to remain alive again on Monday when they visit the Golden State Warriors in Game 5 of the NBA Finals. The Cavaliers rolled to an impressive 137-116 victory in Game 4 when they drained a Finals' record 24 3-pointers and badly outplayed Golden State. Cleveland exposed the Warriors' defense with Finals' records for first-quarter points (49) and halftime points (86) and received a sensational offensive performance from point guard Kyrie Irving. I’m looking for the Cavs to hang tough and get the cover here in game five. |
|||||||
06-09-17 | Warriors v. Cavs +6.5 | Top | 116-137 | Win | 100 | 7 h 59 m | Show |
Cavs + 6.5 The Cleveland Cavaliers took their best shot and still fell short in Game 3 and now stand on the brink of elimination in the NBA Finals. The Cavaliers will try to begin a historic comeback from a 3-0 deficit and avoid starting the summer early when they host the Golden State Warriors in Game 4 on Friday. Durant isn't the only Warriors player enjoying a strong series as Stephen Curry continues to put the pain of last year's Finals loss in the rearview mirror by averaging 28.7 points, 9.7 rebounds and nine assists in the series. James is averaging 32 points on 55.4 percent shooting, 12.3 rebounds and 10.3 assists in the series and Irving adds an average of 27 points, but the rest of the team is struggling to find a scoring rhythm. I see the Cavs not laying down here in game four. |

06-09-17 | Warriors v. Cavs OVER 227 | Top | 116-137 | Win | 100 | 7 h 58 m | Show |
Warriors/Cavs over Over is 7-1 in Warriors last 8 games following a straight up win and is 7-1 in Warriors last 8 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game. Over is 23-8 in Cavaliers last 31 games following a straight up loss and is 31-15-1 in Cavaliers last 47 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game. Over is 5-2 in the last 7 meetings in Cleveland. Look for another shoot-out here on Friday Night. |

06-07-17 | Warriors v. Cavs +4 | Top | 118-113 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 46 m | Show |
Cavs + 4 The Cleveland Cavaliers didn't put up much of a fight while losing the first two games of the NBA Finals and aim to start a turnaround when they host the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday. Cleveland fell into a hole last season as well before winning the final three games to beat the Warriors and claim the title. Cleveland collapsed in the third quarter of each of the first two games as it wilted under Golden State's offensive firepower. Both coach Tyronn Lue and star forward LeBron James will find a way to change that here at home. James recorded 29 points, 14 assists and 11 rebounds in Game 2 for his eighth career postseason triple-double, tying for first all-time with legendary Magic Johnson. I’m looking for his teammates to step up and help him get the win tonight. Home team is 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings. |

06-07-17 | Warriors v. Cavs UNDER 227 | Top | 118-113 | Loss | -115 | 10 h 46 m | Show |
Warriors/Cavs under 227 In spite of what the press and the team is saying I think the only way for the Cavs to be in this game is to slow the ball down and not let the Warriors run. If they can get the job done on defense like they did last year in game three of the finals we’ll be looking at under the total. Under is 19-7 in Warriors last 26 vs. Eastern Conference. Under is 4-1 in Cavaliers last 5 vs. a team with a winning straight up record. Under is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings. |
|||||||
06-04-17 | Cavs v. Warriors UNDER 221 | Top | 113-132 | Loss | -115 | 31 h 20 m | Show |
Game Two Cavs/Warriors under The Golden State Warriors sent a harsh message to the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 1 of the NBA Finals and will try to take a 2-0 lead in the series when they host Game 2 on Sunday. The Warriors thrashed the Cavaliers 113-91 in Thursday's opener as Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry had little trouble navigating the Cleveland defense. Under is 10-4 in Cavaliers last 14 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of greater than .600. Under is 33-16-2 in Warriors last 51 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. Under is 9-1-2 in the last 12 meetings in Golden State. The ‘under’ has hit in four consecutive Game 2's of the Finals as the last 'over' cashed in 2010 between the Lakers and Celtics. Bottom line is the Cavs must slow the game down to have a chance of keeping this a close game. |
|||||||
06-01-17 | Cavs +7 v. Warriors | Top | 91-113 | Loss | -105 | 9 h 38 m | Show |
Cavs + 7 The Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers clash in the NBA Finals for the third straight season and the festivities begin Thursday in Oakland, Calif. The Warriors won the title two years ago and the Cavaliers rallied from a 3-1 deficit last season to win their first-ever title. I’m taking the points here in Game One in what I expect to be a very close game in the 4th quarter. Cavaliers are 7-0-1 ATS in their last 8 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of greater than .600 and are 8-2-1 ATS in their last 11 games overall. Warriors are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games vs. a team with a winning road record and are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games playing on 3 or more days rest. Cavaliers are 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings. |
|||||||
06-01-17 | Cavs v. Warriors UNDER 223.5 | Top | 91-113 | Win | 100 | 9 h 37 m | Show |
Under 223.5 The Cavs and Warriors meet for the third straight year in the NBA Finals and this very well could be one of the best and most competitive in many years. I’m backing the under in Game One as both teams have had lots of rest and should be a little rusty. Under is 9-4 in Cavaliers last 13 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of greater than .600. Under is 28-13-2 in Warriors last 43 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. Under is 8-1-2 in the last 11 meetings in Golden State. |

05-25-17 | Cavs -9.5 v. Celtics | Top | 135-102 | Win | 100 | 8 h 58 m | Show |
Cavs The Cleveland Cavaliers are one victory away from joining the Golden State Warriors in a high-profile NBA Finals' rematch. Second-seeded Cleveland looks to sew up its spot when it visits the top-seeded Boston Celtics in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals on Thursday. The Cavaliers took a 3-1 lead with a 112-99 victory in Game 4 as point guard Kyrie Irving (42 points) and small forward LeBron James (34) scored at will. Cleveland looked in jeopardy of returning to Boston with the series tied before a torrid second half in which it outscored the Celtics 65-42. The Celtics haven't found the home floor to be much help against the Cavaliers as they lost the first two games by an average of 28.5 points. Guard Marcus Smart was a Game 3 hero with 27 points as he capably stepped up in the wake of Isaiah Thomas' season-ending hip injury. But he was unable to follow up that outing as he had just eight points on 1-of-9 shooting in Game 4 for his third single-digit deficit of the series. Cavaliers are 6-0-1 ATS in their last 7 road games. Celtics are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. I look for James, Irving and Love to be highly motivated to end the series and get a week of rest before the Finals vs. the Warriors. |
|||||||
05-23-17 | Celtics v. Cavs OVER 216.5 | Top | 99-112 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 20 m | Show |
Celtics/Cavs over The Boston Celtics recorded an improbable victory to get back in the series and now attempt to even it up when they visit the second-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference finals. The Celtics appeared ready to go down meekly after losing star point guard Isaiah Thomas but instead posted a final-second 111-108 victory on Sunday to trim their deficit to 2-1. Thomas (hip) is done for the postseason, so it was backcourt mate Avery Bradley taking the big shot and delivering the game-winning 3-pointer with 0.1 seconds left to cap a comeback from a 21-point, third-quarter deficit. James was on a tear with eight consecutive 30-points efforts and was averaging 34.3 points before he basically disappeared in the second half by missing eight of nine shots and finishing 4-of-13 from the field. Don’t look for that to happen again. Over is 7-2 in Celtics last 9 Conference Finals games. Over is 8-3 in Cavaliers last 11 games playing on 1 days rest. Over is 4-0 in the last 4 meetings in Cleveland. |
|||||||
05-21-17 | Celtics v. Cavs UNDER 217 | Top | 111-108 | Loss | -115 | 6 h 16 m | Show |
Celtics/Cavs under 216 The Cleveland Cavaliers steamrolled their way to consecutive victories in Boston and look to take a 3-0 series lead when they host the Celtics in Sunday's Eastern Conference finals' matchup. Cleveland dominated play in the opening two games and annihilated the Celtics 130-86 in Friday's Game 2 and Boston also will be without point guard Isaiah Thomas (hip) for the rest of the postseason. Under is 5-1 in Celtics last 6 road games becase they just don’t shoot well on the road. Under is 11-5 in the last 16 meetings. While the Cavs should win this game going away I just can not lay this very big number. Under the total is the way to bet this game.

