These two teams played twice last season with the home team coming out on top in each of the games.
Oakland Raiders
The Oakland Raiders got off to a fast start against the Los Angeles Rams scoring a touchdown early on but that was about the only good thing to come out of the game.
The defense struggled giving up 365 yards and 33 touchdowns and that led to a big defeat and a disappointing start to the Jon Gruden era.
Gruden is supposed to be a quarterback guru and if that is the case he needs to work some of on his magic on Derek Carr who struggled in the first game.
He did throw for over three yards and a touchdown but he also threw three interceptions they weren’t pretty. He was making what looked like rookie mistakes.
On the defensive side of the ball they weren’t terrible early on in the game but in the second half they let the Rams offense get rolling and they didn’t seem to have any offense.

To win this game the Raiders need to not turn the ball over and they need to create a couple of turnovers. If they pressure Case Keenum they can throw a couple of interceptions and that will be key in this game if they want any chance to come out with an upset.
Denver Broncos
On the other side of this matchup is the Denver Broncos who actually didn’t play well in their first game but they still did enough to come out ahead 27-24.
Their big offseason pickup Case Keenum showed exactly what he is going to give the Broncos all season. He threw for 329 yards and three touchdowns which is impressive but he also threw three interceptions.
Interceptions throughout Keenum’s career have been a big issue and it appears that it could be a big issue again this year.
Keenum and Emmanual Sanders seem to have a good chemistry already. Sanders had ten catches for 135 yards and one touchdown.

On the defensive side of the ball they made Russell Wilson frustrated all afternoon not giving him much time to throw the ball.
In this game they need to get to Carr early in this game. If they can do that they should be able to get Carr to have happy feet and throw a couple of interceptions.

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: Raiders ATS
This game is going to come down to one thing, what team throws fewer interceptions.
NFL Free Week 2 Score Prediction: Broncos 27 – Raiders 24
I think both of these guys will throw a few interceptions in this game but at the end of the day the Broncos will force one more.
The Broncos will win the game, but the Raiders will cover the spread.
