The Broncos took advantage of getting to play the Bengals at just the right time on Sunday, winning by two touchdowns in Cincinnati to get back to .500.

They are going to try and keep it going against the 2–10 San Francisco 49ers and march into the AFC playoffs.
Denver Broncos
Cincinnati started the season strong but the Bengals are in ruins now after AJ Green got hurt, followed by Andy Dalton. The Bengals didn’t put up much of a fight in a 24–10 loss to Denver on Sunday.
Phillip Lindsay starred for the Broncos. He ripped off 157 yards on 19 carries, including two touchdowns, one that went for 65 yards in the blink of an eye.

Lindsay is set to do something that’s never happened before in the NFL. If selected for the Pro Bowl this season, he would become the first undrafted offensive player to make it in his rookie season. He’ll hit 1000 yards this week against the Niners and has a heck of a case to make the game, especially with the Kareem Hunt news, and especially if the Broncos manage to sneak into the playoffs.
Right now, Denver is 6–6, behind KC and LA in its own division and the Baltimore Ravens in the wild card. The Indianapolis Colts and Miami Dolphins have an identical 6–6 mark.
But the next three games are exceedingly winnable. There’s this one, then then a home game against the Browns, then a game in Oakland. Denver must win at least two of them to have a shot. If it doesn’t win all three, it will probably have to beat the Chargers, who may or may not have anything to play for, in Week 17.
San Francisco 49ers
Nick Mullens thoroughly out-gained Russell Wilson through the air: 414 to 185. That discrepancy did not tell the story of the game however, as the Seahawks routed the Niners, 43–16.
Wilson may have only completed eleven passes but four of them went for touchdowns. Rookie Rashaad Penny also added his first NFL score to an eight-carry, 63-yard day.

Mullens, meanwhile, threw a pick to go along with two TD passes, both to Dante Pettis. The yardage came in such quantity because his team was down for the entire game.
San Francisco has given up nearly 100 points over the last three weeks — all losses. It is winless since that big win over Oakland in prime time during Mullens’ debut.