05-20-17 | Warriors -8 v. Spurs | Top | 120-108 | Win | 100 | 8 h 35 m | Show |
Warriors The Golden State Warriors have yet to lose in the postseason and certainly didn't look like a team that was on the verge of taking its first 'L' while blasting the San Antonio Spurs in Game 2 of the Western Conference finals on Tuesday. The Spurs had a few days off to get healthy and try to put the 136-100 thrashing behind them and will get the chance to play host when the series shifts to San Antonio for Game 3 on Saturday. The Spurs watched Game 1 turn when superstar small forward Kawhi Leonard went down with an ankle injury and now know their star player is out for game 3. The Warriors are feeling pretty good about themselves after shooting 56.2 percent from the floor in Game 2 while holding the Spurs to 37 percent in the rout. Warriors are 9-0 ATS in their last 9 road games. Spurs are 2-7 ATS in their last 9 games following a straight up loss of more than 10 points. |
|||||||
05-19-17 | Cavs v. Celtics OVER 218 | Top | 130-86 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 21 m | Show |
Cavs/Celtics over The Cleveland Cavaliers displayed little signs of rust in the opener of the Eastern Conference finals and look to take a 2-0 lead when they visit the Boston Celtics on Friday. Cleveland had been off since May 7 before annihilating Boston for the first three quarters of Wednesday's Game 1 and settling for a 117-104 victory. James is averaging 34.8 points, nine rebounds and 7.1 assists in the postseason and scored 30 or more points in each of the last seven games. He received help in Game 1 from power forward Kevin Love (career playoff-high 32 points to go with 12 rebounds) and center Tristan Thompson, who tallied a career playoff-best 20 points on 7-of-7 shooting. Thomas tallied just 17 points on 7-of-19 shooting in the opener, marking the fourth time in the past six games he scored fewer than 20 points. As the contest spiraled away from Boston, rookie forward Jaylen Brown made a case for more time in the series by producing 10 points (on 5-of-7 shooting) and nine rebounds in 20 minutes and going toe-to-toe with James after more experienced Celtics were exposed. Over is 34-16-1 in Cavaliers last 51 overall. Over is 7-1 in Celtics last 8 games following a straight up loss.

05-17-17 | Cavs v. Celtics +5 | Top | 117-104 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 1 m | Show |
Celtics The Cleveland Cavaliers have been scorching hot in the playoffs with eight straight victories and aim to keep the streak alive when they visit the Boston Celtics in Wednesday's opener of the Eastern Conference finals. Cleveland had few issues sweeping both the Indiana Pacers and Toronto Raptors while the Celtics had to fight through a tough seven-game series against the Washington Wizards that ended on Monday night. The second-seeded Cavaliers haven't played since May 7 and my feeling is they will come out a little rusty. From a pointspread perspective, the Celtics have caught fire since dropping the first two games to the Bulls in the opening round by posting a terrific 9-2 ATS record the last 11 contests. Brad Stevens’ squad has cashed in each of their past five home games, while flipping to a home underdog for the first time in the playoffs in Game 1. Lets look for a close tight game and take the points with Boston. |

05-16-17 | Spurs +14 v. Warriors | Top | 100-136 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 28 m | Show |
Spurs The San Antonio Spurs were on their way to a shocking win in Game 1 of the Western Conference finals until star small forward Kawhi Leonard went down with a sprained left ankle in the third quarter and the Golden State Warriors responded with a big rally. Leonard will be on the sidelines Tuesday, while the Warriors try to stay undefeated in the postseason and take a 2-0 lead in the series when they host Game 2. The Spurs led by as much as 25 points and were up 23 when Leonard landed on Golden State center Zaza Pachulia's foot after attempting a jump shot with 7:53 left in the third quarter, forcing him out of the game for good. The Warriors immediately went on an 18-0 run and outscored San Antonio 58-33 after Leonard's exit en route to a 113-111 triumph. Warriors SF Andre Iguodala (left knee) logged only 10 minutes on Sunday and is questionable for Game 2. Golden State SG Klay Thompson struggled to six points on 2-of-11 shooting in Game 1 - the second time in the last three games that he scored just six points. Warriors win but the Spurs get the cover. |
|||||||
05-14-17 | Spurs v. Warriors -10 | Top | 111-113 | Loss | -110 | 23 h 34 m | Show |
Warriors – 10 The Western Conference finals series that the NBA missed out on last season is finally about to happen when the top-seeded Golden State Warriors and the No. 2 seed San Antonio Spurs face off in Game 1 in Oakland, Calif., on Sunday. The Warriors and Spurs finished with the top two records in the West last season as well, but an early exit by San Antonio gave Golden State an easier path to the NBA Finals. The Warriors have yet to suffer a loss this postseason after rolling over Portland and Utah in the first two rounds and should be well-rested with an entire week off between series. The Spurs were pushed harder in the second round and enter the conference finals at less-than full strength with point guard Tony Parker (quadriceps tendon) out for the rest of the playoffs and star small forward Kawhi Leonard nursing a sprained left ankle that kept him out of the clinching Game 6 win over the Houston Rockets on Thursday. Leonard will have a full four days off before Sunday's opener and is expected to play against Golden State, but will most likely not be 100%. Warriors are 13-2-1 ATS in their last 16 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game. The Warriors get the Game One win and cover.

