Dallas is coming off a big prime time conference win Sunday night against the Giants. The Cowboys won at home, 19-3.
The Last time the Cowboys and Broncos clashed was 2013. The game was high scoring, with Dallas winning, 51-48. The Broncos lead the all time series 7-5.
Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys look to have picked up where they left off in 2016. Dallas blocked all usual distractions for a dominating 19-3 win against the Giants.
Dak Prescott looked good in his second year debut. He was 24 of 39 for 268 yards passing, one touchdown and no interceptions.
Ezekiel Elliot did his job in the rushing attack for the Cowboys. He had 24 carries for 104 yards and one touchdown. Elliot paced the game with 4.3 yards per carry in the win.
Terrance Williams led the Dallas receiving attack with 68 yards, while veteran Jason Witten had seven catches for 59 yards and one touchdown. Dez Bryant chipped in two catches for 49 yards.
The Cowboys totaled 392 total yards of offense in week one. They might need more than that to get past a solid Denver defense on the road.

On the defensive side of the ball, the Cowboys allowed just 233 total yards to the Giants offense. Dallas held Eli Manning to 29 of 38 for 220 yards passing and one interception.
The Cowboys were even better against the run. They allowed the Giants 12 carries for 35 yards and no touchdowns.
Look for the Cowboys defense to look just as good as they did in week one; on the road in Denver in week two. The Broncos are suspect in the pass game, and do not have a reliable quarterback on offense, which could lead to a big day defensively for the Cowboys.
Denver Broncos
The Broncos Vance Joseph will coach the second game of his NFL career against the Dallas Cowboys.
He’s currently winning his debut matchup with 7 minutes remaining in the 4th quarter 24-21. Two turnovers in a row for the Chargers defense and Philip Rivers has made it a 3-point game late. (It looked like a blowout was on the horizon early)
Joseph will have his work cut out for him on both sides of the ball.
Trevor Siemian will be taking over at the helm again this season for the Broncos. Siemian beat out an injured Paxton Lynch for the starting job. He played in 14 games last year, passing for over 3400 yards in 2016.
Receivers Demaryious Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders will lead the Broncos again offensively this season.
Running back Devonte Booker could be held out again this week with a wrist injury for Denver. CJ Anderson will start again this week for Denver.

Defensively, Von Miller will lead the Broncos rush defense. The All Pro does everything defensively for the Broncos. T.J. Ward had been replaced in the “no fly zone” second year safety Justin Simmons will take over for Ward.
Look for the Denver defense to apply pressure on Dak Prescott and the Cowboys offense in week two.

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: Cowboys -2.5
This game will be more competitive than expected. The Denver defense is one of the best in the NFL. especially at home, and will have their hands full against an explosive offensive line with many weapons at the skill positions.
NFL Free Week 2 Score Prediction: Cowboys 21 – Broncos 13
We all know what to expect from the Dallas offense, but defense is what will win the game for the Cowboys. I just don’t have faith in the Broncos to be able to close a game out at this point. (Considering what I’m watching tonight with 7 minutes left)
The Denver offense will struggle to score. Take the Cowboys in a hard fought win. The point spread has not been listed at this time.
