Below are the top five prop bets that stand out on the prop sheet for Superbowl 53:
SuperBowl 53 Prop Bets #1: Will either team score in the first 6 and a half minutes of the game? No +130
The first prop I like is that neither team will score in the first six and a half minutes of the game and you are getting the payout at plus odds.

The Rams don’t have a ton of Super Bowl experience so if they win the opening kickoff I think they will struggle on their first drive.
For the Patriots they have done a good job of going on long drives and I could see their first drive going nine or ten minutes.
SuperBowl 53 Prop Bets #2: Will the Patriots convert their first third down attempt? Yes +135
The Patriots have done a lot of short passing to the backs this year and have really tried to not get behind the sticks.
If they can continue to do that, it means that third down should be a third and short, making it much more reasonable to convert.
Once again this is a prop bet that is paying out at plus odds.
SuperBowl 53 Prop Bets #3: Team to score last? Rams +100
This bet is based on the Rams not having a ton of playoff experience which I think means their first drive will end in a punt.

Even if the Rams win the coin toss, I still don’t think they will score first and with this one being at even money it has value.
SuperBowl 53 Prop Bets #4: Longest James White Rush? Under 6.5 Yards -110
James White is the pass-catching back and I really don’t see him getting many attempts on the ground in this game, especially with Rex Burkhead getting more run again.
6.5 yards seems like way too many and even though I think he will have a huge effect on the game, it won’t be on the ground.
SuperBowl 53 Prop Bets #5: Jared Goff will have more passing yards in which half? 2nd Half -120
I think the Patriots are going to have success in the first half which means Jared Goff is going to have to sling it a lot in the second half.

I think he will throw for less than 100 yards in the first half, so it won’t take much to finish above that in the second half.
With nearly 1,000 prop bets ready to be bet on, it’s hard to know where to start, here are a few more other Superbowl 53 Props We like…
- Will Todd Gurley score a touchdown? Yes (-160)
- Over 14 second half points for the Rams (-110)
- Will Johnny Hekker attempt at least one pass? Yes (+440)
- Tom Brady will throw first touchdown pass (-110)
- Greg Zuerlein to make first field goal (-110)
- Jared Goff will have more completions (-110)
- Under 127.5 Rushing Yards for Rams (-110)
- WIll the Rams score in all four quarters? No (-130)