05-12-17 | Celtics +5 v. Wizards | Top | 91-92 | Win | 100 | 8 h 11 m | Show |
Celtics The Boston Celtics are on the verge of advancing to the Eastern Conference finals but still have yet to prove they can win on the road in the semifinals. The Celtics will go for their first road win of the series and the clinching victory when they visit the Washington Wizards for Game 6 on Friday. Boston used Washington's defensive focus on All-Star Isaiah Thomas to its advantage in the 123-101 win on Wednesday as the 5-9 guard showed off his abilities as a screen-setter and passer to keep the Wizards off balance. Washington used a 22-0 run in Game 3 and a 26-0 spurt in Game 4 to create separation in a pair of home wins but failed to get the defensive stops that led to those runs in Game 5. With Thomas going to work as a facilitator, shooting guard Avery Bradley was free to do some scoring in Game 5 and poured in 25 of his career postseason-high 29 points in the first half as Boston raced out to a big lead. Boston C Al Horford is shooting 69.4 percent from the floor and 58.8 percent from 3-point range in the series. Celtics are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games following a straight up win of more than 10 points. Wizards are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game. Celtics are 9-4 ATS in the last 13 meetings. |
|||||||
05-11-17 | Spurs +6.5 v. Rockets | Top | 114-75 | Win | 100 | 8 h 12 m | Show |
Spurs All-Star small forward Kawhi Leonard vows to be in the starting lineup for Game 6 on Thursday, when the San Antonio Spurs attempt to close out their Western Conference second-round series against the host Houston Rockets. Leonard departed Tuesday's Game 5 due to a left ankle injury but quickly answered, "Yeah, I'm going to be able to play," when quizzed during Wednesday's off-day media availability. The second-seeded Spurs took a 3-2 series lead by pulling out a 110-107 overtime win in Houston with Leonard (22 points, 15 rebounds) seated on the bench, and they know finishing off the Rockets will be an arduous task. Houston guard James Harden recorded 33 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in Game 5 but had his last-second 3-point attempt blocked by San Antonio guard Manu Ginobili. The Spurs are 3-1 at Houston in 2016-17, going 2-0 in the regular season while splitting the two games in this series thus far. The Spurs have fared well against the number in the underdog role in road close-out games in the playoffs. Gregg Popovich’s team owns a 4-1 ATS mark in this situation since 2013, including outright victories at Oklahoma City in 2014 and Memphis in 2013. Spurs are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game. Rockets are 2-7 ATS in their last 9 home games. |
|||||||
05-10-17 | Wizards v. Celtics -4.5 | Top | 101-123 | Win | 100 | 9 h 57 m | Show |
Celtics The momentum has clearly shifted in the Eastern Conference semifinals, and the Washington Wizards now look like the team to beat after a pair of convincing home wins evened the series. The fourth-seeded Wizards still need to earn a win on the road to have a chance of taking the series and will try to keep the thrust in their favor when they visit the top-seeded Boston Celtics for Game 5 on Wednesday. The Celtics made plenty of silly mistakes and watched Washington convert 20 turnovers in 34 points in Sunday's romp. They will correct that at home tonight. Wizards are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of greater than .600. Celtics are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game. The Wizards are just 2-8 straight up as an underdog over their last 10 games and. are 0-7 ATS in the last 7 meetings in Boston. The Celtics have won and covered in their last six games as a favorite. |
|||||||
05-09-17 | Rockets v. Spurs -5 | Top | 107-110 | Loss | -115 | 9 h 58 m | Show |
Spurs – 5 The San Antonio Spurs have seen the Houston Rockets turn the Western Conference semifinals into a best-of-3 series and they are feeling the urgency heading into Tuesday's Game 5. Host San Antonio will need to ratchet up the intensity after Houston operated at will while evening the series at two wins apiece on Sunday night. The second-seeded Spurs will be attempting to turn the page as Sunday's loss certainly was a mighty blow and opened the door for the Rockets. Houston suffered a huge blow in Game 4 as backup center Nene suffered a torn left groin - officially termed a torn adductor - and will miss the rest of the playoffs. Nene and starter Clint Capela were giving Houston solid production in the middle and the Rockets will be forced to use power forwards Montrezl Harrell and Ryan Anderson at center -- the latter being more of an outside shooter than an interior player. Rockets are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games following a straight up win of more than 10 points and are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games following a ATS win. Spurs are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game and are 6-2-1 ATS in their last 9 games following a straight up loss. |
|||||||
05-08-17 | Warriors -8 v. Jazz | Top | 121-95 | Win | 100 | 8 h 58 m | Show |
Warriors The Golden State Warriors are getting good news both on and off the court and can earn a four-game sweep of the Western Conference semifinals when they visit the Utah Jazz for Game 4 on Monday. Warriors coach Steve Kerr, who has been out since the first round while dealing with complications from back surgery, reportedly underwent a procedure to address a spinal cord leak and could resume his coaching career as early as later this postseason. Golden State is 7-0 in the playoffs and on the verge of a second consecutive sweep after coming alive in the fourth quarter of a 102-91 triumph in Saturday's Game 3. With Curry and Thompson suffering through poor shooting nights in Game 3, Golden State let Kevin Durant take the lead and watched the former MVP collect 38 points on 15-of-26 shooting and 13 rebounds. Look for both Curry and Thompson to have better shooting nights. Golden State committed just seven turnovers on Saturday - none in the second half. Warriors are 8-0 ATS in their last 8 road games. Jazz are 1-4-1 ATS in their last 6 home games. |
|||||||
05-07-17 | Spurs +5.5 v. Rockets | Top | 104-125 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 56 m | Show |
Spurs + 5.5 The San Antonio Spurs have recovered nicely from the series-opening beat down they suffered and look to take a 3-1 lead when they visit the Houston Rockets in Sunday's Game 4 of the Western Conference semifinals. San Antonio bounced back from a 27-point shellacking in Game 1 to win the next two games by an average of 18 points, including Friday's 103-92 win in Houston. Small forward Kawhi Leonard was solid in Game 3 with 26 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists but the bigger development was power forward LaMarcus Aldridge emerging from his two-game funk. Aldridge scored 26 points on 12-of-20 shooting in Game 3 after averaging just 9.5 points on 8-of-22 shooting over the first two games of the series. Harden broke loose for the first time in the series with a 43-point effort in Game 3 after averaging 16.5 on 9-of-30 shooting over the first two games. Even with his big effort, the Houston offense wasn't clicking on all cylinders. Spurs are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 when their opponent allows 100 points or more in their previous game. Rockets are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600. |
|||||||
05-07-17 | Celtics v. Wizards -4.5 | Top | 102-121 | Win | 100 | 6 h 23 m | Show |
Wizards – 4.5 The Washington Wizards emphatically announced they are still in the series with a blowout win in Game 3, but the emotion is threatening to do the team some harm. The Wizards will try to keep the intensity without the technicals and even the series when they host the Boston Celtics in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on Sunday. Boston start point guard Isaiah Thomas went off for 53 points in Game 2 but was limited to 13 in 29 minutes in Game 3 and did not start the second half while staying in the locker room undergoing dental work. Look for another big effort by the Wizards defense. Celtics are 7-18 ATS in their last 25 games playing on 2 days rest. Wizards are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games playing on 2 days rest. Home team is 7-0 ATS in the last 7 meetings. |

