Alistair Overeem looks reborn – he won four straight fights before losing last time out to Stipe Miocic. Hunt is no slouch either – his 12-10 record are not indicative of just how tough this guy is.
Hunt can dish it out and he can take it like nobody else in the Division – Hunt’s ability to take a punch will be crucial on Saturday night.
The fact of this fight is that Overeem is the more well-rounded of the two – he has 19 submission wins – seven more than Hunt has totaled in his career.
Overeem has one last run at the Heavyweight Title in his sights while Hunt probably won’t get close to a shot at the belt.

Add in the fact that distractions have become a theme in Hunt’s training camp with lawsuits pending against the Organization in regard to the payout in his fight with Brock Lesnar.
One of these fighters is focused on climbing the ladder – one seems to be after another paycheck.
I’m not saying that Hunt’s toughness is to be underestimated, I’m just saying that Overeem’s power and motivation will be too much.
In a slugfest take the Dutch monster to prevail.
MMA Betting Pick: Alistair Overeem -145
