Kick off is set for 1:00 PM ET with QB Jay Cutler getting the start for the Bears against Jameis Winston of the Buccaneers.
Chicago Bears
With Brian Hoyer out with an injury, Jay Cutler came in against one of the top defenses in the NFL and played a very good game. He finished the Monday night contest a few weeks 20-31 for 252 yards and a touchdown pass.
The Buccaneers haven’t been able to shut down anyone in the passing game this season.
This is the type of game you can see Cutler dominate, or make 2 or 3 mistakes to cost the Bears the game. I expect him to throw for over 300 yards and 2 scores.
5th round pick Jordan Howard looked absolutely dominate against the Vikings, as he ran the ball 26 times for 153 yards and a score. He also caught 4 passes for 49 yards. The complete back is looking like one of the top steals of the draft.
This game against Tampa Bay he should have over 25 touches and pass the 100 yard mark easily.
Due to inconsistent quarterback play Alshon Jeffrey has not had a very productive season. He hasn’t had a 100 yard receiving game since his first game of the season, but with Jay Cutler passing the ball this week I expect him to have a huge game against the Bucs.

The Bears defense stepped it up against the Vikings offense a few weeks ago, bottling up the run game and sacking Sam Bradford 5 times.
If the defensive line can play good for a second straight week it should be good news for the Bears.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Jameis Winston played good in the loss to the Falcons, throwing for 260 yards and 3 touchdowns. He has been sacked at least 2 times in every game this season except for the opening game.
If his offensive line doesn’t keep him upright it will be a long day for the young signal caller.
Jacquizz Rodgers scored a touchdown in his last game against the Raiders, but also went down with an injury. He might not be able to go in this game, so look for Peyton Barber to get a bulk of the carries.
He ran the ball 11 times for 31 yards and also caught 4 passes. He will need to get the ball consistently to keep the Bears pass rush off of Winston.
Mike Evans dominated the Falcons secondary, hauling in 11 passes for 150 yards and 2 scores. Expect more of the same from him this week as he should have another 100 yard receiving effort.

The Bucs defense was horrible against the Raiders. They gave up over 500 yards passing and 4 touchdowns to Derek Carr, who is quietly becoming an MVP candidate.
The most surprising stat was that Carr dropped back 59 times and was only sacked twice! The pass rush must be heavy in this game because Cutler has the talent to pick them apart, but I don’t see big improvements from last week.

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: Bears ATS Over
The Bears defense will sack Winston a number of times, but it wouldn’t surprise me to see Jay Cutler throw a costly interception in the 4th to seal the game for Tampa Bay.
NFL Free Score Prediction: Tampa Bay 21 – Chicago 17
Cutler throws the game away, and Tampa gets the victory.