05-07-17 | Cavs -6.5 v. Raptors | Top | 109-102 | Win | 100 | 4 h 33 m | Show |
Cavs – 6.5 The Cleveland Cavaliers are seeking their second consecutive sweep of the postseason when they visit the Toronto Raptors in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinal series on Sunday. The Cavaliers are 7-0 in this year's postseason after Friday's 115-94 win in Toronto and have won the first three games of this series by an average of 18 points. Cleveland received much-needed rest after sweeping the Indiana Pacers in the opening round and will receive another break if it can close out the Raptors on Sunday. The Cavaliers recorded a 49-25 rebounding edge in Game 3. Toronto was just 2-of-18 from 3-point range on Friday and is 7-of-35 over the past two games. Cavaliers are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 Conference Semifinals games. Raptors are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 home games. Cavaliers are 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings in Toronto. |

05-06-17 | Warriors -6 v. Jazz | Top | 102-91 | Win | 100 | 8 h 24 m | Show |
Warriors – 6 The lack of nightlife on the road should keep the Golden State Warriors focused on Game 3 when they visit the Utah Jazz on Saturday. The top-seeded Warriors, who made comments prior to the series about wanting to face the Clippers instead of the Jazz in the second round due to the more varied nightlife options in Los Angeles, breezed to wins in the first two games at home over the fifth-seeded Jazz. The Jazz were behind by six points after the first quarter in Game 1 and fell behind by 18 points after the first period in Game 2, and I look for more of the same here tonight. Golden State's hot start in Game 2 was driven by the long-range prowess of All-Star forward Draymond Green, who knocked down four of his five 3-pointers in the first quarter and finished with 21 points. The Jazz are awaiting the return of point guard George Hill, who sat out Game 2 with a toe injury and remains day-to-day. Warriors are 7-0 ATS in their last 7 road games and are 9-2-1 ATS in their last 12 games playing on 1 days rest. Jazz are 1-3-1 ATS in their last 5 home games and are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 Saturday games. The Jazz have dropped six of their last seven home meetings with the Warriors since the start of the 2013-14 season. It’s a bit of an inflated line at minus six but I’m willing to lay it with Golden State! |

05-05-17 | Cavs -3 v. Raptors | Top | 115-94 | Win | 100 | 8 h 1 m | Show |
Cavs The Cleveland Cavaliers appear intent on making short work of the Toronto Raptors as the scene turns to the Canadian city for Friday's Game 3 of the Eastern Conference semifinal series. Yet Raptors coach Dwane Casey insists his squad isn't going to roll over from the 2-0 deficit and points to last season's Eastern Conference finals as evidence. Cleveland steamrolled Toronto in the first two games of last season's playoffs as well before the Raptors thrived in their home environment and won the next two contests before eventually succumbing in six games. I think this year is a different story. The Cavaliers are 6-0 in this year's postseason and were fueled by forward LeBron James' 39 points in the easy Game 2 victory. James is averaging 34.2 points in the postseason. Point guard Kyrie Irving set a personal playoff high for assists (11 in Game 2) for the second straight contest and is averaging 23 points and 10.5 assists in the series. Point guard Kyle Lowry and shooting guard DeMar DeRozan were hurting after the Game 2 loss for different reasons. Lowry scored 20 points but departed the game with a sprained left ankle - he didn't practice Thursday and is listed as questionable for Friday's game - while DeRozan experienced a dreadful contest in which he tallied just five points on 2-of-11 shooting. The Cavaliers made 18 3-pointers in Game 2 and averaged 16 in their two opening wins. Cavaliers are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 Conference Semifinals games and are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games. Raptors are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games. Cavaliers are 9-4 ATS in the last 13 meetings in Toronto. |

05-04-17 | Jazz v. Warriors OVER 206 | Top | 104-115 | Win | 100 | 11 h 31 m | Show |
Jazz/Warriors over The Golden State Warriors controlled the flow in the opener of the Western Conference semifinals and look to take a 2-0 lead when they host the Utah Jazz on Thursday. The Warriors didn't look rusty in Monday's 106-94 victory, a contest in which they limited Utah star forward Gordon Hayward to 12 points. Top-seeded Golden State committed just seven turnovers while forcing 14 in the opener as it overcame a shoddy 7-of-29 performance from 3-point range to post the victory. I’m looking for them to shoot better tonight. Fifth-seeded Utah never kicked its offense in gear with Hayward and postseason standout Joe Johnson struggling, and center Rudy Gobert was the club's high scorer with 13 points. Look for a much better shooting effort here in game two. Over is 6-1-1 in Jazz last 8 Conference Semifinals games. Over is 7-3 in Warriors last 10 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game. |

05-04-17 | Celtics v. Wizards UNDER 219.5 | Top | 89-116 | Win | 100 | 8 h 56 m | Show |
Celtics/Wizards under The Wizards opened as five-point home favorites for Game 3 and by Wednesday night that number was bet up to -5.5. The total opened at 219 and dropped slightly down to 218.5. The Wizards have to have this game, and I think they will show up more prepared on defense here being at home. Look for this to stay under the posted total. Under is 12-3-2 in Celtics last 17 road games and is 8-2-2 in Celtics last 12 road games vs. a team with a winning home record. |

Wizards Isaiah Thomas is persevering through personal tragedy and putting the Boston Celtics on his back in dedication to his late sister. Thomas will try to summon the energy once again, this time on the road, when the Celtics visit the Washington Wizards for Game 3 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on Thursday. John Wall collected 40 points and 13 assists for the Wizards in Game 2, but it wasn't quite enough to match Thomas. Thomas did a lot of his damage in the paint, where Washington Center Marcin Gortat and hobbled power forward Markieff Morris struggled to defend. Morris suffered a sprained ankle in Game 1 but came out for Game 2 and scored 14 points before fouling out in just 27 minutes. I’m looking for a full and focused effort here by the Wizards at home. Celtics are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games after scoring more than 125 points in their previous game. Wizards are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games after allowing more than 125 points in their previous game. Home team is 6-0 ATS in the last 6 meetings. |

05-03-17 | Rockets v. Spurs OVER 216 | Top | 96-121 | Win | 100 | 10 h 45 m | Show |
Rockets/Spurs over 216 The Houston Rockets delivered a stunning beat down in the opener of their series with San Antonio and aim to take a 2-0 series lead when they visit the Spurs on Wednesday. Third-seeded Houston ripped open a 30-point halftime lead in the Western Conference semifinal contest and was never threatened during the 126-99 steamrolling of the second-seeded Spurs. The opening salvo from the Rockets included 22 3-point baskets and bolstered the club's already-high hopes of claiming the series from San Antonio. The Spurs shot just 36.9 percent in Game 1 and had no answers on the defensive end during the highly disappointing effort. They will do much better tonight. Over is 7-1 in Rockets last 8 Conference Semifinals games. Over is 13-3 in Spurs last 16 games following a straight up loss. Over is 5-1-1 in the last 7 meetings in San Antonio. |

