The Minnesota Vikings were handed their first loss of the season last week against Philadelphia and will look to bounce back this week in Chicago against the Bears on Monday Night Football.
The offenses couldn’t find any kind of rhythm against the Eagles and they ended up falling 21-10.

The Chicago Bears haven’t been able to get anything going this season and fell last Thursday night 26-10 against their division rivals, the Green Bay Packers.
The Vikings were able to come away with wins in both of their games against the Bears last season by the scores of 23-20 and 38-17
Minnesota Vikings
The Minnesota offense was unable to get anything going with the ball last week in Philadelphia against the Eagles.
In his return to Philly, Sam Bradford was able to connect on 24 of 41 passing attempts, throwing for a total of 225 yards and a touchdown while being picked off once.
He was under the gun all game trying to buy some time and ended up taking six different sacks on the day.
Bradford has been just what the Vikings have needed so far this season, throwing for a total of 1,214 yards and finding a receiver for a score seven times. The pick against his former team was his first interception of the season.

The Minnesota defense has been dominating this season and still played a great game in the loss to the Eagles.
The Vikings were able to contain Wentz, holding the rookie quarterback to just 138 passing yards and picking him off on two occasions.
Even after suffering the loss, the Vikings still have the best defense in the league giving up an average of just 14points per game.
Chicago Bears
It’s still yet to be determined whether it’s good news or bad, but Jay Cutler will be making a return to the starting lineup for the Chicago Bears on Monday night.
He has become the guy Chicago can’t get rid of after Brian Hoyer suffered an arm injury that brought his game to an abrupt end against the Packers.
Matt Barkley came in for an injured Hoyer, but was only able to complete 6 of his 15 attempts. He had no problem finding Green Bay receivers though and was picked off twice during his time on the field.

The Chicago Bears are currently in a ferocious battle for the number one draft pick in the 2017 NFL Draft and have several positions on the roster that could use the extra attention.
The defense has had to deal with one injury after the other this season and is currently led by Jerrell Freeman with 65 tackles.
They will come into Monday night’s game ranked 20th in the league, allowing opposing offenses to put up an average of 24.1 points per game.
NFL Betting Trends:

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: Vikings -5
The Vikings defense has been on point this season and are only giving up 14 points per game. Bradford and the offense has been finding ways to do just enough to come away with wins.
The Bears have yet to do anything with the ball this season and that is not going to be any different going up against the toughest defense in the league.
NFL Free Score Prediction: Minnesota 27 – Chicago 10
I am a life long Chicago Bears fan and facing reality can often be rough as a sports writer. I look for Cutler to come out slinging in order to try and keep his job, but against the Viking defense I’m afraid that the result will be several turnovers for the Bears.
