Updated Odds: 2017 Super Bowl LI Futures Winner
Ready to discuss Super Bowl LI futures? The season is right around the corner and with plenty of moves during the offseason, teams have seen their odds bounce around. There is plenty of value out there right now. Who should you get down on? Let’s break the futures down.
NFL Handicapping Insight
Deflategate and Johnny Manziel have headlined a busy offseason for the NFL.
Tom Brady’s appeal was rejected and he has been suspended for 4 games for something that happened 2 years ago.
While there is plenty to complain about, the Patriots odds have not shifted despite Brady missing 1/4 of the season.
The former Cleveland Browns QB, who had a lot of potential, went nuts in the offseason. He was constantly being headlined for partying and now sits on the unemployment line.
While others have shifted and found new homes, here are some of the futures for Super Bowl 51.
Super Bowl LI Futures – The Best
New England Patriots +825
This is the most intriguing team on the board.
Tom Brady had his appeal rejected and will serve a 4 game suspension to start the season. Still, the Patriots are odds on favorites to win the Superbowl as the line barely moved.

New England’s health will be a giant plus heading into this season. Gronk and Edelman both were banged up down the stretch of the season and used this off-season to recover to get back to 100%.
If New England can weather the storm early and break out .500 in their first 4 games, this team will be extremely dangerous as Brady comes out with a vengeance.
Seattle Seahawks +950
The Seahawks benefited from the Brady suspension and moved up a little bit odds wise.
This team is extremely talented top to bottom on both sides of the ball and are front-runners in the NFC for good reason.
The key for them will be finding a place for Jimmy Graham. The TE struggled to fit into the offense for a majority of the season. His talent level is too high to not be a part of this offense.
If Graham can find his place within, this Seattle team may be the team to beat this season.
Carolina Panthers +950
The Panthers were not just beating teams in the NFC Playoffs last season, they were demolishing teams.
Carolina blew everybody out, until they ran into the Broncos in the Superbowl.
Cam Newton has stated this season is all business. The childish games in the endzone, including the dabbing, are done.
Newton has plenty of talent and made his team of mediocre receivers so much better.
The team chemistry after last season is up there and this Panthers team is going to be a very dangerous if they can get off to a fast start.
Denver Broncos +1100
The defending champs saw their team dismantle in the offseason.
Denver lost Peyton Manning to retirement and saw Brock Osweiler get paid by Houston.
DT Malik Jackson (Jacksonville Jaguars) and ILB Danny Trevathan (Chicago Bears) both left the team, making what was a very impressive defense, worse.
Denver will have a lot of work to do to repeat this season, as they need to do a lot of retooling during training camp.
Green Bay Packers +1200
The Packers can only go as far as QB Aaron Rodgers will take them.
WR Jordy Nelson, who is Rodgers go to WR, injured himself before the season started last season and found himself out for the year.
Rodgers continuously had different targets each week to throw to, never being able to build consistency nor chemistry with anybody.

RB Eddy Lacy was unable to take any of the pressure off Rodgers last season, as he could never get anything going. Lacy slimmed down in the offseason and is expected to play a bigger role this season within the offense.
Cincinnati Bengals +1800
It’s starting to get depressing for the Bengals when it comes to the playoffs.
Cincinnati had the game wrapped up against the Steelers, in what looked like was going to be an end to their playoff drought.
A bad pass interference call, followed by a pair of unsportsmanlike conduct penalties sealed the Bengals fate, allowing a last second field goal to eliminate them.
WR AJ Green and QB Andy Dalton got some unexpected help out wide as TE Tyler Eifert became a legitimate threat, especially in the red zone.
Getting a run game is the most important for the Bengals. They relied too much on Dalton heaving the ball down the field, as opposing defenses could drop back into coverage.
Dallas Cowboys +2100
The Dallas Cowboys reached up in the draft and took RB Ezekiel Elliott.
The Cowboys had a lot to deal with last season, as QB Tony Romo continued to battle multiple injuries. He’s back and at 100%, but still always has that fear of getting injured at any moment.
The Cowboys back up options aren’t anything special either. The pressure is certainly on Romo, as it always is playing in Dallas.
If he can remain healthy, this Cowboys team has the weapons to compete.
However, if Romo goes down, Kellen Thomas is the back up option, which doesn’t hold much promise.