05-03-17 | Raptors v. Cavs OVER 213.5 | Top | 103-125 | Win | 100 | 7 h 54 m | Show |
Raptors/Cavs over 213.5 Four of Cleveland’s first five playoff games have sailed OVER the total, including all three contests at Quicken Loans Arena. Tyronn Lue’s offense continues to shine at home in the postseason by scoring at least 108 points in nine of the past 10 at the “Q” since the 2016 semifinals. Over is 15-5 in Raptors last 20 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600 and is 29-13 in Raptors last 42 games following a straight up loss of more than 10 points. Over is 8-1 in Cavaliers last 9 home games and is 32-13-1 in Cavaliers last 46 vs. Eastern Conference. |

05-03-17 | Raptors v. Cavs -7 | Top | 103-125 | Win | 100 | 7 h 53 m | Show |
Cavs – 7 The Cleveland Cavaliers have yet to stumble in the postseason and aim for their sixth consecutive victory when they host the Toronto Raptors in Wednesday's Game 2 of the Eastern Conference semifinals. The defending champion Cavaliers jumped on the third-seeded Raptors from the outset of the series opener and rolled to a 116-105 victory. The margin of victory by Cleveland over Toronto in the playoffs at home continues to be astounding dating back to last May with the wins coming by 21, 19, 38, and 11 points. In three of the four defeats, the Raptors have been limited to 89 points, while Toronto slipped to 3-8 SU and 4-7 ATS in the previous 11 matchups overall with Cleveland. With the loss on Monday, the Raptors dropped to 0-7 SU/ATS in their last seven playoff series openers since 2014. However, Dwane Casey’s squad has managed to win Game 2 in four of six opportunities during this span, but one of the two defeats came at Cleveland in last season’s conference finals. Toronto has also been terrible in the underdog role since 2014 by compiling a 5-12 ATS mark when receiving points in the last 17 postseason games. Cavaliers are 11-5-3 ATS in their last 19 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. |

05-02-17 | Jazz +13.5 v. Warriors | Top | 94-106 | Win | 100 | 11 h 16 m | Show |
#503 Utah The Golden State Warriors have been resting and the top-seeded team in the Western Conference plays for the first time in eight days when it opens the conference semifinals against the Utah Jazz on Tuesday. Golden State swept the Portland Trail Blazers in four games in the first round, while fifth-seeded Utah won a seven-game series against the Los Angeles Clippers that ended on Sunday. The upstart Jazz received a stellar series performance from All-Star small forward Gordon Hayward while slaying the Clippers to give the franchise its first playoff series win since 2010. Golden State won two of the three regular-season meetings, with Utah's win coming at Oracle Arena (105-99 on April 14) when Hayward was sidelined with a quadriceps contusion. Jazz are 9-3-2 ATS in their last 14 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600. Warriors are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games playing on 3 or more days rest.

05-02-17 | Wizards v. Celtics OVER 217.5 | Top | 119-129 | Win | 100 | 9 h 32 m | Show |
#501 Wizards/Celtics over The Washington Wizards jumped out to a big lead early in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinals but quickly fell off the pace and now find themselves in an early hole in the best-of-seven series. The top-seeded Boston Celtics don't intend to let the Wizards out of that hole and will try to dig a little deeper when they host Game 2 on Tuesday. Washington jumped out to a 16-0 lead and was ahead 38-24 at the end of the first quarter but watched that lead evaporate in the second quarter and disappear entirely in the third as it was outscored 71-42 in the middle two periods. The Celtics used that ball pressure to drive into the lane and kick the ball out to open shooters while going 19-of-39 from 3-point range. Center Al Horford hit one 3-pointer as part of a 10-of-13 afternoon and helped direct the attack while finishing just shy of a triple-double with 21 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds. Over is 9-2-1 in Wizards last 12 games following a straight up loss of more than 10 points and is 12-5-1 in Wizards last 18 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game. Over is 4-0-1 in Celtics last 5 home games. Over is 7-3 in the last 10 meetings in Boston. |

05-01-17 | Rockets v. Spurs -5.5 | Top | 126-99 | Loss | -105 | 8 h 15 m | Show |
Spurs The consensus seems to be that the MVP race in the NBA came down to Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook and Houston Rockets point guard James Harden, but San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard might be the best player in the Western Conference playoffs. Leonard and Harden will settle it on the court when the second-seeded Spurs host the third-seeded Rockets in Game 1 of the conference semifinals on Monday. Leonard averaged 31.2 points on 54.8 percent shooting, six rebounds and two steals in the six-game win over the Memphis Grizzlies in the first round and consistently attacked the basket, leading to a 59-of-61 effort from the free-throw line. The Rockets, who led the NBA in 3-point attempts (40.3 per game) during the season, shot 28.4 percent from beyond the arc in the first round. San Antonio, which led the NBA in 3-point percentage (39.1 percent) during the regular season, shot 41 percent in the first round. Rockets are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games following a ATS loss and are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600. Spurs are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games playing on 3 or more days rest. Rockets are 2-5 ATS in the last 7 meetings.

04-30-17 | Jazz +3.5 v. Clippers | Top | 104-91 | Win | 100 | 3 h 26 m | Show |
Jazz Utah center Rudy Gobert's level of effectiveness will be observed closely when the Jazz visit the Los Angeles Clippers in Sunday's winner-take-all, first-round series finale. Gobert twisted his left ankle late in Friday's Game 6 and X-rays ruled out a serious injury, so he will be available for Game 7. Utah hasn't won a playoff series since 2010 and it squandered a big opportunity by losing Game 6 at home. The Jazz received poor shooting performances from series star Joe Johnson (nine points on 3-of-9 shooting) and backup shooting guard Rodney Hood (four points on 2-of-10 shooting) and that sabotaged their ability to score. I look for them to be much better today. Los Angeles held a 91-77 edge with 3:58 left in Game 6 and had to hold off a frantic Utah charge to even the series. Paul helped quell the comeback attempt and will again be counted on heavily Sunday in a series in which he is averaging 27.3 points and 10 assists and topped 20 points in all six games. Jazz are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 road games. Clippers are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games following a ATS win. Jazz are 6-2 ATS in the last 8 meetings in Los Angeles. |

