For the Bengals, a brief 2014 Playoff appearance is what they have to build off of as they made the AFC Wild Card game, only to be eliminated by the Colts.
QB Andy Dalton will look to find consistency as he had games where he looked extremely elite, while in others he looked like a bottom tier QB.
Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals are to the point that they struggle to consider 2014 a success. After sneaking into the playoffs after a 10 win season, they struggled in all aspects of the AFC Wild Card game as they dropped the contest to the Colts in Indianapolis.
Andy Dalton saw a small amount of time in preseason except in Week 3 where he led the Bengals to a 16 play 77 yard drive that resulted in a 1 yard QB sneak touchdown. Dalton went 6 for 6 on the drive, but was immediately taken out following some next soreness.
Should the neck soreness bug Dalton at all prior or during the game, AJ McCarron, who saw a lot of time in the preseason for this very reason, will be the go to guy.

Expecting Dalton to be the QB, he’ll once again have his main guy out wide as AJ Green looks for another phenomenal year.
In 2014, Green caught 69 passes for 1041 yards and 9 touchdowns.
Adding to the Bengals solid offensive core, RB Jeremy Hill looks to build off a solid 2014 that saw him rush for 1124 yards and 9 touchdowns.
Oakland/h3>
Oakland has built quite the solid foundation with the young guns they have drafted.
It starts with QB Derek Carr. In 2014, Carr threw for 3270 yards and 21 touchdowns to just 12 interceptions.
Carr will have will have newly acquired WR Michael Crabtree and rookie WR Amari Cooper. The pair are expected to have a big season as they are the best receivers Oakland has had in quite some time.

In the backfield the Raiders will go with Latavius Murray. The RB had 424 yards and a pair of touchdowns in 2014, but will have a bigger role this season as the team’s #1.
In preseason play, Murray was very inconsistent with the exception of his 55 yards on 10 carries against the Rams.
The Raiders are young and will make a lot of youthful mistakes. But on the flip side of that, there is a lot of reason for optimism as this team as build the solid foundation for the future.
