Pittsburgh comes in with a little extra rest following their Thursday Night Football loss to Baltimore 23-20.
The Chargers had just as a dramatic game, but they notched in a game winning field goal to defeat the Browns 27-24.
Pittsburgh
The Steelers got some much needed, extra rest as they suffered a both physical and mental defeat to Baltimore.
K Josh Scobee was a key traded acquisition for the Steelers. However, he is now unemployed as Pittsburgh parted ways with him following his terrible performance against Baltimore. Scobee missed two giant field goals that were essentially chip shots.

QB Mike Vick finished with 19 of 26 passing for 124 yards and a touchdown. While Vick isn’t throwing up explosive numbers, he’s at least giving the Steelers a chance to win and stay in games. However, in overtime he failed to convert a 4th and 2 which turned the ball over to the Raven for an eventual win.
WR Antonio Brown continues to try and find his connection with Vick as he finished with just 9 targets, 5 receptions, and just 42 yards. This comes from a guy that is averaging 145.33 yards per game.
RB Le’Veon Bell continues to carry the offense as he finished with 129 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries.
San Diego
The Chargers were in the same situation as Pittsburgh. However, in their case they came out on top.
San Diego saw Cleveland tie things up with a touchdown and 2 point conversion late, but drove down the field and put their K Josh Lambo in a position to kick the game winning field goal. Lambo’s kick sailed right, but a Cleveland Browns player jumped offsides and it gave Lambo another life.
Lambo drilled it through the uprights and the Chargers got back to .500.

QB Philip Rivers threw for 358 yards and 3 touchdowns in the win over Cleveland. His favorite target, WR Keenan Allen, finished with 72 receiving yards on 4 receptions with a touchdown. Overall, Allen has 387 yards receiving with 3 touchdowns.
Rivers and the Chargers offense will get a major boost this week with the return of TE Antonio Gates. The TE has been suspended for the first 4 games.

The Chargers have a much more dangerous offense with Mike Vick leading the Steelers. The Chargers should be able to put a lot a pressure on Vick and force him into some bad throws Monday night.