04-28-17 | Celtics -2.5 v. Bulls | Top | 105-83 | Win | 100 | 9 h 57 m | Show |
#509 Celtics – 2.5 The Boston Celtics have climbed out of an early hole and look to finally put away the Chicago Bulls in their first-round series when the teams meet in the Windy City for Game 6 on Friday. After road teams won the first four games of the best-of-seven set, the Celtics claimed Game 5 at home Wednesday night to seize a 3-2 series advantage and put the pesky Bulls against the wall. Chicago won the first two games behind the dynamic play of point guard Rajon Rondo before he fractured his right thumb and speculation was building that the one-time Celtics star would return before the series ended, but coach Fred Hoiberg insisted that was "a long shot." Instead, the Bulls will enter a do-or-die contest looking for more from one of their remaining stars. Jimmy Butler was held to a series-low 14 points in Game 5 and is shooting 38.5 percent in Chicago's three straight losses. Bradley matched fellow guard Isaiah Thomas with 24 points in Game 5 but he was much more efficient, shooting 11-of-19 from the floor, compared to 6-of-17 for Thomas. Celtics are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games. Bulls are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. |
|||||||
04-27-17 | Spurs -5 v. Grizzlies | Top | 103-96 | Win | 100 | 9 h 32 m | Show |
#505 Spurs Homecourt advantage held for each of the first five games of the series, and the Memphis Grizzlies are hoping to keep it that way for just one more game. The seventh-seeded Grizzlies attempt to avoid elimination in the first-round, Western Conference series when they host the No. 2 San Antonio Spurs in Game 6 on Thursday. The Spurs breezed to double-digit victories in each of their three home games but are 0-4 in as many games in Memphis including the regular season and dropped a 110-108 overtime heartbreaker the last time they visited in Game 4. San Antonio should feel more confident in Game 6 after getting star small forward Kawhi Leonard some scoring support off the bench in Game 5 from Patty Mills and Manu Ginobili, who combined for 30 points on 11-of-16 shooting. The Grizzlies shot 51.4 percent from the field and went 20-of-22 from the free-throw line in Game 5 but could not get enough stops in the 116-103 setback. Leonard scored 28 points in Game 5 and is averaging 31.6 on 57.6 percent shooting in the series, including 54.2 percent from 3-point range. Spurs are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game. Grizzlies are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game. |

04-27-17 | Raptors +1 v. Bucks | Top | 92-89 | Win | 100 | 6 h 52 m | Show |
#501 Raptors The Toronto Raptors have discovered another solid scoring option to go along with stars DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry, and with it they are on the verge of advancing in the playoffs. The Raptors will try to continue to ride the hot hand of Norman Powell when they visit the Milwaukee Bucks for a potential series-clinching Game 6 on Thursday. Powell saw just 21 minutes of action through the first three games (two appearances) of the series as Toronto dug itself a 2-1 hole, but he was inserted into the starting lineup and made all three of his 3-pointers in a Game 4 win and then erupted Monday night at home to help the Raptors seize a 3-2 series advantage. The Raptors now have back-to-back double-digit wins after losing by 27 at Milwaukee in Game 3, and the Bucks are trying to rediscover that form before losing their eighth consecutive playoff series dating to 2001. Milwaukee is looking to overcome a recent history of embarrassing Game 6 failures at home, which includes a 120-66 loss to Chicago in 2014 and an 83-69 setback against Atlanta in 2010. I don’t think they can. The Bucks Antetokounmpo is averaging 16.5 points at home in the series, compared to 27.3 on the road. The Raptors have made 36 more free throws in the series. Raptors are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 road games vs. a team with a winning home record. are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games. Bucks are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 home games. |
|||||||
04-26-17 | Bulls +8 v. Celtics | Top | 97-108 | Loss | -115 | 9 h 11 m | Show |
#711 Bulls + 8 The Boston Celtics have turned the tables on the Chicago Bulls in their Eastern Conference first-round series and look to become the first home team to win a game when the teams return to TD Garden for Game 5 on Wednesday. All-Star guard Isaiah Thomas, whose playoff experience has been dominated by the grief of losing his sister in a car accident prior to the series, had his best game of the set with 33 points in Boston's 104-95 win in a Game 4 equalizer on Sunday. While the Bulls wait on a possible Rondo return, Isaiah Canaan will be thrust into the starting lineup for Game 5 after emerging to score 13 points in 34 minutes of Sunday's loss. Jimmy Butler scored a team-high 33 points with nine assists and one turnover in Game 4, attempting 23 free throws one game after failing to get to the line. Look for him to having another super night. Butler averaged 26 points, 8.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 2.5 steals in the two wins at Boston. The Celtics were 6-for-28 from long range and Thomas has made just 4-of-21 over his last three games. Chicago is 72-for-85 at the foul line in the series. Boston is 48-for-67. Bulls are 7-0 ATS in their last 7 road games vs. a team with a winning home record and are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games playing on 2 days rest. Celtics are 1-8 ATS in their last 9 home games and are 6-18 ATS in their last 24 games playing on 2 days rest. Road team is 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings. |

04-25-17 | Grizzlies v. Spurs -10 | Top | 103-116 | Win | 100 | 8 h 23 m | Show |
#704 Spurs – 10 What looked like an easy series for the San Antonio Spurs after the first two games is turning into quite the battle as the Memphis Grizzlies gain confidence and find the win column. The Spurs will try to take back control of the series and go up 3-2 when the Grizzlies visit San Antonio for Game 5 on Tuesday. The second-seeded Spurs breezed to wins in the first two games at home but found a different Memphis squad on the road and dropped two straight, including a 110-108 overtime setback on Saturday night that wasted a historic performance from forward Kawhi Leonard. Seventh-seeded Memphis still needs to steal a game in San Antonio to win the series and dropped the first two at the Spurs by a combined 43 points. Memphis will try pick up its first victory at San Antonio this season, while the Grizzlies have compiled a 1-7 SU/ATS record in their last eight road playoff games since 2015. The Spurs have dominated at home in the playoffs since Game 7 of the opening round in 2014 by putting together a 15-5 SU/ATS record. Grizzlies are 3-15 ATS in their last 18 games playing on 2 days rest. Home team is 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings. |
|||||||
04-25-17 | Thunder v. Rockets -7.5 | Top | 99-105 | Loss | -103 | 7 h 22 m | Show |
#706 Rockets – 7.5 The Houston Rockets are on the verge of advancing to the second round of the playoffs and will attempt to close out the series on Tuesday when they host the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 5. As Thunder star Russell Westbrook tries to shut down questions about his supporting cast, Houston received a mammoth performance in Game 4 from long-forgotten Nene to take the 3-1 series lead. The 34-year-old Nene scored 28 points on 12-of-12 shooting as the Rockets prevailed 113-109 on Sunday on a day in which star guard James Harden didn't have much in the tank while scoring 16 points on 5-of-16 shooting. Not enough Oklahoma City players are stepping up to help Westbrook as the Rockets repeatedly take advantage when he comes out for rest. Westbrook has recorded three consecutive triple-doubles and is averaging 35 points, 11.8 rebounds and 11.3 assists but the Thunder are on the verge of being sent home. Thunder are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600. Rockets are 42-20 ATS in their last 62 Tuesday games. Thunder are 3-13 ATS in the last 16 meetings. |

