The Chargers have won the last two games played between the two teams.
Los Angeles Chargers
The Los Angeles Chargers come into this game with a 1-1 record and they still have high expectations for this season.
In the first game they let Patrick Mahomes light him up and even though the offense performed well they couldn’t keep up.

In the last game they took on the Buffalo Bills and they jumped out to a big lead but they really let the Bills stick around.
The Chargers on offense are led by Phillip Rivers who comes into this game having thrown for 680 yards, six touchdowns, and one interception.
The Chargers are going to need Rivers to have a big game but this is really going to come down to how well the defense plays.
If the defense struggles in this game and let Jared Goff light them up, this game is going to really turn out like the first game.
They can’t let this game turn into a shootout because the offense just won’t be able to keep up.
Los Angeles Rams
On the other side of this matchup is the Los Angeles Rams who are now the favorites to win the Super Bowl but this game is really going to be their first test.
They opened up the season against an Oakland Raiders team that is frankly not great and in the second game they took on an Arizona Cardinals team that might be the worst in football.
The one thing the Rams have been able to do is take advantage of the bad teams they are playing. Against the Cardinals they played a complete game scoring 34 points and shutting out Arizona.
The Rams are led by Todd Gurley and Jared Goff. Goff threw for 587 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception. In this game he is going to need to attack a secondary that the Chargers got lit up in week one and try to throw them off their game.

To win this game if Goff has a big game the Chargers aren’t going to have any chance to keep it close unless the Rams defense decides to stop playing like they did the first two weeks.

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: Under
The Rams are the better team but this is a real test for them and I am not so sure they have much success.
NFL Free Week 3 Score Prediction: Rams 24 – Chargers 21
I think the Rams at the end led by Jared Goff will find a way to close it out. Phillip Rivers will do enough to keep the game close though.
