Inter-conference play on Sunday features a tilt where the New England Patriots will play a team from the NFC South for a second straight week.
The Niners get a ticked off Pats team this week who were beaten at the buzzer by the Seahawks last Sunday night, uh oh…
New England Patriots
The Pats definitely have some questions to ask heading into their week 11 matchup with the 49ers. New England was pushed around pretty good by a Seattle team that is by no means a top tier offence in the NFL.

Thankfully they head into San Fran to face a Niners team that has lost eight straight and looks like they’re headed for that number two overall draft pick next year.
The Pats moved the ball with pretty good efficiency against a stout Seahawks defence last week, though it was a bit alarming when Rob Gronkowski took a huge shot early in the game and had to miss a few plays.
It was later revealed that Gronk finished the game with a chest injury which could just be bruised ribs.

Gronk’s status is ‘questionable’ this week, but his running mate at tight end, Martellus Bennett has been great for much of this season.
New England also should get running back Dion Lewis back into the fold this week, and he will add another wrinkle to a backfield that features powerhouse LeGarette Blount and pass catching back James White.
San Francisco 49ers
Week one Niners were amazing for yet another year, and things have derailed since then. The team has “rallied” for eight straight losses and their season is already over.
This week will all but seal the Niners’ fate for the season, and the team will be looking to next year’s draft and figuring out what they’re doing at QB.
Colin Kaepernick has “won” the starting QB job for the time being from Blaine Gabbert, and honestly hasn’t been that bad, with five TD passes and two picks in his four starts.
Unfortunately, this San Fran team just can not play defence to save their lives and have given up 283 points through nine games (that’s 110 more than any other team in the NFC South).

With a Patriots team coming off a loss coming to visit, this poor San Fran defence is in for a long day.
NFL Betting Trends:

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: New England -13
That’s a pretty big spread, and with good reason. The Pats are one of the higher scoring teams in the league and the Niners are one of the worst defences in the NFL.
Plus, you never bet against Belichick and Brady the week after a loss.
NFL Free Score Prediction: New England 36 – San Francisco 10
This one won’t even be close from start to finish. Expect the Pats to come out on fire and run up the score…and not stop scoring until the final whistle.