04-22-17 | Warriors -6 v. Blazers | Top | 119-113 | Push | 0 | 11 h 2 m | Show |
#507 Warriors – 6 The Golden State Warriors made the decision to sit Kevin Durant with a minor calf injury in Game 2 and turned out to have no problem winning a playoff game without one of their All-Stars in an easy win. The Warriors will try to earn a commanding 3-0 lead in the best-of-seven series when they visit the Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday. Golden State got contributions up and down the roster in Game 2 and breezed to a 110-81 win, putting on a defensive clinic in the second half and holding the Trail Blazers to 12 points in the third quarter as it pulled away. The Trail Blazers, who blamed themselves for missing shots and mostly brushed off the sub-par showing, understand how important Saturday's Game 3 became when they fell on Wednesday. I just don’t think they are good enough to hang with the Warriors. Durant said he would have been able to go in Game 2 but the team decided to take the cautious approach and is going to give it a go tonight. Portland's star backcourt of Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum combined for 75 points in Game 1 but was held to 23 on 9-of-34 shooting in Game 2. Warriors are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 road games and are 13-3-1 ATS in their last 17 games overall. Trail Blazers are 7-18-2 ATS in their last 27 Conference Quarterfinals games. Warriors are 11-5 ATS in the last 16 meetings in Portland. |

04-22-17 | Spurs -5 v. Grizzlies | Top | 108-110 | Loss | -109 | 8 h 27 m | Show |
#505 Spurs – 5 The Memphis Grizzlies needed a spark heading home down 0-2 in a best-of-seven playoff series, and coach David Fizdale provided one with a postgame rant about the officiating. The Grizzlies will try to ride that spark to a second straight win and even the series when they host the second-seeded San Antonio Spurs in Game 4 on Saturday. The Spurs ran away with the first game and controlled most of the second but could not enforce the pace in Game 3. San Antonio coach Gregg Popovich grew frustrated enough that he pulled his starters less than a minute into the third quarter as the game began to get out of hand. Don’t look for that to happen again tonight. San Antonio was only down four points at the half before a pair of turnovers and a bad defensive possession prompted Popovich to pull his starters, leading to a third quarter in which the Spurs were outscored 31-17. None of San Antonio's starters ended up playing more than 30 minutes in the loss so they will be fresh here in game four. Spurs are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game. Grizzlies are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games following a ATS win. |
|||||||
04-22-17 | Raptors v. Bucks -2 | Top | 87-76 | Loss | -110 | 3 h 28 m | Show |
#502 Bucks – 2 The Milwaukee Bucks are viewed as a team on the rise with a promising future but they appear intent on fast-forwarding their progress. Milwaukee aims to take a 3-1 series lead over visiting Toronto on Saturday after steamrolling the Raptors 104-77 in Game 3. The sixth-seeded Bucks last won a playoff series in 2001 but are halfway to an upset of the third-seeded Raptors after putting on a whipping in which they led by 20 points after one quarter and held Toronto 30 first-half points. Toronto All-Star shooting guard DeMar DeRozan missed all eight of his field-goal attempts, with that fact qualifying as one of the most impressive qualities of Milwaukee's solid victory. Toronto was ice cold from the outset while shooting 33.8 percent from the field in the embarrassing effort. Shooting guard Khris Middleton scored 20 points in consecutive games as he provides complementary scoring help for All-Star small forward Giannis Antetokounmpo. The "Greek Freak" was 7-of-10 shooting while contributing 19 points and eight rebounds and is averaging 23.7 points and 10.3 rebounds. Antetokounmpo's play energizes a Milwaukee club that somehow got better after losing standout power forward Jabari Parker to a season-ending knee injury and saw its confidence grow with a 14-point road victory in Game 1. Raptors are 6-19-1 ATS in their last 26 Conference Quarterfinals games and are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games playing on 1 days rest. Bucks are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 vs. NBA Atlantic. Raptors are 0-4 ATS in the last 4 meetings. |
|||||||
04-21-17 | Rockets v. Thunder -2 | Top | 113-115 | Push | 0 | 9 h 43 m | Show |
#718 Thunder Russell Westbrook repeatedly says winning is all that matters to him and he's running out of opportunities to enjoy that feeling. Houston won the first two games of the best-of-seven first-round series so Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder face a must-win situation when they host the Rockets on Friday. Westbrook produced the highest-scoring triple-double in playoff history with 51 points, 13 assists and 10 rebounds in Game 2 but he wilted in the fourth quarter and the Thunder fell 115-111. Westbrook was just 4-of-18 shooting while playing the entire final quarter and it equated to a major missed opportunity as Oklahoma City let a 15-point, first-half lead slip away. I don’t think they will let that happen again. Houston averaged just 102.5 points - nearly 13 points below its average - in two regular-season visits to Oklahoma City and struggled in the fourth quarters with outputs of 13 in the loss and 16 in the win. Rockets are 7-19 ATS in their last 26 games playing on 1 days rest and are 1-10 ATS in their last 11 games overall. Thunder are 38-16-3 ATS in their last 57 home games vs. a team with a road winning % of greater than .600 and are 17-7 ATS in their last 24 home games. |

04-21-17 | Celtics -2 v. Bulls | Top | 104-87 | Win | 100 | 6 h 14 m | Show |
#715 Celtics The Chicago Bulls look to move one step closer to becoming just the sixth eighth seed in NBA playoff history to win a first-round series when they host the Boston Celtics in Game 3 of their Eastern Conference matchup Friday night. After sneaking past the Celtics 106-102 in the series opener, the Bulls were dominant in a 14-point triumph in Game 2 on Tuesday, and their confidence is soaring. There could be some rotation and lineup changes in Game 3, and starting forward Amir Johnson (nine points in 27 minutes in the series) may continue to see a reduced role, while starting guard Avery Bradley needs to find the range after shooting 10-of-28 from the floor in Boston. Point guard Rajon Rondo was the one who first hinted that Boston looked defeated in Game 2, and he has a pretty good grasp of what it takes to be successful this time of year. The former Celtics star fell a rebound shy of a triple-double in Game 2 (11 points, 14 assists) and chipped in five steals in an electric 40-minute performance. But he is out tonight. Celtics are 10-4-2 ATS in their last 16 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of greater than .600 and are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games following a straight up loss of more than 10 points. Bulls are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 Friday games. |

04-20-17 | Cavs v. Pacers +2.5 | Top | 119-114 | Loss | -110 | 6 h 24 m | Show |
#710 Pacers Paul George is being vocal about his teammates but he clearly is the only player capable of keeping the Indiana Pacers in the best-of-seven first-round series against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The All-Star forward will try to keep the seventh-seeded Pacers from falling behind 3-0 when they host the second-seeded Cavaliers on Thursday. George averaged 30.5 points and seven assists and knocked down 10 3-pointers as Indiana dropped the first two games and everyone understands the dire circumstances. Cleveland SG J.R. Smith (hamstring) underwent an MRI exam (results were negative) and is questionable for Game 3. The teams split two regular-season games at Indiana. Cavaliers are 3-9-1 ATS in their last 13 games following a straight up win and are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games overall. Pacers are 7-0 ATS in their last 7 games following a ATS win and are 8-0 ATS in their last 8 games overall. |

