Green Bay got themselves back in rhythm with a blowout win over the Bears, while the Falcons coughed up a lead to the Chargers at home.
Green Bay Packers
The Packers suffered an embarrassing home loss to the Cowboys a few weeks ago and needed a quick bounce back performance against the Bears on Thursday night.
It was time for QB Aaron Rodgers to step up and he did just that as he tossed for 326 yards and 3 touchdowns in a 26-10 win. It certainly helped the defense that they faced Matt Barkley in the 2nd half, after Brian Hoyer went out with a broken arm.

WR Ty Montgomery has become Rodgers go to receiver over the past 2 games as he has compiled 20 catches for 164 yards. He’ll likely get a lot of targets here, as they continue to be without a true runningback after Eddie Lacy went down.
The task is going to be much taller here for the defense as they go up against one of the best offenses in football in the Falcons. Green Bay will have to put some pressure on Ryan as he will target Julio Jones deep down field as usual.
Slowing down Devonta Freeman is also going to be a challenge. However, the Packers do allow just 72 rush yards per game, which is 2nd best in the NFL.
Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons are getting glimpses of last season.
After starting off 5-0 last year, they finished just 3-8. This season, Atlanta started things off 4-1, but have now dropped back to back games after losing to the Chargers in overtime on Sunday.
Atlanta coughed up a 10 point halftime lead and allowed a game winning field goal in overtime to seal their fate.

The Falcons offense will once again run through WR Julio Jones, who is just torching opposing secondaries. Jones has 16 receptions for 313 yards over his past 2 games.
Defensively, Atlanta will look to get the same pass rush they got on Philip Rivers. The Falcons took down Rivers 4 times on Sunday and putting pressure on Rodgers is almost a must to succeed.
Allowing Rodgers to hang back in the pocket and give him time to find receivers deep down field is a recipe for disaster.

Anytime you can get points with Aaron Rodgers against a weak defense there is value.
Rodgers got back into form last week and should have plenty of success here on Sunday as the Packers have good chance to steal this one outright.
