Derek Carr and his Oakland Raiders travel East to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium.
This Sunday morning kickoff is set for 10:00 AM PST in Tampa Bay, with Jameis Winston under center for the Buccaneers, who will look to improve upon their .500 record.

The Bucs are coming off of a 34-17 win against the lowly San Francisco 49ers and will try to take care of their California counterpart.
Oakland Raiders
The Oakland Raiders are the AFC West breakout team for 2016 so far, through week-7. The 5-2 Raiders are led by incumbent starter, QB Derek Carr, who continues to improve each season of his young career.
Carr, a third year quarterback, hold a passer rating of 97.2 on the year, above raising his career mark to 86.2. In every season of his in the NFL, Carr has improved his passer rating.
He’s already thrown for 1,808 yards and 13 TDs in 2016, both marks which rank him amongst the top-10 in the league.
Carr has the luxury of throwing to two great receivers, Michael Crabtree and Amari Cooper.
The Raiders invested heavily in Cooper, making him the 4th overall selection in 2015. This year, Cooper has amassed a team-leading 614 receiving yards, whereas his counterpart, Crabtree, leads with six TDs.

Oakland’s defensive was anticipated to be much improved entering the season, with Khalil Mack expected as a breakout performer, along with the growth of a number of other young players and the addition of Bruce Irvin.
This hasn’t come to fruition, however, as Oakland ranks dead last in yards allowed with 3013 on the season, and 22nd overall in average points per game allowed.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Tampa Bay enters the Sunday morning game with a .500 record, coming off a win to get them to 3-3 against a bad San Francisco team. While they face another bad defence from Oakland, it will certainly be a tougher challenge.
I’m not sure if there’s any defender in the league that can shut down WR Mike Evans, as he’s really the only main target in Tampa Bay and has proven week over week that he’s a force that cannot be stopped.
He’s recorded 545 receiving yards this year along with six TDs of his own, and has only has one game where he hasn’t found the end zone or recorded less than 70 yards.
Evans obviously helps QB Jameis Winston, whom he can regularly just throw up a jump ball and Evans will bring it down more times than not considering his massive frame.
Winston has thrown for 1,596 yards this year, but has recorded a 12:9 TD:INT ratio and a passer rating of 81.1.

The Bucs’ defense is hurting right now, missing their star player in Gerald McCoy.
Tampa certainly would welcome him back with open arms, as the team grades out at 25th overall in points allowed on a per game average, though the past two games they’ve allowed under 20 points.
Cornerback, Vernon Hargreaves III, continues to impress in his rookie year after being selected 11th overall.
NFL Betting Trends:
- Despite their .500 records, Tampa Bay has a -31 point differential
- While filling-in for regular starting RB Doug Martin, Jacquizz Rodgers has recorded back-to-back 100+ yard
- rushing games
- The Raiders are 4-0 on the road this season
- The Buccaneers are 0-2 at home this season
- Michael Crabtree and Mike Evans are tied for the most WR touchdowns, with 6 each
4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: Over 49.5
Both of these two teams defenses rank out amongst the worst in the NFL, and each offense has deadly weapons that will likely just enhance this fact even more.
As long as the weather is okay in Tampa Bay, which no one can ever bank on, there should be enough points in this one.
NFL Free Score Prediction: Oakland 31 – Tampa Bay 24
I like Oakland to continue to dominate on offense and pad their division lead. The Bucs’ defense has been good the past two weeks, but haven’t come close to facing the offense of Oakland’s.