04-20-17 | Cavs v. Pacers OVER 210.5 | Top | 119-114 | Win | 100 | 6 h 23 m | Show |
#709 Cavs/Pacers over Cleveland averaged 113 points while winning the first two games and All-Star forward LeBron James is impressed with what he's seeing. Over is 20-5-1 in Cavaliers last 26 when their opponent allows 100 points or more in their previous game and is 8-3 in Cavaliers last 11 games playing on 2 days rest. Over is 30-12-1 in Cavaliers last 43 vs. Eastern Conference. Over is 9-3 in Pacers last 12 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game and is 5-1 in Pacers last 6 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600. Over is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings. |

04-19-17 | Hawks v. Wizards -5 | Top | 101-109 | Win | 100 | 7 h 52 m | Show |
#702 Wizards – 5 The Washington Wizards took some criticism in the regular season for not being tough enough on the defensive end, but the playoffs are a different story. The Wizards look to continue being the aggressors and attempt to take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series when they host the Atlanta Hawks in Game 2 on Wednesday. Fourth-seeded Washington pulled off a 114-107 win in the first-round series opener on Sunday despite sending the Hawks to the free-throw line 39 times. Washington has no intention of letting up after watching its aggression lead to 69 second-half points in the win. Atlanta needed to control the tempo and hang onto the ball in Game 1, but instead committed 21 turnovers and allowed 25 fast-break points in the setback. All-Star point guard John Wall scored a playoff career-high 32 points to go with 14 assists and led the charge in the third quarter when Washington came out with a faster tempo. Hawks are 4-12 ATS in their last 16 vs. NBA Southeast and are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games following a straight up loss. Wizards are 7-0 ATS in their last 7 Conference Quarterfinals games. |

04-18-17 | Jazz +9 v. Clippers | Top | 91-99 | Win | 100 | 9 h 14 m | Show |
#529 Jazz + 9 The Utah Jazz rode an emotional roller coaster in the opening game of the playoffs but they finished it on a high note and can seize control of their Western Conference first-round series when they take on the host Los Angeles Clippers in Game 2 on Tuesday. Veteran reserve Joe Johnson's buzzer-beater lifted the Jazz to a 97-95 victory in the opener of the best-of-seven set as the squad overcame a difficult injury. Center Rudy Gobert, whose breakout season helped Utah return to the playoffs for the first time since 2012, suffered a knee injury on the opening possession of the contest, leaving his status for the rest of the series in doubt. The Clippers, meanwhile, were forced to wrestle with the loss of home-court advantage and know that they can ill afford to go back to Utah down 2-0 in the series. Forward Derrick Favors was summoned off the bench when Gobert was hurt and he - along with Johnson - should see an uptick in minutes with the team's big man sidelined. Favors finished with 15 points on 7-of-10 shooting in 32 minutes while Johnson was the team's top scorer with 21 points on 9-of-14. It will take a committee approach on the boards without Gobert - who was fourth in the NBA in rebounding (12.8) during the regular season - and All-Star forward Gordon Hayward did his part with 10 rebounds in Game 1, his best single-game total since Dec. 21. Jazz are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 vs. NBA Pacific. Clippers are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 Conference Quarterfinals games and are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 vs. NBA Northwest.

04-18-17 | Bucks v. Raptors OVER 194 | Top | 100-106 | Win | 100 | 6 h 35 m | Show |
#525 Bucks/Raptors over 194 The Milwaukee Bucks delivered a series-opening salvo and take a swing at a second straight road breakthrough when they visit the Toronto Raptors in Tuesday's Eastern Conference first-round matchup. The Bucks didn't look like a team that lost 13 of their past 15 regular-season games to the Raptors when it carried play and produced a 97-83 victory in the opener. The Game 1 defeat pushes the third-seeded Raptors in recognizable territory as they have dropped eight consecutive playoff series openers. Sixth-seeded Milwaukee held Toronto to 32 second-half points while riding the coattails of All-Star small forward Giannis Antetokounmpo's 28-point effort. Toronto will shoot much better tonight. Over is 12-4 in Raptors last 16 games following a double-digit loss at home and is 10-3 in Raptors last 13 games playing on 2 days rest. |

04-15-17 | Grizzlies v. Spurs -9.5 | Top | 82-111 | Win | 100 | 8 h 51 m | Show |
#506 Spurs – 9.5 The San Antonio Spurs weren't very sharp while ending the regular season with three straight losses and four in the past five games. However, second-seeded San Antonio is known for being sharp in the postseason and expects to begin a turnaround when it opens the first-round Western Conference playoff series against the visiting Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday. The Spurs topped 60 victories for the seventh time in franchise history despite the late-season decline and know the series with the seventh-seeded Grizzlies will be a battle after splitting the four regular-season meetings. All-Star small forward Kawhi Leonard averaged a career-best 25.5 points during the regular season and will be counted on to carry San Antonio in the postseason. Leonard scored 30 or more points on 26 occasions and is vying to earn his third consecutive Defensive Player of the Year award. Grizzlies are 5-16 ATS in their last 21 games playing on 2 days rest and are 1-4-1 ATS in their last 6 Conference Quarterfinals games. Spurs are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 Conference Quarterfinals games. |

# 504 Raptors – 7.5 The Toronto Raptors finished the regular season with four consecutive victories and aim to keep the momentum going when they host the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday in the opener of the Eastern Conference first-round series. Third-seeded Toronto is looking to reach the conference finals for the second straight season while the sixth-seeded Bucks are aiming to win a playoff series for the first time since the 2000-01 campaign. Milwaukee finished above .500 for the first time since going 46-36 in 2009-10 and is looking to halt a stretch of six consecutive first-round playoff exits. DeRozan, who had 32 30-point outings while averaging 27.3 points this season, averaged 22.3 points in three outings against the Bucks. The Raptors were 3-1 against the Bucks this season and won 13 of the past 15 meetings. Toronto is 25-4 when holding opponents below 100 points. Bucks are 3-9 ATS in their last 12 Conference Quarterfinals games. Raptors are 9-2 ATS in their last 11 games playing on 2 days rest. Bucks are 1-5 ATS in the last 6 meetings. |

04-15-17 | Pacers v. Cavs OVER 208 | Top | 108-109 | Win | 100 | 3 h 43 m | Show |
#501 Pacers/Cavs over The defending-champion Cleveland Cavaliers remain the favorites to come out of the Eastern Conference despite stumbling since the All-Star break and dropping down to the No. 2 seed. The Cavaliers will begin their title defense by hosting the seventh-seeded Indiana Pacers in Game 1 of the first round on Saturday. The Pacers went over two months without securing consecutive wins until they had their backs up against the wall down the stretch, and they responded by closing the season with five straight victories to clinch a playoff spot. The Cavaliers led the East in 3-point percentage (38.4) and made 3-pointers per game (13). Over is 7-0 in Pacers last 7 road games and is 5-0 in Pacers last 5 road games vs. a team with a winning home record. Over is 6-0 in Cavaliers last 6 home games vs. a team with a losing road record and is 10-1 in Cavaliers last 11 Saturday games. |
